20-Min Full-Body Resistance Band Workout for Home 1. Squat to press. Grab handles with an overhand grip and stand in the middle of the band with feet parallel and 2. Bent-Over Row. I had to reach into the back of my closet to grab my resistance bands…those quarantine pounds were adding up FAST. I haven’t done band workouts in over a year so I was searching for something I can work up to and enjoy and want to come back to. I am certain I found it. I tested a few of the exercises all the way to the end of the video and I feel pretty confident that I can do this with a few modifications. I was motivated by all of the encouragement and you didn’t require a ton of sets…which also makes it accessible for a beginner like me. Glad I found this video…wish me luck!

I did this workout in a MT hotel room across the country from where I live in VA. I packed my mini bands because they take up less room than my leggings in my suitcase but work so well to give me more room in my leggings! Lol Great workout, I’m sweating!!!

This mini band workout was so awesome! I really loved all the exercises, and there were several that I have never done with the mini band before. It’s so cool to learn new ways to work the muscles! . And whew, holy glutes there at the end! . Talk about a burnout! . I appreciated the upper body exercises, as well. The bands are really good for the glutes and hammies, but there’s a lot you do with the upper body, too. I liked your variations of rows that we did, and the lat pull-downs.

This is probably the best at home workout video I’ve watched. I go to the gym fairly regularly and was looking for a decent workout video to challenge me. I love the way she also describes the muscle to focus on and establishing that mind muscle connection. Doing lower body workouts with these kind of bands is relatively easier, but she also managed to demonstrate very good exercises for the lats and shoulders. Thanks a lot for this!

Only thing you need for home workout is resistance workout set.
You can do anything you want with them, they are simple to use and you can gain great muscle. I got my at trainhome shop (check on google).

So, I have more to share after 1 month of working out with JJ…I see a huge difference in my body. My muffin top and my flabby arms are getting firm. I tried to add another exercise routine in my weekly and it just didn’t feel good. So, I’ve decided to strictly stay with JJ until my body is ready for other routines. Thanks again JJ. I am trying to work on my flexibility in my hamstrings as my spine/lower back hurts when I sit up with my legs in front of me (think L sit but with bum on the floor lol) I have 3 bad discs in my lower spine and stretching helps. I would like a routine that could help with my flexibility in this area. Thanks x

Managed to do the complete workout. I’ll be coming back to this workout at least once a week. Burnt 250 calories by the end of the workout.

My favourite morning workout! Hard, but enjoyable and very effective! I do it 2-3 times a week and after a month the body looks nearly as a the trainer Christine:) If I do not have too much time or do not feel super well, I do just 1 cycle that take 15 minutes this amount of time in the morning anybody can invest! I did this one with the Foam Roller one and an older stretch of yours. Stretching with resistance bands is my absolute favorite way to stretch..especially for my quads. Great videos and I want to add that the quality, quantity and variety you provide is fantastic. Very professional content and production. I’ve been working out for years at home with dvds & yes, vcs and your work is exemplary. (PS I got my PD socks from your friend and will wear them proudly).

Hey dude, so idk where to ask this so I’ll ask here. Can you make a video for intermediate calisthenics? Because I can do around 25 pull ups, and 20 tuck planche pull ups, muscle ups and around a 10 second front lever. However I don’t know where to go from there, suggestions?
It might be nice to slow the speed down to allow for a bigger range of motion on the first set and then use speed for the pulsing on the second set. Do you have any workouts that are slower than this one?

What I love about it is that you can do it in your pyjama, on 1 square meter anywhere at your home, in the hotel when travelling, you do not need to jump, therefore you do not disturb anybody, you do not need a mat. It’s 6 am, the sun is coming up and I have not been to sleep since yesterday at 8 am when I woke up from the previous nights sleep. Just Typing that was a brainful…here I am in an attempt to help me get sleepy (which I know won’t work) I’ll absolutely be more pumped and ready for work at 9 am.. but I’m hoping for at least 1 hour. Working out sounded like a good idea and I just got some resistance bands! I’m going to the inner harbor water front to work out. You’re super cute and this workout was right up my alley! I felt it, it challenged me, but the positions were manageable which isn’t always true for the loop workouts!

If this is too easy boys, as he said do more reps, but you can also; 1. create more tension by holding the band shorter which will leave more slack in the middle. 2. TIME UNDER TENSION; do reps slower especially controlling the negatives. 3. Use heavier bands. I love band workouts️♂️

my partner just bought me resistance bands for my 20th birthday because I struggle to workout with his dumbells because they are always too heavy for me. This workout makes me sweat and works the muscles I need the most. I find its best to pause in between excercises to make sure I have the resistance bands exactly how I need them. Great workout routine. Let’s see how far this gets me doing it 3/4 times a week.

Looks good for a quick burn for sure. Have you ever tried the bands /straps that can also be attached to doorways Holly?? I think those may also have adjustable levels of resistance.
