Noticed that Butcher Box pork is not certified organic and not certified non-gmo with their feed.
more vids like ur beginner Keto, exactly what to eat meal plans, 4 week meal plans where there’s a lot of speciality would be wonderful!!!
22 min, Broderick said glucose can be stored in the liver, I thought that only fructose can go to the liver and glucose cannot go into the liver, is this incorrect?
You should do a further breakdown with all the red meats and stuff like lamb
“oH mY gOd tHoMAs tHaNk yOu sO mUcH fOR yOuR kNoWlEDgE aNd hElP”
Amazing podcast! Love it. Thank you guys for education’s and so much fun. Keep going Steve!
Thomas your basically a functional medicine guy. Cauae you know on nutrition and nutrients
Thomas Delauer I’m confuse I thought I seen a video where you mentioned you don’t eat red meat often?
on 10:40 you claim that ALA conversion rate is less than 1% which is actually not true. It is between 0-12 % conversion inte EPA and DHA for males and up to 22% for females. Which still is rediculously low, wildcaught mackerel will always be the omega 3 king, but it’s important to get the details right:)
This guy is awesome but I think he might be giving himself high blood pressure talking about this stuff.
I think people just love the same stuff every time. I hate mcd too
I never eat McDonald’s, there so much better stuff to eat for the same price
Very informative Thomas, love your videos. Thank you for all you do.
Chavez is my favourite of everyone in the industry his analogies are so good. They really help aid understanding, I could listen to him all day.
Alot to digest there, mentally and actual digestion! Ha ha! Definitely going to be adding bison to my well round Robin on meats I eat. Thanks!
We need more of this pls. Especially how really the omega 6 to 3 ratio affects keto.
Jokes on you i throw up after every meal
Please help i hate myself.
Definitely going to listen to this several times. Thanks for a great interview, Loved every minute of it!!!!
I eat 1500 kcals a day, im supposed to eat like 2500 cause im a teen but never skip cutting season
Lovely video content! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched Millawdon Reality Building Trick (do a google search)? It is a good exclusive product for learning how to lose weight fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker finally got amazing success with it.
* vegans laughing in the distance cuz they only eat very low cal vegetables *
this video is assuming cals on foods, you can always look at the low cals food. Some bread is 70 cals per slice. It’s not always so high:) if you don’t check the cals in what you eat, realize that you most likely don’t eat to much that you gain a bunch. a pound is 3,700 cals (if I remember correctly)
If britans favourite food is an indian curry is indias favourite food a british curry?
Can you do a video of healthy lunches to take to work, healthy brown bagging?
Thanks for the vid. Do you know how it has been calculated how many calories a human needs? I would love to see a vid on that.
Well i dont care when im hungry im hungry but i dont go to Mcdonalds i get a döner (when you dont know what a döner is just search it on google )
ideally less than 2gm protein. you were right in audio but video shows incorrect value
Would love to know if chicken thighs would get a higher rating if they are raised roaming on an organic farm picking in the fields where the grain fed is organic
Matt, if I send you a razor and some shaving cream will you shave your beard?
Anyone else watching this because they’re trying to increase their calorie intake:”””)
Yep, need the same breakdown on seafood (of course, ONLY wild, not farmed). In the Pacific NW, salmon (in season) is everywhere, otherwise frozen (nutritional difference?); oysters are also common. Then, canned fish (sardines and salmon). Turkey would be good to know. More info on bacon would be nice (would help me justify eating it). Finally, I guess a “low carbon footprint” is important to me, so I try to buy locally (which sadly cuts out Butcher Box:-(
I usually like your videos but this guy is full of crap. The downside to eating high carb is metabolic syndrome and heart disease. Carbohydrate is not a clean fuel, it causes massive amounts of oxidative stress. I hope no young people listen to this guys bullshit. Horrible advice.
If the chicken is pasteured organic and not given hormones and antibiotics can I have my chicken thighs?
A lot of organic store bacon still has conservatives so avoid that shit like the plague!
Hey I’m all about good meat and salmon but I’m curious why you never list chia seeds as a good source of Omega 3’s and protein?
I would love to see this same content only for pasture raised.
