I had two children 7 & 8. I been making excuses for those past few year but, not anymore I’ve been eating right and working out everyday! Some times only a 15 minutes workout but, It’s more than the whole lotta nothing I was doing before. I also got my horrible eating habits under control.

I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from NextLevelDiet allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don’t believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

What is Custokebon Secrets and how does it work? I hear lots of people lost their fat with this popular fat burn diet plan.
This is inspiring! I’ve had weight issues for quite a while and in the last few months I decided to be more careful about food. However, I kept on decreasing calories but could hardly see any result. I ended up having 800 calories per day but the results weren’t as expected, on the contrary. My problem was the fact that I have an office job and during the past few months, after work, I used to spend hours working on my dissertation, that and the lock down didn’t allow me to move at all. I started running last week and since then I’ve been doing it daily. I like to run at night when it’s cool and the streets are rather empty. The first great effect was seen from the first night when running gave me an incredible good mood and energy. I still can’t run for too long but I alternate it with walking and every night I increase the distance, even double it. I hope it will get better and better and I will be able to see results. Now I want to also start skipping rope for a few minutes every day so wish me luck And good luck to all of you who are trying to be healthier and more active!

I think it’s good to have mentors to look up to. The men in your examples may wake up at five but their wives or PA s cook them breakfast and line up their calls for the day so yes they are more productive but it’s not because of their own efforts alone. When youre self employed without a team to aggregate you. you have to listen to your own reality and whip yourself into shape.

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every weight-loss method that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my buddy who told me amazing things about it and so far to date I have effectively lost 18 pounds within 3 weeks!

ich mach auch täglich sport. bin schlank. und weiß, wie es ist, wenn man kein bock hat, bzw keine ausdauer.. mir geht draußen die puste auch oft weg. hab multiples organversagen u störe mich so an ziemlich allen düften und gestänker. grillen die leute nun shcon… grggrgr. auspuff. moped. raucher. ne, da war noch was.. parfüm… bekomme ich zu viel von was ab, oder alles auf einmal, fall ich um.. bauarbeiter letztens strassen machten. ich wiech auf 300 treppen hoch jumpen aus.. da kam dame entgegen… parfüm… grgrggr. hustenanfall bekam. atemnot.. herzprobleme.. und übergab mich.. alle dachten ich sei infiziert mit corona. meine fresse, es gibts auch noch andere krankheiten. und auch ich, hab ein recht auf leben, auf sport, fit bleiben.. sehen aber, ungelogen, 90% der menschen anders. eher 100.
migranten vor allem. vor allem männliche.. sie sehen, dass ich problem habe, luftnot.. helfen nicht. ne, sie kommen, rauchen einen extra an. oder auspuff würgen se… fahren nah an mich ran.. übergab mich letztens wegen so einem stinke auspuff.. u er gibt noch weiter zunder, obwohl ich shcon am verrecken war. das ist nicht mehr deutschland.. wie kommt man darauf, dass man eine deutsche frau, die da krank ist, so behandeln kann, darf, soll?

ich aber kämpfe u konfrontiere euch. hab ich mich 6 j nicht operiert, oder der staat. ich musste erst eine gewisse anzahl an krebszellen vorlegen.. dann war ich erst operabel. als vorerkrankte, autoimmunerkrankte. das ist deutschland. man wird fast… und zahlt nun alles von hartz4. homöoapthie nur noch vertrage, auch herzmedizin darunter ist. man steht allein da. und meine wut will ich abrennen. fitness center zu hat. da geh ich immer hin, wenn leer ist.. erst dann.. da ich eben nicht in umkleide etc kann… u gehe eben eine std. und gut ist.. vorher zu voll
das leben ist kompliziert egworden. u alle die drauf hauen, wünsch ich mal so einen tag, wie ich letztens hatte. bzw ein ganzes jahr, die, die mich so behandeln. brennende lunge… ja. 2 mal hatte ich das schon.. das wünsch ich denen mal.. da will man am liebsten nicht mehr sein. der arzt war überfordert u warf mich raus.. da fängt man an zu zweifeln. heute, weiß ich warum… ich bin ihm nix wert. gewinn mahct man nur mit menschen die schulmedizin vertragen. daher… daher behandeln sie einen so. regierung u behörden. scheiß system ist das. 200 euro im monat für gesundheitserhalt ausgebe
diesen monat gab ich das für ein laufband aus. b ware. u muss tapfer sein, damit ich das überlebe…
da mehr eben nicht aufs konto kommt. wegen so menschen, kann ich draußen nicht mehr joggen gehen.

I do little more than 3 miles a day at least 5 times a week, it takes me 42 minutes at speed 4.7 and I started on sep 15 2019 and till today I have lost 26 pounds!

It is best to work out early in the morning anytime between 6:00 and 8:30 a.m. it feels great, and gives a great start to one’s day, best to get it out of the way, and then the rest of the day is energized, and there is much more clarity during the rest of the day. I prefer early morning which is easy to get into in the Spring, Summer and Fall but in the dead of Winter I just want to stay in bed when it is cold outside.

