Hey guys! I’m a 15 year old boy from Switzerland and during the quarantine I’ve decided I wanted to get into shape. I’ve been bullied a lot because of my weight. So I started doing these workouts in the beginning of April. I am very tall for my age, which meant I didn’t really look my weight but it did bother me standing on the scales when going to the doctor’s or just at home. So, it’s April first and I started out with about 188cm and about 92 kg with a BMI of 26 (:/). I continued doing these workouts very regularly but also I went jogging a lot and kept track of what I was eating and lowering my calorie intake. School started for me on the 8th of June and the results I’ve achieved were quite amazing for me, because I haven’t stood on the scales once since the first of April. In the morning of the 8th of June I achieved a weight loss of 12.3 kg! So I was 190 weighing 79.3 kg having a BMI of 22.1!!! I was overwhelmed by my results and I’d like to thank you, Roberta’s Gym, for helping me with your videos! Since then I’ve managed to lose another 3 kgs without really working out and I’ve also eaten a bit unhealthier since it’s the summer holidays here. I guess the moral of this is, that no matter what you’ve been through, DON’T GIVE UP, because you can truly achieve what you set your mind to do. It will be harder in the beginning but the results will be worth it. I’ve gone from slight man boobs to having slight abs LMAOOOO. Thanks for reading this and good luck!

to those who think it’s bad to stop the workout in the middle, or even at the beginning, that’s not bad, you must have patience, this is important to remember. For example, you can give you little goals per day, like ”today, i’m doin’ the warm-up+set 1′ and the other day ‘I’m doin’ the whole 2 sets’! This could help a lot:) also love yourself!
This was the best workout just ate 104g of pico hazelnut chocolate and vommited so much I really needed this and so happy I burnt 415 calories in 34 minutes and yes I did do several brakes. I’m gonna do more of your workouts. Iso 2.0 in melbourne for 6 weeks. This really works guys

Okay so i’ve been doing this workout for a month almost everyday, when i say almost it’s because last week i read in the comments that it’s not good for your body and that it should be done only 3x or 4x a week so that’s what i’m doing now. My results: when i first started doing this i weighed like 66 kg, the other day i went to check and i saw that i gained 2 kg, i didn’t understand it at first since i see my abs a lot more defined and my legs drastically toned, i suppose i just gained muscle and i’m not mad about it at all i didn’t change my diet because i already ate healthy and balanced before but if my body wanted something sweet or any fastfood or idk, any kind of “unhealthy” food i would give myself the pleasure to eat it tbh so please, do yourselves a favor and do not go on a super restrictive diet unless your health requires it. Also don’t feel discouraged if you don’t see changes in your weight, focus on your body, its physical changes, the way you feel healthier now. Remember it’s not about a number on the scale, or the abs showing, or the 90 60 90 mesuraments, it’s about HEALTH. you go guysssss!! much love you can do this

I tried this workout something like 6 months ago, when I started working out consistently, and it was awful: I couldn’t even finish the first set that I had to stop ’cause I was feeling unwell and my head hurt like crazy.
I tried it again two months ago, and I felt so happy because, even though I had to stop a million times and I almost threw up (lol not really, but daaamn it was hard) I managed to finish it.
And the best feeling was doing it today, pausing it only halfway through for a minute, surely sweating like crazy, but completing it and feeling GOOD after.
So don’t ever give up guys, just focus on getting stronger and feeling better, the amazing bod will come along with it!

so I’ve been really into working out lately, not necessarily to lose weight but to just get stronger. I workout everyday but never do cardio so this was new for me. for my everyday workout I work on arms, legs, butt, and abs so when I was looking for cardio workouts I was looking for full body workouts as well. this is exactly what I was looking for and I absolutely love this. it works out you’re ENTIRE body and I mean ENTIRE. you will be sweating in places you never knew could sweat lol. this is so nice to do once, or twice a week along with my other workout. it raises you heart rate, really gives you a good sweat, and it makes you feel so proud of yourself! highly recommend trying this!!!!

I just got unmotivated and stopped because my boobs were jumping so hard and non of my sport bras work anymore, my boobs doubled in size f puberty maaan. but im buying this new bra from shefit so if it works imma even hit the gym if it opens back up, pray for me please yaw!

hurray i haven’t exercised since my body realized it was pregnant a several weeks ago and I made it thru without stopping!
After 3 months doing Chloe’s workout, I’m now strong enough to do this whole video without pausing even 1 time (just 3secs break when do moutain climber:v) At first I couldn’t do up and down plank for even 10secs cause my arms were so weak, but now it became so easy for me. And I really want to say that don’t do this HIIT everyday. In the past I was obsessed by losing weight, and I did intense cardio almost everyday not because I wanted to but because I felt guilty if I rest. And then my weight stopped dropping down for a whole month no matter how hard I worked out and ate clean, and I was really stressful and hate myself. So now I choose to work out when I really want to, if I’m tired I just go for a walk.
This is my 2nd day doing this workout and successfully discontinuing at 60%.
Hope I’ll get to finish it one day.