Hi Thomas, great article again. I’d be really interested to see how lamb compares to the other ruminants, and also how turkey compares to chicken.
Had this other day. #1 it smells AMAZING if anyone gets in your car within 3-4 hours after you’ve had this in your car they would not think you were at Mcdonalds that day..
#2 Despite the ingredients it has a ton a flavor..#3 you’re going to feel great the rest of day knowing you had such a healthy breakfast..
Matt review the chocolate peanut butter Oreos! Limited edition
We watch this like were going to do it then we go to the pantry and get 5 packs of Doritos
Given that dietary fat is easier to store as fat than carbohydrates. Does that mean that a hardgainer ectomorph, who has to eat like 4K calories a day to gain weight, would be better off eating a higher fat diet? It’s also a lot easier to get to 4K calories a day eating high-fat foods.
I like how ED comments exist on this video, that’s why I came to this video.
What’s the ideal as far as percentages of macronutrients…?
Broderick is fucking hilarious. But his knowledge and experience on these topics are gold. Thanks for the video dude
All he ate was the egg and sausage whats the point of reviewing if you wont eat everything
Eating a pringles can is 1000 calories so two and a harf pringle cans is healthy
You should be a fuckin gameshow host “Aaannnd welcome to
….” you nail it every time no homo
So on off days consume high carbs as on training days? Also when cutting? Isn’t it better to have more carbs on training days to get energized and refuel glycogen?
Broderick and Mike are my favorites! If they were both on the podcast on the same time that would be epic!
I like to add fresh fish to my diet weekly. I would like to hear about the main kinds of fish.
Can you just come stay with me for a month and get me all set up!! Love your videos.
perfect timing.. was trying to research this myself and getting confused.. Thanks
only place for this information for us common folk. excellent work Thomas!
Thomas, I totally trust and appreciate your hard work and advice. Are you familiar with Kangen water and have an opinion on it?
This has to be one of the funniest podcasts. Steve you need to get Broderick on again, if possible!
The leafy shit looks like baby spinach. Pretty bland and easy to eat for non veggie enthusiasts. I think its not so much that people love mcdonalds. It´s just habit. You know you´re eating crap but you know what type of crap you´re getting every time.
How many minutes a week should I be walking. I take a 30-40 walk about 3 times a week and an hour week on one day.
Here’s some direct perspective.
A monster salad with 30 baby tomatoes, 2 heads of lettuce, 4 carrots, and two onions is only 400 calories.
A McDonald cheeseburger with an eight ounce glass of lemonade is also 400 calories.
Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Dinanlinson Gym Creator Approach (search on google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning a highly effective bodyweight workout program to strip fat off without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend Sam at last got amazing success with it.
Lovely Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Millawdon Reality Building Trick (do a search on google)? It is a great one off guide for learning how to lose weight fast without the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker finally got amazing results with it.
Well done, especially Omega 6/3 ratio, which is something I live by Omega 3.
What I eat per day
8 cups of water (burns 70 cals)
One slice of white bread [60 cals I eat one half for lunch and the other for dinner)
And 15 goldfish (30 cals)
All I heard was
Blah, blah, blah…
Bacon good
Blah, blah, blah…
I would prefer to listen to its benifits and when should I eat it! But thanks for the video:)
I had bison Ribeye at Luxor. It was “free” based on how much my ex lost in their casino. The staff said it’s not beef, you have to cook it rare, from the low fat. The flavor was also good, but different.
I weigh 93 kilos and only consume on average 30-50g of fat. Don’t notice or feel any health issues as a result.
Thanks you for eating the greens, eggs, turkey AND TOMATOES!! Looks very yummy actually!!! Also do a WABA Review! lol
My diet is morning 300 kcal lunch 400 kcal and dinner 300 kcal and thats it, i did cout my kcak in the past but now i just eat less and wat what i think is healty and inly if i realy am hungry there is no place for sugar and oil,but i am kinda fine somethimes i dont eat breakfast and sometimes u eat cake slice but that okay my weigt is 56kg and 167cm, fat 20%.my diet goes on so i get with this diet the last time to 52 kg but then had mental breakdown so now i make chance 2 eat what looks healty and what i wanna and hopefully get to 50kg chance 2,iver info but i was 64kg 2 years ago.and was 50/50 healty ☹️
Appreciate Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried Millawdon Reality Building Trick (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for learning how to lose weight fast without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my GF after many years got excellent success with it.
