I think that when the band is lower you feel it more in the quads too. When you pull it up closer to the butt it uses more glutes. Have you used the cable machine to do kickbacks and sidekicks? I cant do too much weight but with higher reps it has made my glutes hard af

I used this today and it was wonderful. I usually perform olympic squats, but wanted to try this on hybrid and low bar squats. My goal is to squat while keeping the feet pointing straight as much as possible while developing flexibility and strength.
