Do what you can stretch to crack all your bones, knuckles and other parts of your body. You don’t. need to follow all the twisting arms and legs before you get fractured.

I think the ambiance and the music is beautiful. I find you are speaking really fast and this prevents one from really feeling relaxed and stay in yoga and meditation mode and doesn’t give time for deep breaths. The rest is great.

Whoa that was amazing. Just lost my dad after a crazy stressful 6 month struggle with cancer. My family is forcing me to learn to meditate and go yoga daily. Today was my first day in my ‘meditation room’ that I have never meditated in. A cup of tea, meditation in front of my window and this yoga excersise and I must say I feel very at ease for the first time in a long time. I hope I can keep it up. thank you!

I love doing this on Fridays. It feels like one more step towards unwinding from the work week so I can enjoy the weekend.
Definitely not an evening routine. It’s more like a workout video than a yoga. Cues for the postures were not great and not safe for beginners.

Thank you. My 4 year old and I just did this after I picked her up from daycare and me from work. She said her favorite part was laying on the mat quietly. I enjoyed the…pigeon pose?..although I have a question, is it more important to have your leg behind you flat on the ground or more important to have the leg in front curled? I might not be explaining it right…I’m finding what’s comfortable for me but also want to work on proper form. Thank you again!

Obviously a commercial venture in insanity. She is a very pretty lady. Albeit a bit thin. Poor dog eating vegan pet food. So much for animal lover. Feed the poor guy a slightly burned hotdog off the grill. To each their own but did you realize dogs by most accounts are not vegans? They are carnivores. We are omnivores. Like I said to each their own. But at least give the puppy a choice.

I always used to need at least an hour a day in the gym to exhaust myself as that helped to control my temper issues. During a recovery from a laser eye surgery I happened upon one of Boho Beautiful videos and thinking yoga would probably be as easy as stretching, I tried it, but quickly found out it was just as hard as the gym. I’ve been doing it for months now, cannot go a day without, because I know this is the reason I rarely get angry anymore or have any chronic bone aches or asthma attacks. I feel stronger in every way. Thank you for guiding me and many more on this journey with your calming presence and voice, super well-constructed and clearly instructed workouts, beautiful insights and such a loving, safe atmosphere that you both create here for us.

I love your videos so much I’ve developed such a passion for yoga and it’s helped me overcome my eating disorder and start to get my life back on track. Your videos are so relaxing and are the perfect level of difficulty for me, they challenge me but I am still able to complete them most of the time.
I loved the music and voiceover. I was even interested in some of the more unique positions. However the pacing was so fast that it was hard to me to follow along; I was constantly 3-5 reps or steps behind you because of the timing of the voiceovers and I couldn’t watch you the whole time (placement/size of my screen). I gave up at 10 minutes in:(