I’m done. My head just exploded. Or I’m done everybody feed off me. limited time only
Lots of factual inaccuracies in this interview. Glucose isn’t the only substrate which can be used by cells directly for energy. Fatty acids are also burned directly. Chylomicrons and VLDL particles transport such energy through the bloodstream.
Me har roj 10 banana khata hnu.isme itna protein nehi he or calories v itna nehi he
I transition from a moderate apporach to HCLF I got all sweaty pretty weird. Has anyone experience this?
Instead of just having pork me, what about ham steaks? They are quite leaner than just buying pork itself
This is gold! I love Broderick’s simplicity in his answers ( and his freakouts, those are funny af)! More please
Happens here as well, there’s a blake burger something, and they are fast food so it isn’t great but definitely have way more flavor than the mcdonalds that is right across their parking lot
yet all the time i see mcds full and blake half empty
i think it’s the price perception that does it, people have always associated mcds to be a cheaper alternative to other fast food places, in reality though it is basically the same price and even more expensive sometimes because of the ‘brand’ mcdonalds if that makese sense
but i see what you mean all the time all these great places are half empty and never have the packed house mcdonalds seems to achieve so often
Clearly people are not good shoppers. Name branding over getting more bang for your buck and quality. I don’t get it either.
I’m sorry but this guys arguments do not hold up with most people including my own experience with carb control and or cycling to achieve or maintain a lean muscular physique.
He at no time makes any distinction of carb sources, processed or not. He’s also contradicting himself.
If fat just naturally gravitates to fat in terms of storage and insulin has no bearing, why then is it worse to mix insulin releasing carbs and fats?
Who said anything about low carbs on non training days as just a one off?
Consistent low carbs on non training days over time adds up and is effective.
Yet he labels it assenine….Really!?
And why use a predator pure carnivore lion as an example up against human all three macro eating habits with access to food 4/7.
Or compare the consumption rice to beef, two different macros?
Dramatic histrionics aside to emphasise his points, when was the last time this guy was ever shredded, yet he’s telling thousands of competitive athletes their real world experiences manipulating largely carb intake to achieve contest ready condition that they are wrong??
I was really hoping I was gonna see your window rolled down and you throw that vegetable bowl out like the salad you and Chris did, that was the best review
as an asian we don’t care about calories at least were not hungry..
I count my calories, and I usually eat more than 2,000 Calories a day. I’m still a young man, at age 21, and not so fat at all, at around 160.9 lb and 5’9 1/2″ last I checked.
Thomas I’ve hit a wall here brother. I lost 117 pounds because of your videos, but I’m stuck between 258-290 can you help me get rid of the extra 80. I know I should be between 200-220. But I’m yo yo ing here any suggestions…
Is Chris allowed to say fuck and not bleep it out anymore. Used to he didnt
29 grams of protein? I don’t think so but omg I’d love that
We’d be very interested in a video on the Keto diets impact in dogs
Great video. Some much needed insight on quality of meats. Perhaps if the mood strikes, you should look into more uncommon types of meat like ostrich(very tasty), or something like wild boar(if it’s much different than pork)
One question, though. Is stearic acid much different from the food additive magnesium stearate? I heard the latter isn’t so good to be consuming…
Great podcast as always man! So pumped for this! Coming out my agressive mini cut. So hard to control the temptations
I’d love to see a video on homesteader animals like guinea pig, guinea hog, rabbit, quail, partridge, duck, goose, deer, squirrel, and how about insects???
Everyone please listen to this man he has change my life a great deal!
I would love to see you break down additional meats and fish as well! This was very helpful and more would be even better!
Pure Gold! Thanks for the workout on my Cheeks..lol! I could not stop laughing throughout..
What about sausages that are 95% meat) and are not machine separated?
Interesting interview and maybe something to implement in the future. I like Chavez. Currently though I like to have higher fats (40% fats 40% carbs 20% protein) because they’re just easy calories for me. Adding fats to rice bowls & oatmeal etc. When I cut I do a lower fat ratio to carbs. I’m also using rp’s male physique template & it’s awesome stuff.
