Dishes never take me an hour I’m just way too slow at vegetable prep.
Also, peeling and cubing a butternut squash is at least an hour all on its own!

This is so inspiring! I bought all the ingredients & will make them this week…
Hello quick question, what is it you are saying for the dressing? Agavo? Agave? What is this please?
Everything looks delicious but too much oil everywhere. All oils are very inflammatory, yes, including olive oil and they’re really not needed when cooking/baking, etc.:(
The dessert blew my mind! It’s literally the water from chickpeas
As a vegan, I just wonder why I am the only one who isn’t skinny when all these recipes have more fat in them than anything I eat lol
Hey Merle, your Vegan Butternut Squash Al Pastor Tacos recipe link takes me to the Vegan Butternut Squash Al Pastor Tacos recipe! Any chance you can re-post it? Thanks!
This would work with cous cous too or even wild rice. I really do not care for quinoa.
Because of her videos I eat a lot more vegetables. Cabbage and broccoli is the best veges.
I love ginger, the salad looks divine, I will be making Thank you, for another amazing recipe Akis,:-)
I add ginger for making milk tea first thing in the morning ☕
Amazing g I literally just finished cooking 2 cups of Quinoa and was wondering what to make with it THANK YOU Alia
Important fact: It’s true. You can get protein from veggies but it’s importante to note is not the same TYPE of protein. You get a lot more out of animal protein than plant protein. For example, the iron found in animal protein is absorbed a lot more than plant based iron, which is why you see so many cases of anemia in vegetarians and/or vegans who haven’t been counselled properly. So, please take care of yourselves if you’re a vegetarian/vegan or planning to become one. P.S don’t connsume any caffeine (coffe or tea) when eating a plant based meal, it will innhibit the absorption of iron! To be safe, drink your warm beverage 2hrs before or after eating and make sure to add vitamin C to that meal, it will help loads with iron absorption! I tried going vegetarian once. I failed miserably. I admire all vegetarians/vegans out there!
Wow! Looks awesome!! I can see you running your own salad bar filled with Happy customers everyday!
She and Aria looks so much alike now.Is that a couple thing? Haha I can literally see Aria’s face by just looking Merle

My fiance is half Asian, so I decided that I’d take a stab at making a stir fry. Asked her what the simpler, more traditional ingredients were. Yea, ginger is kind of amazing.
Need daily quarantine videos with you and Aria. The world needs this right now. Thanks!
The subtitles said dibble dabble in cocaine instead of cooking
Why did no one mention that you have flash back on your under eyes?
Hey guys, I hope you are having a great day! I just wanted to share with you a tasty breakfast recipe that a lot of vegan’s are talking about.just email me at [email protected] gmail.com iwill send you a free program
Could anyone explain me how those canned chickpeas are premade? I`m from Russia and here the whole concept of eating chickpeas is kinda uncommon, so I am lucky if I find them hard and raw let alone canned. So would I basically get the same thing if I just cook them myself beforehand? Are there maybe any specific spices used?
As a vegan mexican i died a little when i saw the “al pastor” tacos.:O
Oh wow who knew grated ginger is the secret sauce to great vinaigrette! Gonna try that on my other vinaigrette!

I don’t like ginger if I can taste it a lot. For me it tastes like vomit and that’s not good.
Silly me, I kept understanding “roman” noodles while in actual fact is ramen which in Japanese the “a” is pronounced like the “a” in the word “car” in British English. I’m Italian so I was wondering why nobody told me anything about the famous “roman” noodles… I love your cooking show and I also love seeing you and Aria together! A big hug to you, sister!
Cheese is a highly process product and on top of that it’s an animal base product that should be consume under no circumstances

How many of these recipes you try all comes down to how keen-you-are… quinoa… keen-you… ah, you guys get it:P
Oh, surprisingly this time the recipe is extremely EAASSSSSY and involves extra virgin greek olive oil! ;D
Looks great. I haven’t prepared any dish with quinoa yet, because it’s very expensive in my country (relative to rice or groats), but now I might try it, using your idea for the sald.
I don’t love ginger but I don’t dislike it either it’s just a very strong flavor which may kill more subtle ones. But I admit ginger is absolutely necessary in many dishes (especially in eastern cuisine) 😉
All the best to you, Akis (and crew)!
Omg, I’m looking for a quinoa recipe for camping next week,I’m gonna try this!
How long does it keep after making it? Also how many servings does each one make?

