Another great lesson, thank u! I recently watched ur video on Z-Pack & how it could possibly work on the COVD by reducing inflammation. Have u made a video on the malaria/lupus drug that the US government is saying we should use with it & its effectiveness? If u have, I’m eager to watch/learn from it. If not, please do so, u r so good at what u do,. GRATEFUL!

I bought a Vitastiq 2 Bluetooth pen to test my vitamin and mineral levels. And found the only thing I needed was 50mg of B2 a day…don’t know why I need so much. I found your Parkinson information interesting, however I have read taking more than 50mg is a waste as you only have receptors for about 45mg any excess will not be retained at all. Thanks.

Good job for having the mental prowess to not talk about covid 19 all the time

Great video on B2/Riboflavin straight and to the point unlike the others. Videos shouldn’t be over 2 or 3 mins long to say what you’ve said. And the only thing i disagreed with was the consumption of dairy and meat to get this mineral.
Yes… Your playlist on HEMATOLOGY is definitely glorious. I watched all 167 videos in just 3 days. I even made the notes myself. After finishing everything….. your videos even came in my dreams….
Hey
First like and a comment saying you’re amazing before watching the video
Very thorough and well researched. A holistic approach which told me things I didn’t know. Can we please focus on the content. Well done.
Some vitalims are made from derivatives ofcoal tar which is a known carcinogenic found in cigarette smoke.
I bought a Vitastiq 2 Bluetooth pen and used it to test all my vitamin levels. They were all ok. But for some reason I need to take 50mg a day of B2 just to have normal levels. I have read taking more than 50mg is a waste as your body has receptors for about 45mg of B2. Taking more is pointless. I’m kind of surprised my body only needs B2 as I would have originally thought taking excess of one b vitamin would deplete the others. But this is not true in my case.
