Guys. lost crazy amounts of fat does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some advice now. I was really skinny in my childhood but in my teenage years I became quite obese (62 kg at 149 cm, 15 yrs old) due to stress and binge eating. I became afraid of taking any sort of pictures with my family and friends. The guys I liked either friend-zoned or sister-zoned me. That made me more depressed and sick. The thought of losing weight seemed like just a dream but one day, I got inspired when I saw kpop. I know it must seem like a joke to you but that seriously helped me. My family also supported me specially my brother who taught me how to do it properly. After going on a low-carb diet, cardio, strenght training exercises etc, I finally went down from 62 kgs to 47 kgs in 9 months and got rid of my PCOS. I know it’s a slow progress but it’s better than nothing though I still have to lose some more to reach my goal. I started a journey on year 2019, but holidays came. This time I wanna do it right. My parents stop giving me food for lunch because they wanted all my friends to know they didn’t approve of me being fat for my body type. I “started” to lose weight last year(but it never worked because I always binged after one week, every weekend. My parents never supported me and it was and still is very hard. Idk how is in other countries but here, in Romania, we have 50 min class and 10 min break after every class. We start school at 8am and ar 11 am we have a 20 min break. In every f break all my classmates were eating. It was so hard for me to see them eating, to go out with my friends and don’t screw up and still not looking idk how to explain it, but i think is very anoing when someone is judging you like omg You are so obsessed! I was skeptic about Next Level Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.
There’s no secret to weight loss but honestly if you just eat shit the grows straight out of the ground you’ll lose weight. For a few months I just ate beans, rice, fruits, and vegetables which eventually lead to me losing 50lbs. Keep in mind I used to be an athlete who had to weigh in to compete and the standard high protein, low carb diet was shoved down my throat by all my coaches and trainers. Did i lose weight? Yeah. Was I healthy and did i keep off the weight, hell no. No matter the diet you will lose weight if you burn more calories than you eat (most people will lose if they eat 1500calories but depends on height weight) but eating Whole Foods was the first time I actually lost and maintained weight without counting calories and actually felling full.
Don’t get me wrong I still kill a whole large pizza to myself from time to time

I’m currently on a low carb diet and I will definitely apply the 10 minutes rule when I’m craving something from now on!
Also, my biggest tip is probably to cook more dinner and put what is left in little containers to bring to college or work. Like this you have a delicious low carb lunch with you, without it taking extra time and work.
It’s very difficult to find lunches without carbs on the go, so it’s definitely important to pack your own lunch or snacks.

ive gone many years wanting to lose weight but never succeeding because ive always eaten crappy food and probably ended up being insulin resistand bcuz of that, but now i just dont want to fail again. I wont fail again. So im on my 5th month now of trying and 3rd month of doing keto (and NO cheat days or cheat meals AT ALL) and ive lost 11 kg so far:) 30 to go! Im not struggling with wanting to eat bad food, i just dont want it anymore. its amazing:) i think it has to do with that if you have a cheat meal on keto, you have to start over and get into ketosis again which can take a week, and i dont want to do that. so i think keto is a good lifestyle for people who struggle with self diciplin

I completely agree about the scale being the biggest obstacle. True fat loss happens slowly which doesn’t show right away on the scale, and will easily discourage people and cause them to give up. Weight is just a number and the scale can be evil for a lot of people!
Ive struggled with ky weight since high school. Ive always had big breast so i refused PE in school. It hurt to run and jog and i was made fun of for having big breast. Ive lost weight and i battle with depression so ive put on alot of weight now. Ive had 3 children. My 1st child i was average before having her. After my second daughter i packed on 20 pounds. Then throughout the years alot of obstacles i really put on weight. After the birth of my last daughter i gained even more. After her it never came off. My boyfriend was very abusive and it made my depression worst. I found comfort in food n sleeping. I recently had a breast reduction and i have so much more energy and i finally enjoy running and jogging. Watching this video made me see what my weakness is and why i havent lost weight. I did this today! I looked at the scale at my boyfriend’s house and I was the same weight! After 2-3wks of working out and dieting. I finally went home today and looked in the mirror and their was definitely a difference. I am happy I took a picture at the start of my journey or I wouldn’t have believed it. That point on family members being a hindrance hit home. My mom and other relatives constantly tell me I look just fine the way I am now. I’m a 28 year old guy who weighs 56Kg. I’m skinny as fuck and it’s the biggest blow to my confidence. But they don’t get it. I have massive motivation issues. I’m trying to lose 10 kg for more than 2 years now. My problem is that when effects are not satisfying enough, I eat more, because I stop seeing a point of a diet. It is odd how people want to separate themselves like they want to be special (in other words, alone in their journey in by saying that another would not understand them, like Gabriel said). But, a journey is a journey regardless the destination (whether if its a mile or around the world) and everyone is on a journey to their destination of choice. Mental anguish is a rampant mental state (not a disease mental illnesses are merely a descriptor for these states of being because they are not an affliction from something that is not part of the host. “Mental Illnesses” are self afflicted unlike the motor neuron disease Stephen Hawking, but regardless the mental agony still exists and persists because one perpetuates his/her own sweet agony for personal reasons one may not understand or even know. So basically mental states and hormones determine how you are and how your body operates scientifically speaking. Realistically food can aid in a “feel good” mood, but enjoying life will be more potent and has potential to swing hormones in the right direction. Think Everybody is a cookie cuter design with their own ingrediants and toppings. If you feel it, somebody else feels just like you and if others have done it, you can do it too.
This is true! I started a month ago and lost 10lbs already and I can see a difference in the photo I took on day one and the one a day later! Not major differences but enough:) it keeps me going! Everyone needs to see this.

I found your videos about weight loss just today and I just want to say everything you said is so true and I can relate so much! I started gaining weight when little as my parents broke up and I overall didn’t have an amazing childhood so I ate which made me feel better. I had lost 20kg in one month once and so I weighed 62kg but after a stressful event in my life the weight came back double and I now weigh 95kg, and everyday I end up eating so much even though I was being healthy the whole day. I think I do that because I get soo hungry and like you said we don’t think rationally. I am now trying to be healthy and loose weight in a safe way

When i wake up i do crunches push ups and squats, after school i walk home do homework if i have any and immediately go walk/run for 2-3 hours then eat dinner and wait 30 mins to walk or run for 3-4 hours more, afterwards i drink water and get ready for bed. I walk around 8 miles a day whjch burns almost 900 calories a day for me! I’m trying to get to 130 lbs by next june, im currently 204.3 lbs and im 13! Thats a lot! I’ll try to report if i lost any weight each month. Every 1st day of the month.