Thank you for posting Akis. I’m looking forward to making this recipe. Love quinoa with veggies.
I really like looking at Merle’s vegan recipes because looking for halal recipes can be hard when everyone adds red/white wine to everything. Plus I don’t need to replace pork with any other kind of meat either
4:37 That moment when you realize that you are using the wrong knife so you just switch already!
I did not understand a word. British Council may be a solution.
This Quinoa thing has always fasinated me… looks delisshhh #Kitchflix
I made ginger +honey tea all the time. Sometimes I drink it without honey too. It helps to reduce inflammation
Yum! Thanks for sharing BF Merle! I was surprised you didn’t add corn to your veggie chowder! Much love from Montana! ✨✨

Ooooh lovely salad Akis. I’ve never tried mint and cinnamon together but I’ll give it a go! What a beautiful lunch.
I am not vegan, I’ll never go vegan, but that doesn’t mean that I hate these recipes, these are actually good x3 try it yourself guys:3 you don’t need meat 5 times a day, everyday of the week!
thanks for the recipes x3
given current conditions, we need to move towards vegan and vegetarian food. Good sharing. Stay safe and stay connected.
For the chocolate mousse, can you use cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate?
I am a ginger and quinoa lover, also love raw broccoli, I make a raw broccoli salad that I always get compliments on, thanks for sharing, Akis!!
Now that’s what you call a power-packed lunch. Diet lunch. Healthy lunch. Complimenting this would be a few pan-fried chicken stripes or if we keep this a total vegetarian food, some people might prefer spinach soup.:)
I wish I could eat that much fibre without… well we can leave it there.
wait… vegan spaghetti?!?!?! regular spaghetti isn’t vegan?!?!?!
Looks fantastic! I’ll make it maybe tomorrow, but I’ll take the liberty to add some Bulgarian sirene on top. 😉
Hey girl. I was wondering if you could make a tabouli salad and maybe use quinoa instead of barley (or not), but I would really appreciate your instruction on this. Thanks.
How long would this last in the fridge just thinking that this would be good lunches throughout the week
Don’t cook. Not vegan. Love Merle’s content. It’s so therapeutic to watch!
I love ginger, but no one loves ginger like my mom who never cuts it small, just in big chunks in her cooking and eats them like any other veggie. She also likes snacking on candied ginger.
Great video. Not sure if anyone with Goodful will read this or can do anything about it but pretty unfortunate that there was 4 ads in a 10 minute video.:(
Every time you use kale in a recipe I feel so puzzled… I’ve never heard of such a thing outside the internet, and I’ve never seen anything that looks remotely like this in any farmer’s market here in Brazil… Which I think is funny, because usually we have no problem in finding any sort of vegetable year round.:/
the wrong link is in the description for the tacos:) https://tasty.co/recipe/vegan-butternut-squash-al-pastor-tacos
Omg. As a pescatarian that might turn vegan one day I am so encouraged even more.
Love all the ingredients of your Quinoa salad very healthy❤️ thanks for sharing how to make it
Do you have any suggestions for a mustard substitute, I have an allergy.
OmG yuuum! Can’t wait to try this recipe! Thank you for sharing!
one tip: I would suggest mixing w a silicon spatula instead of a metal spoon cause then you can really coat every piece of food and scoop it out better
This looks so delicious! I love avocado! I will have to try this one soon! Yum!
