what band would be best to buy the blue or black i heard the red is more resistant and as an intermediate i want something with a bit more resistance but not to much that i cant do the excersice correctly is there a difference between the black and blue?

A) I break a sweat every time

This looks like a very interesting product. I absolutely LOVE the Sling Shot for bench. It vastly improved my form, helping me to keep the elbows in tight. Took all the stress off of my bad shoulder.
