I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy and didn’t get rid of the weight. With my second pregnancy my weight went down and up and at the end I gained only 2 pounds but was still 222. I’m currently 3 weeks postpartum I don’t know what my weight is but my pre pregnancy clothes are big on me I still have the c section swelling though. Hopefully I can get down to a healthy weight for 5’4” body.

I had about 30lbs of water weight and probably another 30lbs before my pre pregnancy weight. Im just tired of looking “soft and mushy”..I had raised BPs and was induced to prevent preeclampsia. The easiest way for myself to lose the baby weight is breastfeeding. It’s amazing for your baby, it heals your vagina faster after childbirth, and you will notice that Baby weight just fall off. I lost the full 40 pounds after 2 weeks but I had a lot of loose skin. So I would drink lots of water, exercise everyday at home, and eat healthy. Within almost 2 months I was back to a size where I felt sexy. And after a year I looked better then I did before. I lost all of the weight in my tummy, thighs, and arms but kept it in my booty and boobs.

Oh my god literally I finally find the same person as me, I used to weight before my pregnancy 122 pounds and I’m 4’11 it’s so true that when your a small person it’s not good to be big….. I would say now I weight 164 pounds and I’m 2 more weeks till I deliver my baby and it’s so frustrating for me because I feel like I gained sooo much weight. Before I would say a year and half I used to weight 149 and I worked hard till I dropped till 122 and now here comes the baby and I weight more then I did before. It did 100 percent change my body although I still have 2 more weeks I don’t know how much I’ll drop after. So my experience is totally different from what I’ve seen written here. When I got pregnant I had 74kg for 1.65cm. At the end of the pregnancy I had 89kg. Once my baby boy was out, after 3/4 days I lost 10kg. And it has been almost 4 months since he was born, I managed to loose 3kg ONLY. crazy. I’m stuck with 77kg. I breastfeed, eat ealthy, do cycling, gainage (don’t know how to say in English)… It’s hard. But I’m not gonna give up greetings fellow mums!!

My pre baby weight is 95-97 pounds but I’m 4’10 and my heaviest when I was pregnant was 109-110. I still am fluctuating between 100-107. It’s hard for me to lose weight and drink water I’ll try some of these tricks so hopefully I’ll get rid of the “pooch” lol

My 4th child is 11 months old and my pre pregnancy weight was 130 me being 5’5 now I’m 134 and pushing for abs. My stomach is on flat and my glutes are popping. I’m a pescatarian and I’ve been like this since 2013, I run 5 miles 6 days a week and I workout my glutes when I get home. Fingers crossed hubby isn’t banking on baby number 5

I am now having a second baby and it is happening again… all that water weight, all that extra weight is so uncomfortable and disheartening. I look in the mirror and literally don’t look like the same person. Even though I did lose that weight with my first son, I still keep watching videos and researching ways to get back down to my regular size after my second son is born in July.

I just want to say congratulations on your weight loss journey!! I myself am now pregnant with my second child, pre pregnancy weight was 140 lbs, I am now at 187 pounds and 5 months pregnant! It is really depressing, my doctor keeps encouraging me to diet and exercise, but it is so difficult when you’re working full time and have a 6 year old to raise. But after I give birth I definitely want to breastfeed and eat healthy, definitely taking all of your information into consideration, I know exactly how you felt! With my first child I didn’t gain as much weight and was able to lose it. This time around I felt hopeless, pregnancy is supposed to be a joyous time. And I feel so lost and down! Watching your video has definitely given me some hope! You look amazing!

I’m pregnant with baby no2 and baby no1 is 16 months so I was almost at the point of loosing the tummy fat but still had a bit to go so i’m still going to be eating well and working out just not overdoing it.

I relate to this a lot ever since I had my baby I wake up til 11 or noon and my baby wakes up a couple mins before me and I let her play while I sleep in. This is so hard for me I’ve tried waking up early but I feel so tired I got right back to bed and my baby does too I’m lost and I feel so insecure about myself because I’m getting fatter and having stretch marks that are not from my pregnancy but currently growing as I gain weight and my baby is 10 months now and this is still going. Idk maybe it’s because I’m young but I got pregnant at 18 and had my baby at 19…I was not exercising or nothing. Omg I feel this! I was about 120 at my best weight. Was up to 135-140 when I got pregnant. Gained 60+ pounds during pregnancy. The day I was induced I was 195 pounds.

Girl, you are SO beautiful!! I totally get what you’re saying about how being short your ideal weight is much lower than someone who is average height. I’m only 5’1″ and to me I feel like look good at about 115-125. If I weigh anymore than that I look chubby. I just had my third baby a little over a year ago and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. It’s SO depressing. I don’t want to get ready BC no matter how much make up I wear and what clothes i put on, I feel disgusting. I have lost all my confidence! Im really hoping I lose the baby weight this time around. I gained 35 with my first baby. Which isnt bad, but I felt awful and wasnt being very healthy or active. I lost most of it thanks to breastfeeding, but then stopped losing weight around 155 lbs (suppose to be 140 lbs) and just couldnt lose it. So when I got pregnant with my son, I was 15 pounds over weight. And have gained 10 lbs so far. Im really trying to be healthy and active this pregnancy and eat better. But I always gain my most weight those last couple weeks. So Im alittle nervous.