Am I the only one eating under 500 calories a day and not being hungry or anorexic?!
Only questionable argument is Broderick’s appeal to nature in some parts which is weak evidence but interesting podcast overall!
I count my calories, and I usually eat more than 2000 calories a day.
Take a shot every time he says “calories” (Please don’t actually do this)
McDonald’s/Apple, same shit, Matt.:) I can not answer why, it is like why did people drink the kool aid in Waco? I show people at my work the amazing features and benefits of my 2 year old Galaxy S5 vs any iphone that exists and they are amazed, yet they still go out and buy an icrap for double the p[rice with antiquated outdated everything in it from android flagships 3 to 4 years ago for double the price of what my GS5 is new… Why, nobody truly knows. I think they are just brainwashed… I mean, one guy only wants the thing for a video camera and one for photos I am showing him all the insane things my GS5 can do that is years ahead and leagues above the quality of any iphone to date with features they can only dream of having in the future, plus he claims he prefers using SD card digital cameras yet chooses a shitty iphone with no sd card support my GS5 has a 128gb microSD card in it you can sync it to any brand computer of any OS and even just plug it in as a Hard Drive, remove its sd card and add another one for more recording space or even this add a 2TB hard drve/usb flash stick to the phone for even more storage. Do that with an iphone in your wet dreams! lol
Sorry for the iRant.:) But yeah, same fucking thing with McDonald’s when there is far superior right across the road and they surely can see the burgers are better, cost less, smell better etc etc etc nope, ” need-Mc’D, urg, need iphone urg, urg urg…”
Crazy analogies on this channel. This guy’s personality is like the inverse of Mike Israetel. This guy’s 7th grade biology must’ve been wild.
this is so distorted. How about just show regular foods like broccoli or popcorn or chocolate in 100 cal servings so people are more aware of their intake rather than trying to portray how much you can eat on 300 calories.
The great English Breakfast is great.. but to be fair to it’s calorie value, most guys eating a whole Cooked Breakfast at 07 h 00 will most probably be working in physical jobs such as construction or other manual job, giving plenty of power to start the day, working out carrying heavy loads or going up and down steps all day in hot and cold climates. There is also a high chance this breakfast / meal is their only source of food for the day, as many don’t stop for a lunch break… so all in all not too bad
Hey Steve, are you familiar with the relationship between RP resensitization phase and how that relates to mini-cuts, that is, would you recommend going on a 3/4-week mini-cut in conjunction with the resen. phase?
hi. speaking of meat…what do you think of this chicken recipe?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcNcHzGNBW8
I’m dreaming of a white Christmas and Matt reviewing Popeye’s
tried in San Diego, Ca it was very good and so much healthier
Add my name to those wanting to see lamb we eat a lot of it in Australia thank-you:)
are yaar banana mein 29gm protein Kahan se ayegi please reply karo
Is nobody talking about the fact that the poll is 49 VS 50 equaling 99?
as always Thomas you do fantastic informative videos thank you. it would be interesting to make a video on less known and consumed meats like lamb, mutton, goat, camel, lama, and alpaca meats. also what about duck, goose, emu, and ostrich. are any of the mentioned above healthier than bison or beef. i try reading some articles but they are all biased in regards to cholesterol and fats in general. i would very much like to hear your perspective. sorry for the long message.
Great video, as usual. Hunting season is not too far off, could you please add Venison and Elk to your comparison?
Men need 2700 calories a day?
No wonder its so easy to lose weight when you eat right
I honestly don’t know how people eat 2200-2700 calories. That’s literally like death. How do you eat that much??? I can barely eat 500 without feeling guilty:/
Thomas, why not try canned cod liver on video? I Think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Pro tip: only eat celery, it’s literally -3 calories per stalk chop.
a half of a glass of my organic whole milk is 160 i don’t feel this is factual
POST TRAINING!!! Deadlift/leg session, I’m dead. Luckly tomorrow is rest day

A small bowl of carrot & cabbage without any sauce
An egg with one tbs of soy sauce

When you present information gradients, could you use some sort of graph?
