I want to add that vegetables can count as protein (ex: broccoli, spinach) or carbs ( ex: bell peppers, snap peas) if a pound of example veggies are eaten you might see enough grams worth measuring. When our metabolism slows we can still fill up. (Reread from dr.fuhrman. I thought it was interesting)

If you are doing a jerk seasoning instead of the peri peri sauce, add a little water at the end (1 min) of cooking. Cook it out until you have a little sauce but not too runny. You’ll have less oils but check the sugar and salt content of the rubs also.

Found this video really helpful thankyou I was just wondering, what do you do on days where you know your not going to have control over everything your going to be eating that day? Im tracking at the minute which is all great when I’m making my own meals, but for example I’m going to a family members for dinner tonight and I have no control over what theyre cooking or if they’ll have bought dessert especially (I dont usually have dessert). I just find it hard not to get anxious when I dont have full control over what I’m eating

I am 5’7 160 lbs at 12% bf my cut has me at 1,820 calories but with Macros at 160g of Protein 182 g of Carbs and 50G of Fat is there anything you feel I should change I feel like 1,820 is more than double what I eat on a Daily basis

generally i agree with that video. but i would say that it should be 600 kcal per meal, because i would save some kcal for drinks. for example i dring 2 cups of milk a day, which is around 200 kcal. but generally yes, it is a good idea in this video. there is too many diet videos here in youtube, but not so many teaching how to eat normally…but also socalled nonhealthy foods have to be fitted in daily meny, because this regime is not short time plan, its new lifestyle and it hast to be sustainable…. ofcourse not every day dessert or chips, but couple of times a week. all foods have to be included, its about portions sizes etc
