I need this for my first unit this has helped me so much thanks
I love your videos, one thing that’d be helpful though is just hearing a little bit of explanation what the goal/purpose with each exercise is. Sometimes you give that, but on some exercises not and I’m curious WHY you chose that specific exercise. Could just be in the video descriptions if that’s easiest:)
As always, thanks for the great content!
Chen Yibing should be mentioned for his incredible stability. Yuri is questionabley pound for pound the strongest. His Maltese to back lever then press to planche is so effortless it’s wow level of strength. Hannibal probably could have held a Victorian cross if he had worked on it. He was close it was just on bars not rings (trust me I understand there’s a big diffference)
This chart lost its credibility to me right when I saw L sit, back lever, and front lever all in the same column
What about reverse planche? I’ve only seen 2 people doing it and none of them on rings
Some good video idea’s
Oink (Pig
Baaa (Sheep)
Quack (Duck)
ssssss (Snake)
Chirp (Bird)
blup blup blup (Fish sounds?)
Roar (Anything that roars)
Bzzzz (Bee)
Waaaaaa Waaaa (Baby)
Cockadoodledoo (Chicken / Rooster)
Hee Haw (Donkey)
50 isn’t much at all wtf are you talking about XD
there are many people that can do that wr is like 200 or something i think
Gravity: Exists
Gymnasts: I am bout to end this man’s whole career
Big love from South Africa . Dope dope work
check out the front lever into victorian cross performed by manuel caruso
All of the ones you have mentioned are difficult to the usual calisthenics guy. Gymnastics train specific for those. Calisthenics guys pretty much practice almost everything. One hand stand seems difficult
A couple of days ago the movement that now gas the name of his owner, was performed for the first time ever: the Caruso, invented and performed by Manuel Caruso Is a front lever to Victorian cross with a straight arms transition, It could be the hardest existing pull element
My cousin just mastered the pinky handstand ush-up, that’s got to be the one.
The hardest is the reverse planche and the close to impossible (on barrs)
5:00 HAHAHA I BURST OUT LAUGHING CROSSFITTERS ARE A DISGRACE TO FITNESS
At this point I just like the video before it even starts, I just know its gonna be fire! Keep up the great work my man.
Once a 17 year old told me that his father could hold a planche for 5minutes and he’s the country’s best calisthenics athlete. He also said that he is much weaker and can only hold it for a minute. When I asked if he could do a 3 seconds hold without a warm-up just to let me see how it’s done he said he’s ill.
What you say about front lever one arm I see front lever one arm pull up and to my opinion and it’s real that 90 dgre one arm push up but all what you say it’s gymnstics
have also dynamics and you say chalisthnics and victorian cross on dips easier form maltese on pareletes.
But I like the video and if I write words not good that’s becuse I not speak and write english very good
L-sit shouldn’t even be on this chart if front lever is the lowest skill.
As for Victorian I’d rather see a clean form tuck or straddled than the ugly one at 8:35
As for height, Victorian 50 cm off the ground is same difficulty as 3 m off the ground.
Thank yous for sharing, your work out on being a better stronger versions
I think the one handed planche push up should be on there as well as planche push ups on two fingers
This is the hardest gymnastic skill that I’m aware of. The hardest part starts at 4:00. https://youtu.be/FN424Ewo-9w
Great video, thanks! Would you be able to post a link to the Code of Points? I can’t seem to find the one you have.
Wow, I was expecting one of these “tOp tEn hArDeSt sKiLlS” but you actually made a very intersting video! Congrats, I loved it!
do you know where i can get that chart of gymnastic exercises?
Id say most beautiful and hardest calisthenics skill is Dmitry Kuznetsov doing one arm stand to one arm planche back to one arm stand perfectly on 74kg weight.
That claim that gymnast guys are strongest on planet pound per pound turned out to be a myth. Strongest at what? Is there any proof for it?
where can i find the last version of the code of points? only found 2017’s on google and some skills’ missing
How about one arm muscle up on a 30 metres hanging gym rings in a typhoon?
I question the utility of noting genetic “freaks” when we can barely distinguish between nature and nurture. TrainingPal didn’t bother to see if their training routines DO differ significantly; instead, he attributed differences to a factor out of people’s direct control (for the time being). Let’s not give fuel to the already rampant give-up-before-you-start mentality when we could instead isolate to see which variables produce which results.
the hardest calisthenics skill is a max back squat that makes your nose bleed or perhaps a yolk. Yes those are loaded, but you’re still moving your body through space so those are calisthenic movements so nyea nyea ni nyea nyea.