I have started a 1000 calorie diet. I am 153cm and 57kg. I am trying to get to 50 kg. Today is day one wish me luck. I am watching this vid cause I’m at 735 calories and I have to eat a sanck cause I am hungry
I eat 3 boiled eggs or some oatmeal for breakfast, then at lunch I have a 330 gram yogurt (sometimes with a big apple) and maybe a small piece of dark chocolate later in the day. Then for dinner I have whatever weird healthy concoction my mother has made for my father (his weight gave him a lot of health concerns, so his current diet is super healthy) and I’ve also been drinking at least 1 liter of water a day. I lost like 3 kgs in a few days. But I’m also walking 6-7 Kilometers a day (4-5 miles)
mcdonalds is like wwe, its been around since we were kids that people rather go with what they know.
YouTube algorithm and my eating disorder on their way to ruin my life: ️️ ️️
I don’t see the link thrive market can you post it below. Nor did I see the link for butcher box
Lamb
Farm raised salmon / wild salmon
Canadian farm raised salmon / new zealand farm raised salmon
Fuck McDonalds. Their shit all tastes wet and greasy. I will eat the egg white mcmuffin in a pinch when out of town on work but thats about it these days. My 32 year old colon appreciates this.
Bison is better then beef a lot will disagree until they try it
I only have around 400/500 calories a day I have one apple for breakfast one apple for lunch and a 300/400 meal for dinner
Ik he said that ‘big apples r 100 calories’ but I have small ones around 50 cals each
Nothing beats the ultimate breakfast sandwich at jack in the box.
Fettuccine Alfredo is not an Italian dish, it exists only in other countries’ Italian restaurants, but not in Italy.
And here a normal plate of pasta is between 300 and 500 calories depending on the sauce you use.
You might find more elaborated plates in restaurants that can push those calories up to 800/1000.
Normal plates at home are actually healthy.
But don’t look at me I still have an eating disorder, I never have more than 65gr of pasta and my sauce is just vegetables and some tomato.
I’ve been dealing with EDs for 8 years now, it’s like a roller coaster.
At my lowest I reduced my calorie intake to 300/400 per day, and I do 4 to 7 hours of ballet, 5/7 days.
Sometimes I’d also go running or do other kinds of physical exercises.
Now I’m doing better in terms of weight (I was 38kg now I’m 49, but I’ve also been 32kg in the past which is kinda scary).
Tho, inside my brain it’s always the same.
Even harder because then I would just reduce the food and that’s it, but now I have to fight my brain like: forcing myself to eat while wanting to restrict.
For certain periods of time I manage to hit those 1800/2000 calories I need, while these days I struggle to reach 1500/1600 and I have very bas anxiety with panic attacks every now and then.
Sad truth is,not all the bodies are the same, and no matter how much I restrict or exercise, not even how low my weight is: I don’t look the way I eat.
I’m not saying I’m fat, even if I see myself as fat.
But I’m not as thin as I should be either.
Anyways, this video made me even more anxious.
Don’t get me wrong, I love your videos.
But this topic drives me crazy
Fuck me. I had one today with other fruits. Hope that doesn’t get me out of ketosis…
I used to hate on carbs after 3 months of low carb, I swapped to carbs about 400 grams a day and can’t keep on weight
1700 calories is plenty, especially for modern society where most people just sit all day
I’m Indian and I’m thin as frick-
In actuall Indian curry i’ve never seen as much butter and fatty things as you describe, but it varies from state to state.
(I’m from Tamil Nadu btw)
damn! this guy is pure positive + crazy energy:)
fun to watch
I wonder if kangaroo is similar to bison, being wild-caught. Very lean and very strong tasting, but if it’s even better than than beef, I might incorperate it now and then. Gotta now make chicken a special occasion meal!
1 tsp of mayo = 100 calories? that’s just super incorrect lol. 1tsp of mayo should only be about 30. and 1 tbsp of it would be 90-100.
What my breakfast is usually 100-200 calories not more… Each meal about 200-450 calories, snacks are less than 150
This will probably give you rotten egg farts green gas fuckin stinks up the whole dam town
Why is he bringing up Keto when talking about massing. Keto is for cutting and possibly for maintaining if that is your lifestyle but why would anyone bulk on keto? Got your back Dave Palumbo
Can you please talk about venison? I know there are variables because a deer may be eating out of a crop field when available. I deer hunt (I know that itself can be controversial), but generally I trim to a lean cut and then add better fats. I’d appreciate your insight on this meat source.
