I really like this kind of clip. Youtube is perfect for this kind of content.
My relative had been bullied. He said he was planning to grow muscle mass. I did not believe him. Til all of a sudden he added 40 pounds of absolute lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible look in Google. No-one dares to bully the man anymore.:-)
I actually subscribed earlier this week. Plus the mans emails are fucking awesome…
Awesome video! I want to get out and find some stairs thanks again
thank you! these are great exercises. Still developing my balance on the stork walks. IMVHO it seems on the crab walks and frog hops i got even more out of the exercise by approaching the stairs in more of a squat or crouch position. ie keeping hips down and the upper body a little more vertical instead of leaning out over the stair case. Regardless fantastic exercises to add to the tool box. Thanks very much Runwithpower!!
I assume that you have your runners do these. I have to ask; what types of times are you producing with these?

Awesome, will be doing some of these next time. Thanks for the great video
Awesome vid. Even though I was a distance guy in college, I guarantee this is the type of stuff that people need to be doing to not only train their muscles, but their brains as well to run faster. Motor work (fast and slow) is just as crucial as muscle activation and development.
brother need some your drills for speed quickens flexibilty
Thanks so much for the post. This will definitely help me with my 100m training!

Good video mate, i will certainly try some of those things, i do incline press-ups already at home on my stairs, i will try and incorporate some of your other stuff in my workouts thanks.
Dude you would love the staircase at the park I workout at… 91steps!! I normally just go up and down for 30-45 min and every other way back up I take two steps at a time. Always wanted to try it with dumbbells or bear hug a sandbag going up and down.
Thanks for the ideas! I’m def gonna try some of your variations next time!!
This video has been an amazing tool for me. Thanks for sharing this knowledge.
Wow. Nice video.
My younger brother used to be overweight. He went from 293lbs of pure fat to 218 lbs of absolute muscle mass. I was astonished. I just subscribed personally as I wanna strengthen. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)…
Great vid! Was looking for a stair workout video and this is perfect! Don’t pay attention to the trolls that tell you what type of music THEY like. Thx!!
This dude is fit and I am fat (30%) but when I do stair sprints I do it at the stadium bleachers and its easily 2x the distance. Just makes it more apparent that my diet is garbage.
I’m going to try this! Looks so much more fun than just running
Holly; Do you combine this workout with another session like intervals? Or do you suggest stairs as an individual focused session?
Awesome workout! Do you ever use the track as well? Love out door fitness!

I love your videos. Are all your videos for every part of your body? I would like to get started with toning and start exercising. I had cancer and now that I’ve past through that, it made me weak. I would like to ask what videos will you recommend me for the whole week? I’ve looked at many videos and you’re the one that it’s inspiring me to do this. Thank you and God bless.
Like how you demosrate progression…I have a powerful stride like variation on stair exercises
OMG… you workout to the good kind of House music. I thought I was the only one, brother. Killer workout.
I would try a moderated version of this but knowing me I’d fall and break my neck…
I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the support. We’re all on this journey together!
Very good explanation of the exercises
