Chef Bill’s Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients ½ pound salmon fillet 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/8 teaspoon herbs de Provence 6 ounces uncooked low-FODMAP rotini 1 tablespoon capers 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallion greens.Ingredients 1 package (8 ounces) spiral pasta, cooked and drained 2 cups fully cooked salmon chunks or 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed 1-1/2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes 1 medium cucumber, quartered and sliced 1 small red onion, sliced 1/2 cup canola oil 1/3 cup.To the pasta add the cooked shrimp, smoked salmon and green peas.
In a small bowl stir together the tarragon, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste until.Ingredients 240 g Salmon fillets 150 g wholewheat pasta 100 g asparagus chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 50 g spinach chopped 40 g romaine lettuce chopped 2 tomatoes diced 50 g sun dried tomatoes chopped 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped 1 lemon juice and zest.Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.

Shake vigorously to make the dressing. Step 4 Toss together the drained pasta, drained vegetables, salmon, and dressing in a large bowl.DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, salmon, tomatoes and onion. Whisk together dressing by combining oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture, cover and chill.

i think i’ll switch out the orzo (ortzo? I don’t know..) with some cauliflower..
my favourite thing is that he just plops the salmon skin on the counter without a plate until he needs to use it. any other cooking show would have had a separate plate. Only Jamie Oliver what a legend

I’ve just tried this and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! Not used crème fraîche in a dish before but it’s incredible with the fish

The salt goes into the pot you’ll cook pasta in, after the water starts boiling. If the pasta doesn’t soak up the salty water it will taste bad

I’m sitting at my kitchen table, contented with a full belly after enjoying this dish. One of the best recipes I have cooked…absolutely delicious. And the look on my kids face when I told them it wasn’t bacon, but ‘fish skin’ was an epic Father moment!

Never tried salmon, have done it with tuna or chicken. A nice hot weather meal all by itself or as a side dish.
