WRONG. RESTING METABOLIC RATE IS ALWAYS HIGHER THAN BASAL METABOLIC RATE.

Great Video, I’m Interested to know how 2100kcal worked out for you or if you had to stay in another range?
Those rmr tests are bs. Had me pegged at over 2k. 40% above normal for my weight. 2.6k with activity. So even if I was eating 2k a day weight should be melting. Realistically 2k with activity is closer to my maintenance. Unless your super active 2k is probably closer to your bmr not rmr.

Congratulation on measuring something important! As you build muscle, your resting metabolic rate will rise, so get as strong as you can. I would suggest wearing a Abbott Freestyle Libre blood sugar monitor for at least two weeks and change your diet so that your blood sugar never rises after a meal. This will probably be a low carb high fat diet. This will keep your insulin low and the fat will come off a lot faster than you might have guessed.