Glad to see you’re back. Trying to watch this video, but it’s kinda demotivating to me.. I disagree on quite a few points of your tips/explanations.
As a filmmaker/video editor and being stepdad in a family with 2 kids in puberty I find it hard to finish everything that has to be done on a day. There just isn’t even enough time in a day to take care of all the things in my life that just have to be done within 18-20 hours that my day usually lasts. And I can have workdays that last 15+ hours and come home and still have to do stuff there before I can go to sleep.
I can understand your tips, but here’s why I can’t relate to 80% of what you’re saying (excluding the running part):
I’ve tried working out (at a gym, with personal trainers etc), but it made me miserable to my core. I hated every moment of it. In the end it was just a waste of hard earned money and made the rest of my day that I worked out to a small hell, starting at the beginning of my workout until I went to sleep. It never gave me a high or put me in a state of euphoria. I literally wasted my energy on something that wasn’t useful to me and it destroyed the rest of my day where I could easily have done an edit or whatsoever.
I’ve tried eating healthy, but I just like the “unhealthy” stuff (also junkfood, but not eating that daily, because I know that’s really not good for me). It’s not that I need carbs etc because I’m tired/exhausted after a long day of work.. I love my job and I’m always happy working. But nowadays EVERYTHING isn’t healthy and eating healthy has become a task on its own. I don’t have time, nor I want, to think about what to eat. And even if I think I eat healthy stuff someone will come and tell me that the combination of my food is wrong! And after the first person came by, another one comes with a different theory. It’s just another stress factor that is just not working for me.
Working out makes you a nicer person? I strongly disagree! I don’t workout and I don’t see myself as a less nice person. I think it’s a trend that people like to follow. These things aren’t proven and far from the truth and I think it’s shortsighted to be brutally honest…
Your examples of Richard Branson, Anne Wintour, Obama etc are nice, but these people have all the means and can take their time to workout. Money isn’t an object to them. Some of us need to earn a living, so we can’t all workout for 4 hours in the morning. I don’t anyway. Later in the video you talk about the instagram celebrities that have all the time and money to workout and get into their fabulous shape, but in the beginning you mention the others as an example. Kind of contradicting if you ask me..
I never get euphoria after a workout, that is something I really don’t get! Sorry, just wired differently than all the other instafit people I guess. My discipline during the day focuses mainly on finishing my work on time and planning my days as effectively as possible. And when that is done 20 hours of my day have passed and I need to get some sleep, because not enough sleep is ALSO not healthy. I’m so fed up with the fitness craze.
Some people will probably tell me to not comment and just go watch something else, but I felt it needed to be said. So many people are on that “health train” because other people say so. And while people maybe motivated by this video, I’m not…
And I’m sorry, but I just want to be honest about it. I really like your work, but this one just didn’t work for me at all..

When I go to bed I put on three hours of either beach sounds or thunderstorm sounds. It’s very relaxing even though I am able to sleep pretty much anywhere/anytime. Working out in the morning is best because it’s wakes me up and gets my body and brain going. Being fit to me is a matter of self respect.
It’s a joy to get a video from you! As for me, I was quite healthy after 26 years in the military. After I retired I began working in an office in Houston where I gained 30 pounds in three years. Between the sitting, stress and long hours I felt terrible but didn’t see any option to improve my situation. After three and a half years I quit and went to Belize for three months where I lost some weight. I felt better because of the fresh foods, air and exercise. I came back to Texas and gained most of the weight back. Then last year I went to Europe for three months which included walking the Way of Saint James pilgrimage. I lost 30 pounds! Since being back home and being down from surgery I’ve gained it back. My choice workout is walking as I can no longer run due to pain. I’m going back to Europe next month and hope to stay for at least three months or even more. I know I need to practice self-discipline and know that I can. I just ran my 1st marathon and currently training for my 1st ultra marathon. I am loosing weight from all the running. But I’m also wanting to build muscle and shed excess wobbly bits. And I’m only focusing on nutritian 50% of the week. I know success lies in nutritian. But in all the info I am reading on the internet it keeps on saying: don’t do endless cardio. But I have to do long runs of 15kms plus every weekend and 10km runs here and there in the week. How do I fuel my body accordingly without loosing muscle mass and still loose fat?

I used to run distance when I was younger, and stopped for a while and now I’ve gained weight and I’m very out of shape. I’m starting the process of running again but with the walk/run intervals. I want to eventually include strength training like in this video once I’m able to run for 30 minutes without stopping, but I live in an area where it’s hard to find any hills to run on. Do you have any recommendations for that?

I design my routes so that the midway point is the farthest from home, that way I only have to have enough motivation to go halfway and the other half is obligated because its the only way home exercise is more of a mental thing than a physical one.

I used to do a lot of distance running which kinda sucked the fun out of running for me as I was always pushing myself to run further each time. This motivated me to pick up running again but just keep it down to 2 miles a day, might make it a lot more enjoyable

I’ve been trying to work out and eat better but being a student doesn’t offer much income even with a part time job and there are many days where I don’t even have money to eat or food and as a result I’m stressed and losing weight even tho I’m trying to gain weight and be healthier but the money situation for me is very counter productive to my body goals. And I don’t know what to do.
How sleep prevents fat??

I dont have this problems at all.. since I was a kid, I never even remotely thought about skipping a workout on purpose, it makes me feel so good that I am addicted.
I always played football and trained in the gym, except if I was ill or injured.
It would be unthinkable to stop working out and see my body get weaker I guess it depends on the type of person you are