I will try to log this everyday: I started once lockdown begun but I started with Chloe Ting and then included some Holly Doke and now I’m with Pamela. I have gotten tonedish top abs but not in my lower stomach. I was then told that I have to include hitt and cardio to burn that fat.
I am about 115lbs(it’s good weight but I WANT ABS) and I wear a waist trainer and a plastic thingy under the waist trainer that makes ur stomach sweat

I would like to know that I am following this 1000 calories workout and doing it only 4 days in a week and that is alternative starting from Sunday, tues, Thursday, sat that’s it. So is it okay? Because I feel so tired after doing this workout. However, just only in few days I am able to see the good results. Now the next question is that I have exchanged the last two exercise that is hold jump and the other one jumping exercise with jumping jacks, because I can’t do them twice. So it will not create any problem, right?

day 1: i DIED. there were so many times i stopped throughout this workout and probably only did like 6 minutes of it in total. my whole body was shaking and i could barely keep my legs up after 20 minutes. I absolutely hated it but i’ll hate myself more if i dont at least try >:((
day 2: ALRIGHT honestly, not as bad as first day in my opinion but i am super sore. ngl i was gonna give up and not do day 2 but i looked in the mirror and GIRL was kinda slim today (dont think it was from one day of doing this tho). i feel shakey all around but a lil stronger, no results YETT ;D

Hey guys I’m trying this challenge, previously I did the 15 days core challenge (I didn’t see notable changes so this is why I’m doing this) I have to say that I’m pretty healthy on my eating but i always have struggles with exercise, also I want to lose weight and then do a challenge to add definition, so here we go

I am plus-sized, I wear a size 16/14 U.S. I’m doing this for me, but I’ll post updates daily for anyone else who may also be plus-sized, out of shape, curious and looking for motivation. Please hold me accountable!
Day 1A little disappointed by how many breaks I needed. Nevertheless, we persevered! I did have to switch out the up/down planks.
Day 2-Experiencing a problem with a buzzing feeling in my elbow/arm. Needed fewer breaks today.
Day 3-The buzzing is still there, I’ve found that if I do the workouts with my fists instead it isn’t as noticeable. I took fewer breaks this time but definitely burned out around 70%.
Day 4There was more pain, less satisfaction at the end? Tingling still there, but less noticeable. Starting to feel a bit stronger, not many noticeable body changes.
Day 5Major arm tingles. Also, I did something wrong that created a lot of pain in my muscles near my pelvis? I didn’t take any breaks over 30 seconds, did have to do a few low impacts. Starting to see the first bit of changes in my body.
Day 6The corkscrews were hurting my pelvis. Took only one 30sec break during the first video today! Decided to do the optional ones but let myself do some low-impact when it was too much. Today was extra painful. Finally did the up-down planks.
Day 7. Active rest day. Slept13hrs, they couldn’t wake me up. Had really low iron that day?
Day 8No breaks during videos longer than 10 seconds. Up n down planks aren’t so bad, fuck mountain climbers though. Replaced corkscrews with another exercise. Noticeable differences in the body.
Day 9Had to do it out of schedule today, I don’t recommend it. Everything was harder, and I had the least motivation today. I actually just skipped two exercises (Not videos, just exercises.) today. Really disappointed with myself today.
Day 10Didn’t feel well today but finished anyways, subpar effort though. Did a LOT later at night than usual.
Day 11I hate today, all of it, it was a hateful kind of workout. Switched the back exercises with the optional lower ab one. Will add the back one to either a rest day or a day with only one or two vids. There’s just too much pain and not workout kind of a pain but like genuine pain in my joints in both my elbow area and my pelvis, I couldn’t take any more. Really, really losing motivation.
Day 12-Stopped for a week for a trip and came back to it, was rough.
Day 13DId it in the morning, was sore all day, definitely don’t recommend.
Day 14Done, easy workout da, but it was exceptionally hard today for some reason.

Mate chloe ur crazy fit. Tried this today and couldn’t complete it. All the exercise that required jumping on the floor and putting weight on my arms killed as I was coming up and trying to breathe. I guess that’s why they say 90% what u eat and 10%exercise and it shows I haven’t been taking care of my body from inside. Starts today and I think I’ll go back to walking and doing ur low intensity workouts for beginners. Got more than half way thru the exercise thou but still not good enough in my book.

