For Potato Pancakes, instead of gram and corn flour can u use wheat flour?
All thes except 2 are already a breakfast options in Bangalore. We call pulihora as puliyogare and all these we have from my mother’s generation. But curd rice is not eaten as breakfast. We make ragi dosa and roti instead of besan ka chilla. I think that’s a very good option.

Can someone tell me how are those recipes healthy? I would expect “healthy” to have at least some fruit and veg. Yes there’s a mashed banana in the first recipe and there’s a pumpkin puree and some nuts, but that’s pretty much it. And how is adding a ton of maple syrup healthy? I’m especially confused with the second recipe, it seems more like dessert than a healthy breakfast.
Also, I checked the nutrition information and for the second recipe, and you claim it has 14g of carbs per serving (which i’m assuming is 1 waffle), but I couldn’t believe it, so i calculated for myself and it seems like the 14g is just 1 plain waffle and that’s fine, but another 15g of carbs will be in that maple syrup (i counted it as 1tbspoon, but i’m 100% sure there’s waaay more than that) and at least another 13g of carbs in molasses, and both of those things are simple sugars! That’s 28g of sugar more than you claim, so overall this recipe has around 33g of sugar and max amount of sugar you should eat in a day is *25g*! You don’t specify what is in a serving, so this is misleading! And even the first recipe had 28g of sugar. Is that really healthy?
So yeah, to sum up, you could probably change the title to: a chocolate breakfast full of sugar and 2 desserts

I wrote this while following alongit was easier for me to understand somehow if anybody would like to use this-^^
Fluffy pancakesIn a bowl mix Four cups of flour and 4 tbsp of baking powder, set that aside and in another. Mix four cups of milk (room temperature) 3 egg yolks and 3/4 butter mix together until pale yellow color, set that bowl aside and in another bowl whisk, or beat 4 egg whites (peaked) than pour your milk mixture in with the flour, for 3-4 minutes whisk, than add the egg whites, fold and stir until everything is mixed in, than place the batter in a buttered pan and cook on low heat with lid on, poke with toothpick to know when done.
Tip: if the toothpick is clean, it isn’t ready, if the toothpick comes out with batter on it, it is not ready.

Bro for sweet rice… one more recipe is there in South India (Karnataka) which is healthier too…
Add jaggery, coconut, salt, methi powder and little water to cooked rice and cook it again for 5 more minutes… then serve with ghee… It’s called Methi Rice… very tasty and healthy…

If you experience gas or flatulence using besan/ gram flour please always add jeera/ cumin seeds, ajwain/ carom seeds and hing/ asafoetida. This trio will help.

I did the banana pancakes but I don’t really like bananas so I didn’t eat them but definitely recommend if you like bananas

Sorry to say but I wanna say something here I’ve been eating healthy food since last 8 months n after watching ur vdo I would say this is “only tasty n filling breakfast not healthy breakfast” u hav added maida, suger, potato, refined oil which is completely not healthy!!!!