I think single arm planche or single arm dragon press might be the most difficult ground based calisthenic exercise, I’ve only seen a couple people do them.
Those gymnast are fucking insane, and put all youtube fitness-gurus to shame.
I salute you, I use to watch you on Elliot videos, came a long way!
Appreciate the methodical way you answered your own question. Very scientific with humility.
Awesome post, been stuck indoors for over 3 months now.. u made me wanna get out there training athletes again. Much love and respect.
Viewers watching this video: See’s the white normal dude
TrainingPal: Dude how can you wear boxers!?
XD
Question: How often should i train heavy, light, and explosive for football?
why didn’t you add the “manna”, one of the hardest skills for me that i’ve ever achieved
These guys be working they a$$ off…I want to be vicious like them in the game of womens football. The guy that always go first man hats off to you
I think the most difficult calisthenics skill is a completely horizontal one hand planche
hardest skill? do all of this when you aren’t a tiny power dwarf!
A currently doing my badges for coaching and this is helping me out for real..good job mate
Hey i like ur channel type i’m trying to get started on an athlete channel as well.. any tips?
A Calisthenics athlete called Manuel Caruso has just unlocked the Victorian Cross
The “Carmona” is named after a great Venezuelan athlete: Regulo Carmona
Yo dude loved your video.I’m definitely subscribed. If you have time come over to channel and subscribe there will be lots of content coming up
I thought moving my body out of bed this morning was pretty hard
Great Training! I’m taking speed and agility course this year in my university. This video is really helpful to me. thank you!!
One armed ruler pull ups (a ruler glued to a wooden plank) look pretty hard
I raise you by performing these (if possible) not on hanging rings but on rings on the ground.
https://youtu.be/Kjaa1OOxAtE
These guys are phenomenal. They look like a human train, would not want to collide with any of them. Using this to fuel my workout today. Again, WOW.
i think one arm human flag is one of the mos hardest statics in the world, almost nobody did it
Pre 11:19 lunges, maybe add, super slow with a front toe raise as a variation… muscle confusion/stability
Good movements, its said movements like a cat, when playing, flow like water especially if get tackled
Pre 6:25 is it possible that by adding, popping the feet off line like baseball players in out field, may add split second or two off the line. Or same one foot then other foot. Think what I mean is feet like a skier off the line move together on the burst. Just a thought, maybe time a guy to to
Himself
feel like a lot of these are great for helping hoopers on defense
Such a sick video!! The whole time I’m seeing ways to implement your training methods in my skating. Fast Agile, explosive!! Greetings from the UK
1:55 “How much easier it will be to do planche push ups if you have some kind of disease that affects the growth of your legs.” Bboy Junior is exceptional bboy, he doesnt have disease of the legs, at least none that I know of (Sorry, I don’t mean to be mean, just a comment about what’s said in the video that was funny to me)
As always top class not only for athletes but coaches too 1Hunna by the way the instrumental 3.35 anyone know were its from please!!?
4:45 that convo with yourself made me laugh, then that clip of those “pull-ups” right after made me laugh even harder…I love your sense of humor!
Is the game speed agility a general program for all sports or does it include specific variations for different sports?
The van Gelder is a pretty hard skill.it is going from maltese to backlever and pressing back to planche in one movement…..but Dude in the first 2 minuts you were just saying what i was thinking for a while…i saw these two bboys before as well as robert Förstemann. And so i asked myself the same question in terms of difficultY in bodyweight exercises. Petrounias is a perfect example
That was an awesome session. The cognitive conditioning part was interesting, and i would say that long haired guy has some awesome skills..haha. Thanks Chris
What’s the sets and reps can anyone who bought the program tell me?
Hardest skill in calisthenics.
Lasting 10 minutes in be…I mean levitating
Awesome work, we implement parts of your work into our handball training. Best training channel on Youtube!
Hardest skill is when you have to stay motivated because you only train solo.
I mean, one handed handstand push ups are pretty hard, but is it the hardest?
Can’t tell how much I love this man, and he never even posts my sport. Love from the Netherlands
mah boi stay smacking you young players with that G-A-M-E…. respect from Sacramento.
Awesome work. Taking notes. For when training with soccer players
Thanks Bra, cuz of You and Phil Daru I am doing well at my gym “4m Fitness” in person training….Next Level-football, boxer/kickboxer etc….
