It looked intriguing, and I needed a Ranch to go with a new chicken wing recipe I was trying out, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. Sometimes it’s not easy to convince my wife to try out new recipes…she preferred her ranch mix which included using the powdered Hidden Valley Ranch mix; it’s good, but just NOT good for you I feel…I made her your ranch dressing and added 2 teaspoons of chives and only two drops of ezee sweets and she has been converted…Thanks for these recipes…still waiting on your tuna recipe…LOL! Just made this and it’s good! I forgot to put the sweetener in until I finished stirring it and tasting it….not going to put it in because it doesn’t need it…it’s wonderful as is! I also used plain Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream because it was what I had on hand.
cost effective would be a nightmare. Once you open those mixed cheese tubs then the shelf life will dramatically drop, so unless your going to eat all that within a few days you’ve spent money to feed the bin.
Store bought mayo says no sugar, but the ingredients show otherwise. Which mayo do you buy that has no sugar?

I hate to be a “Debbie Downer” but Hidden Valley dressing has monosodium glutamate or MSG in it, another horrible ingredient.
That Olive Garden dressing has high fructose corn syrup as the second or third ingredient. HFCS is NOT good for anything especially in a KETO diet. If you’re not losing weight while using Olive Garden dressing, that high fructose corn syrup is the culprit!!!!

Just because of the dressing that salad went up to 400 calories and with the avocado that probably was 500 cal easy. I guess you will have it plain with no sides, no tubers no nothing else

Hey Kat, did you realize that the Olive Garden Italian dressings 4th or 5th ingredients is HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP? Ranch, 3rd ingredient is SUGAR! Ken’s Chunky Blue Cheese, 6th ingredient is SUGAR! Newman’s dressing is wonderful because the SUGAR is listed near the end of the ingredients list… good choice. Rao’s is an excellent choice!!! There is NO SUGAR in this dressing at all… wonderful!!! All of these are amazing with the exception of the sweeteners being in such a high position of the ingredients. This is always the challenge for me when choosing a dressing. Thanks for sharing your faves.

Thank for your advice & passing your knowledge to us on requiring healthy nutrients for our cells. As for me i have been health freak in my younger days after reading a book on the poisons in the food chain by nutritional guru Nathan Pritikin. He explained the many dangers of the additives & preservatives, dyes,list goes on & on.As for me i have no weight issue to deal with, but nearing 65 i know my metabolism has slowed down & my dad says are stomach shrink as we age he is correct in saying so.I have been looking so long for a solution to healthy clean diet & have finally found it with your advice.All i need to do is find a right balance that works for me but is difficult to find as my body has a mind of its own.I am most grateful for what you do for us, truly you are blessing to us.
