Good video, but please don’t rinse or run mushrooms under water. It won’t do anything besides adding water to the mushrooms. You can just clean any visible dirty with a paper towel or dish cloth. Water with mushrooms will last hours, without will last a week or so, depending how fresh they are. Everything else is on point.
Also instead of aluminum foil for the salmon, use baking paper. Super easy to clean up still but if you like the skin, you can broil the skin and get some delicious crispy toppings. It will be harder to do with a marinated salmon, but salt, pepper, oil, some fresh chillies and garlic, lemongrass and ginger paste is great for it.
Jesus how much disposable plastic are you using there mate?! Other than that? Great video, bit maybe consider moving to reusable containers

As someone doing Keto, I wouldn’t suggest the romaine lettuce in the salad. Something more calorie dense, even a little Kale or something. Also, the snacks could have more variety:) You don’t want to eat such similar things, variety in your diet is healthy:)

I love the video but the only observation i have is that avocados get dark (black) when u put them in the fridge n get soggy with the lime…so i will recommend to pack it in the container with the peel. N the line wedge at the side.

I like the idea of advance prep, but I want go to your extent… Slicing everything up and having it ready, to break out and use. works best for me. Id like to lose weight and look better, but Im not going to be a body-nazi.. and watch my scale everyday.

I’m starting keto after my third time lol reason I fell off the wagon(last November 2019) was because one carb breakfast at Denny’s turned into a carb loaded day and then days and then weeks. So angry at myself lol
But I am starting it over. I need to learn to meal prep for work. So I can have lunch ready so I can grab and go.
Keto is amazing and I lost weight and felt freakin amazing. Nothing like anything I ever tried before. Keto is a lifestyle and it’s not for everyone. It’s the only thing that worked wonders for me. Wish I got back on the wagon the day after my carb day. It just happened haha mistakes happen.
Can’t wait to see those damn results again. Only took four weeks for me. It’s amazing.
