Talking the word of truth as always. It ‘s about changing life, habits, nutrition, not just lifting the weights. Great one once again, you re the best!
Matt just wanna chill he already gotta do e-learning now u making this man workout lmao
Im 15 started training bodyweight at 13 learnt a lot about how important form is, like how crossfitters do pull ups is disgusting just how they swing everywhere. Im trying to get a gym membership now, can curl 40 pounds per arm bench 132 and i stand 6’1” with a weight of 143 pounds. I would completely recommend starting with bodyweight before weights its way safer and right form in almost every bodyweight exercise gives you abs so thats a plus for all you six-pack hunters
Workout:
Dumbbell Squat to press
Deadlift
Dumbbell row
Dumbbell curl to press
Dumbbell pullover extension