For breakfast I make tomato and egg stir fry (1 medium tomato, 1 large egg, 1/8 cup water, 1tbs ketchup, 1tbs soy sauce 1tbs oyster sauce and 1/2tbs sugar) paired with 1 slice of wholemeal bread and a cup of whole milk:-)
I also would like to see more meats on the white board, such as Lamb, Duck, Boar, & Venison/Elk
I only eat 250 calories in noon and evening I don’t eat in morning huhuhu 500 calories a day
Another good video Thomas, well done! How about: lamp, turkey, rabbit and duck?
There is about 1.1 gram to 1.66 protein in 1 banana depending on the size
I calculated that a 21 year old male like me needs, on average, around 2,400-3,000 Calories.
Does anyone else find it so unfair that men can have 500 whole friggin calories more than a woman? That’s eight whole apples, or three sandwiches, or two muffins, or a heaped bowl of rice or pasta… ;-; See what this video has done to me.
great stuff high carb low fat great for MASING AND CUTTING steve reeves and the TRUE golden era muscle beach santa monica Legends all did this! great guy!
sooo you think thag grass fed goat would be one of the best meats around?
Woman need more food conpare to man! And have biger Apetite!
Does he mean that we need between 2-3 grams per kg of protein? So for someone weighing 100 kg around 200-300 grams of protein?
I’ve been getting meat from Omaha Steak for several years. I have a personal shopper & he does give me great deals & usually free shipping. What are your thoughts on this Company??
I didn’t think fruits and vegetables had calories until I started counting calories.
I didn’t think about how many times you’ve actually said that intro until just now
From his point of view, a low fat diet is anything below 1g/kg of body weight, am i correct?
Newton wasn’t wrong!:) He was unaware of the existence of such extremity’s. Einstein broadened the theory of Newton to the superheavy and the super fast objects; but when you fill in the constants that apply on earth, you get back to the equations of Newton. Great podcast anyway! 😉
Just for the record I m cutting on.4g/kg and I feel just fine!
you can eat 5 kilos of konyakku jelly for 100 calories, it is a bit plain though so I recommend making it with a bit of stevia, which has 0 calories.
Doctors recommend 30 g a day of sugar. That’s like one big banana a day.
I’m in Trouble.
Good video very interesting, also thé part of thé protein from meat and thé fat that commes with that.dr Eric Serrano talks about this to in thé sense of: you can’t find any complete proteïnsourse in nature without fat,fat slows down digestion giving thé gutmicrobiome time to procces thé protein and giving your intestance thé time to absorbe thé protein he even says that overtime digestion problems in athleates are caused by exsessive consumption of lowfat proteïnsourse like whey thy can just pas trough thé gut causing undigestion protein resulting in gas and worse.
Thomas, can I get your opinion on this: https://www.netflix.com/title/81157840?s=a&trkid=13747225&t=wha
It’s not that people love McDonald’s, it’s just cheap fast food…majority of sales probably come from the drive thru since people don’t like to get off
Where are all of you getting all these meats from? Lamb, venison, goat etc…? I live in a large city, Tampa Bay area. I can’t even find a pasture raised chicken here or grass fed and finished beef. I can completely forget about organ meat. I shop at Publix and local butchers do not offer any of these things. I’m lucky I can get pasture raised chicken eggs. I do have a Whole Foods store about 45 minutes away. Does anyone know if they have these items? Thank you!
the amount of calories it says for breakfast is what i eat in a day…
this guy is way behind all the latest research, it’s like living in the 21st century and listening to research from 1920, please he is so behind, and lets not get so obsessed over mike, lets remember he’s on drugs, let him train naturally for some years and then lets see what happens
laughs in asian
Really, here is normal eat 1700 calories per day ;-;
Your body has its own hunger and fullness cues, just listen to them and eat a balanced whole foods diet, but don’t forget to treat yourself once in a while, everything in moderation. Heaps of registered dietitians will say this, just think about before we knew what a calorie was, before there was junk food, there was far less obese people, because what you eat affects how much you eat.