This one really worked for me…working out before i had a small tummy due to excess eating..after this work out, i woked up at morning and saw a huge distance. This type of work outs really works after the challenge completion too…thanks a lpt for making me to achieve my weight loss target with multiple exercise. If it’s not “working”
For a girl, your body fat percentage has to be between 14 and 24% in order to have visible abs. If it’s over that and you’re doing this wondering why it isn’t making you have a 6 pack, it is, it’s just still covered by layers of fat. So in order for this to be effective you have to lower your body fat percentage by doing more cardio or eating healthier.
Ps. you’re still beautiful even if your abs aren’t visible:)

I wanted to do it in the morning go be more productive and my mom woke up and got mad at me:) now I’m having my mental breakdown early
I’m 41. I had vertigo. Almost every month I had an attack of it. But I was continuing with this workout for the past few months..n I didn’t get vertigo tiltime.
I got through 8.26 minutes. I feel so unhealthy rn. I remember cycling for over an hour and now I can barely spot jog for 5min before dying. I’m 14 and I weigh almost 75kgs. I am so freakjng lazy!
I recently got back into doing sports again, but since biking and hiking every day doesn’t seem to burn as much fat as I’d like it to, I decided to give this workout another try. I’ll try to update you guys once a week, wish me luck and loads of endurance.

Last year, I found all these exercises so difficult to keep up with. I could only finish 15 minutes of this back then. You guys have helped me so much over 5-6 years in changing my mindset about workouts. You remind everyone with every workout that it’s ok to not be so hard on yourself and go by your own pace. You taught me that what matters is intentional movements and consistency. If it was not for Fitness Blender, I don’t think I’d have taken interest in showing up and working out.

After i delivered my child (2016). I was dealing with a lot of body shaming and to point hating people around me (post-partum).
I would look at the mirror and complain. My hubby kept telling me not to be hard on myself and that I was not huge and its normal since i gave birth and because i need to eat because i was breastfeeding.
Then after more than 3 years of breastfeeding (yes more than 3 years) I started working out and times i feel tired and looking at my photos before.
I realized that I wasn’t getting anywhere so I just gave up since its really hard to get back to my figure before. So while checking on other diets and meal plans, I find myself watching your videos and other different channels that inspired me a lot and then I decided to follow your workout program.
Since start of Community quarantine so been nearly 5 months of following your workouts every morning.
And now I’ve lost lot of weight, my fat stomach has turned into a flat stomach, much toned and etc. My hubby who is always at home now due to pandemic even telling me i got smaller and I’m going to keep this up and also to inspire others.
It took me 4 years to get back not like other people, it took me time to get into this shape. Of course, we all have the perfect time for me to wait till stop breastfeeding.
And of course I want you to know that you have inspired and motivated a lot of people like me. A workout plan that you can just click and watch for free. You have inspired me and i know others too.
And we all are very thankful for all that you have shared with us.

I find that doing just the warm-up and cool down twice a day is enough for someone like me (overweight and mostly sedentary.)

The first set of exercise is repeated again afternoon 30 mins. So should I do this for 2 times for one hour so that my1000 calories burn or one set for 30 mins to burn 1000 caloeies

I would like to share my experience{help inspire people out there wanting to my sticc or thicc}
i was 13 when i received a lot of hate and bullying and body shaming me and it was hard for me to go to school at a point where i had people tell i was looking like a mum or my mum’s mother{she lost a lot of weight} and it was frustrating like i was mentally exhausted and tired of my body and i decided to change for good…i started doing some workouts from emi wong and chloe ting but unfortunately it didnt suit my body and showed no significant results later this year i was on the verge of giving up workouts due to no results and by no results i mean just more strength not in the appearance when my mum told me about FB and man i lost 100 pounds and i got the figure of my dreams it was really unbelievable in such a short span of 3 months
it was a dream come true for me since i started my journey 2 years ago yet reached nowhere even after trying unhealthy and starving diets those apps programmes subliminal and what not…

Just did 56% today tomorrow I’ll build up to 60% it’s all about building endurance and muscle strength.
Been doing this for roughly about 3 months. Thankyou. This made them notice im becoming thinner and better. Not just physically but mentally aswell.

Day 2: I feel really tired after doing this, however I made it through the entire thing!!!! I still can’t quite do the plank jumps correctly(I’ve been stepping instead of jumping), but I was successful at every other exercise. Only did one set.

I know this video is over a year old, and I know we’re already halfway through summer in 2020, but I just now found your channel. After watching so many “I try Chloe Ting’s _ Challenge” videos and seeing your transformation videos and now seeing this workout video, I am so inspired to try this out! I’m so happy to see all the modifications you include! I don’t feel like I’m all that heavy for my height and body type, but I just feel super unfit and flabby. I’m not liking how my clothes fit and I’m not feeling confident in how I look in them. But with my health issues (neck, knee, autoimmune) I really have just felt like other workouts weren’t possible for me and it as so discouraging! Can’t wait to give this a try starting next week! I’ve been doing it every other day for three weeks now and I did it for the first time today without pausing the video at all. I have to do the exercises slightly slower than her, but I feel so much more in shape and better than I did three weeks ago.

Came to this one having started out doing the beginner 10 minute ab workout, then after a couple weeks I started the beginner whole body one, then I combined the two, now I’m here!!
