A lot of the major cities have been ransacked by hundreds, thousands of “protesters”. People like to claim the police suddenly attacked them. I have yet to see any video evidence of police randomly going up on a peaceful protest that is not obstructing others freedoms, destroying stuff or attacking people and start attacking the protesters. If you’re a peaceful protester and people start destroying stuff, then it’s your responsibility to LEAVE.
It’s also pathetic that a couple weeks ago people were being persecuted by the left for protesting their civil liberties. These same hypocrites are the types of people out protesting now. Apparently Coronavirus isn’t a big deal now? Weeks ago people were being accused of not caring for others because they were protesting and might get people sick. Now it’s okay to go out and maybe get others sick with a disease that can kill them and others?
The hypocrisy is just insane. Hypocrisy is part of the problem that has lead us to this point. We need to stop directing our anger and frustration towards to people that enforce the rules (police) because that is not where the problem lies. It lies with our political leaders that create the laws that disproportionately affect certain groups of people and keep the cycle going. The same politicians who promise to “fix” these issues. These issues are most prevalent in big cities run by democrats.
Maybe, just maybe voting for someone other than the “feel-good” democrat will actually help. Clearly the elected leaders in office have been ineffective with handling the race issue. It makes logical sense to stop electing those same damn leaders then! Just weeks ago those leaders and the supporters of those leaders were infringing on our civil liberties. Those are the people who want MORE government power and control. What does that means? It means MORE police and MORE laws. We solve this problem with LESS government, LESS laws and LESS police to enforce those ridiculous laws.
In the video the man says “Each decade there’s hope that this will be the last one, and with each decade there’s disappointment that once again these sort of demonstrations have to be done”. -So stop electing feel-good politicians who don’t actually do anything about it?
That said, I support the words at the gentleman at the end. However, we need to remember that we’re all equal. We cannot continue down this path of cultural division and exclusivity. That is what makes our unity impossible. We have white women being persecuted for wearing dreadlocks. We have black people with “white culture” treated with disdain. And the media constantly peddles the worst news on this front despite the countless positive stories of men and women, white aand black and everything between working together, having children together, supporting one another, enjoying one anothers company etc. why do we only hear about the negative? We need to demand more objectivity and honestly out of our supposed press. All we hear is that Trump is bad, every day, day after day. Yet this racial inequality problem has nothing to do with him and exists most dominantly in cities run by those who attack Trump. Trump isn’t a great guy but it’s a disservice to use him as a scapegoat and ignore the real roots of these issues and give the political leaders that do nothing to fix them a pass because they’re PC, and they say what people like to hear. News flash: politicians will say whatever they have to say to get elected. Stop electing people based on their feel-good bullshit claims that have proven to be false time and again. Start electing people based on their track record of actually making positive change and who acknowledge the root causes of these issues. Only then will our society change for the better. Until then, I’m sure more democrats will promise to fix these issues. But they won’t And our black communities and white communities will grow ever further apart. It’s a shame because we truly are a better people united.

No protest was violent. People taking advantage of a situation to cause chaos caused violence. Why don’t you interview the people who want change? Educate, promote hope, inspire, but please get your facts right. The leaders are silent people. Why? Where is solutions, plans, programs, new direction for change? This is really stupid. Everybody is sick & tired of police violence that is grossly disproportionate to the perceived offense. This is what I’ve seen today on various videos. The cops TRIED. to put George into the back of the squad car. He resisted. So that part of what the cops said was true. How it escalated from George sitting in the back seat of the squad car is what we have to find out. Passing a phony $20, which George may not even have known was counterfeit( I don’t know that I could tell if a $20 was funny money).
What WAS criminal is what the 3 cops did to George.
The main culprit is the one who cut off George’s breathing with his knee in George’s neck. Why the other 2 had to hold his legs & torso? I have no idea. One of the cops said SHOULD WE TURN HIM ON HIS SIDE.? The killer cop said no. Why did they defer to killer cop?

Respect for Bishop Gerald Seabrooks for not saying the safe and politically correct thing. It is a beautiful thing when disparate and diverse group come together calling for peace and meaningful changes.
This group apparently included various religious groups, police supporters, veterans, and community leaders marching for peace. This contrasts markedly with some of the more militant protests that have “demanded” outrageous things and devolved into riots and looting. I think it’s ridiculous that a counter protest attacked this group for being too chummy with police.
Constant protesting and division lead to no where especially if you don’t have a dialogue with everyone involved. Police are part of the solution not the problem. These counter protestors are tacitly supporting the violence when they refused to work with the police. SMH