What about Certified Organic Wild Caught and Sustainable Sardines? I have been substituting them for chicken for the fat and omegas?
Let me get this straight Chavez is advocating to be in carbs surplus even in non training days but doesn’t such surplus would led to fat gain?
You should do a video on meats for the outdoorsman that likes keto. Meats such as deer, wild pig, catfish, bluegill, crappie, game birds and so on. They can be free sources of meat so I’m curious how they are on keto and the nutrient content.
This guy worked with Israetel? The Renaissance Diet recommends limiting carbs (depending on activity) while bulking to avoid insulin insensitivity. Thoughts?
What’s the point? If you are into healthy eating you are not going to eat at McDonalds.
Great Review I usually envy West Coast food/chains & what they offer out there vrs over here
but McDonalds is still plastic foodAmerica loves McD’s}I don’t touch it….something about mechanically separated chicken is prolly the basis of that sausage…..
Great video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried Dinanlinson Collecting Muscle Approach (do a google search)? It is a great exclusive product for learning how to get big and lean fast without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy finally got amazing results with it.

My classmate eats 7 times a day.
He’s still as thin as a skeleton
Could you do a breakdown on pork tenderloin? I want to know if it’s healthy enough for me to eat.
I’m a bit confused now about the last question, at least why should we not do this carbs and fat regulation on rest days? many people prove this is efficient, I mean, this regulation seems very legit
Can somebody bring me his/her way of thinking about this?
I saw 85% lean on 100% grass fed ground Beef with 1 g. Trans Fat! Any comment?
You can almost measure how far into the podcast you are by how red Broderick’s face is.
another top podcast! Broderick is such a down to earth, intelligent guy. He has a great way of using analogies to get the point across! Loving the Protein = Bicep one lololol
There’s so many fat people because they don’t realise that there’s a difference between calories and kilocalories.
Podcast with Broderick about his experience with PED‘s would be epic!
nothing from walmart lol i only eat chicken or chicken wings for a treat
1 piece of my bacon at home is 45 an egg is 60 thats only 5 calories over
broderick needs to host some sort of science based one man show
Hey why don’t you do a review at the bros burgers? Or tell Cue the critic to go over and do one, it’s obviously a mom and pops. It would be good karma if you go help them out with free publicity!
I literally had no idea McDonald’s was doing these breakfast bowls. Great review man!
Hi Thomas
I have a serious question I have gout so my red and game meats have to be to a min, also I do not eat pork because of religious reason. Would I be at a big disadvantage because most of the meat I consume on Keto is Poultry? I use coconut oil and butter to ad fats to my meats. I have been on Keto for 3 weeks by the way and iI have been watching you the whole time.
Hey Thomas! Love your videos. Where does deer meant and horse meat rank in this list of proteins?:)
Indian curries are definitely not 1,500 calories. That is such a lie.
mcdonalds is on my shit list right now,.. they don’t have ANY new products at our locations, its just a bunch of that same old mcdonalds tastin’ shit! haha…them and their half ass ‘all day breakfast’ and bullshit mozzarella sticks..
I watched it three times, first paying attention, second lip syncing, third voicing over.
Hey Matt I know this is random but you and chuck should host another Top 10 vomits!
As an idea for a podcast, you can also discuss anabolic effects of insulin. I really doubt it is of any good use for bodybuilding. If being natural is not enough for someone at some point, one can get maximal anabolic rate (there is a limit of how muscle can grow anyway) with anabolic steroids, insulin will just make you eat more, get fat and feel lousy (or die if you are not careful). If there are any benefits of insulin, then I failed to get any, though I tried many times (been in a coma once). You go on cut, you shed your fat, you look at yourself in the mirror, and you think why in the hell I even used that thing wasted 3 months dieting and returned to what I was.
When I hear people say that you need to consume some minimum amount of fat every day (for some “plastic” purposes in your body tissues skin, nails, etc.), I always wonder: since fatty acids are stored in fat cells for later as they are in proportions we consume them, then why in the hell we would ever have any fat deficit as long as there is fat in us? Can just eat a bit of omega 3 (even that may not be needed actually), and not worry about anything.
