Thank you! It is funny that you are telling me that you have hypothyroidism because I have hypothyroidism too. It does make it harder to lose weight. I have found though that if you get your levels checked often and make sure you are on the correct dosage of medication that you can lose weight fine. I saw on your other post that you lost 3 pounds so far! That is fantastic! I am really happy for you! Keep up the good work! And by the way that probably was my dog snoring. LOL!

you don’t look like you need to be on a diet your beautiful, but I will try this recipe I ‘m on my 4th day of phase 1 brutal. but i’m sticking with it cause I know it works, I’ve done it before with great results, I hope you put more of these on your site.
