I wish I had a healthy relationship with food like you do. I don’t technically have an eating disorder, but I just can’t stand the thought of eating more than 500 calories a day. I usually skip breakfast and lunch, and only eat a small dinner with a snack. Apparently I’m underweight, but I still feel like I need to loose weight.
Was the tiramisu from a recipe or readymade? The food looks great and very colourful, do you snack between meals? What sort of snacks are allowed?

I did a little test with your meals. I tried what you ate in a day for a week. So for a full week straight I ate these meals every single day with diligence trying not to change anything. Sadly, It was not sustainable for me. Boohoo! I was very hungry at the end of the day. The meals did not keep me full very long and I got headaches from not feeling full. Keep in mind, my day starts at 9am and ends at midnight. Maybe my day is too long and I need more food. Or maybe my activity level needs more food. There are a number of factors that impact a caloric deficit, I guess. I feel like my stomach is a fuckin black hole that needs so much food LoL. My height is 5’5, 165lbs and have a semi-built toned physique. I did cardio 3x in the week and 4x weight training, in addition to eating these items. Everyone is different. Our bodies are interesting creatures. Thanks for the video and eye-opener!

dont people listen their body:)? body tells you when it needs water, you get thirsty. drinking too much water puts too much pressure for ones kidneys. there is a thing called drinking too much water…. two liters for exmple is way too much. but ofcourse it depends how active one is, how warm is the weather etc.

Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.

I’ve been using the same app for 0.25kg loss a week. My calorie “allowance” per day is 1650. I go to the gym everyday BUT I spend the rest of my day sitting in a desk and not really moving so that’s not considered active.
Personally, I enjoy more hearty meals, like rice and beans but this video gives great tips for grab and go foods.
It doesn’t look like a lot of food to me, but I believe it’s because it’s not the kind of food I like. What I liked most about the app, is that it’s easy to input the calories in it and you become more aware of what you eat and make better choices because of it. I recommend.

I started to watch what i eat and track my calories and honestly 1200-1400 kcal is a lot of food if you eat the right things. Just think of it one bag of chips has like 500 kcal but doesn’t fill you, but eating veggies, eggs and just chosing filling foods make a big difference. Yes it’s starving if you eat unhealthy but if you eat the right foods it makes you full!

How the fck are 1400 calories too little u guys??? Let me give ya an illustration what just 1000 calories can be…. milk and cereal, three cookies, pasta with tomato sause and cheese, a chocolate bar and a toast with ham and cheese.. isn’t that more than enough for a whole day?? Then again if u eat two bowls of cereal, a whole cookie package, two plates of pasta a and 120gr chocolate bar and you are not an athlete to need that much energy, then u need to question your eating habits, not her.

1400 calories is enough to sustain most people. I eat 1400 calories a day and sometimes less. It’s plenty of food for me and sometimes I have to force myself to eat something because I’m still satisfied from the last one meal or snack. I also drink a gallon of water a day.

1400 is so low! Most people can only do it for one week then they binge coz the body feels emergency and wants to restore! Stick to 2000 per day and be active and you will lose slowly but in a healthy way

The average calories you should eat in America for a woman is 2,000 calories but if you want to lose weight it’s about 1,500 but not pass 800 since it is not healthy so this is fine
I’m on a 1400 calorie per day diet now and have been for a month. I’ve lost 5 lb. so far. Goal is a pound a week. I don’t feel overly hungry. The human body is very adaptive and gets used to what you put in it quickly. It’s the mind that doesn’t always want to follow lol…There is nothing wrong with counting calories to lose weight. If you have a balanced mind to start out with. If you have an unstable relationship with your self image, food, self worth etc. then maybe you need professional help to come up with a healthy eating plan that works for you. People have to stop getting so worked up, and stop over complicating everything.

Has anyone figured out the toasting the rice cakes thing? I’m kind of curious now.
First off, this woman is on a cut, so she’s purposely trying to go into a caloric deficit. Being in a caloric deficit is not promoting diet culture or starving yourself. Secondly, you can make 1400 calories feel pretty good when doing intermittent fasting because you don’t have to spread it out over a long time. Also, you can fill those calories with volume, like veggies, rice cakes, etc. Before you get all preachy about starvation, I suggest actually learning about nutrition. Changing your body composition is not some sort of oppressive thing like some people are making it out to be!
She’s going to be losing weight on this amount. At the low end of a healthy weight at 5’0 my BMR is 1100, and then my TDEE is roughly 1400. But if I was to make the time for exercise it would be higher. So I seriously doubt she’s maintaining her weight on this. 1400 calories is not a starvation amount but it is quite low for someone who says they aren’t trying to lose weight.

Everyone’s body burns calories differently remember that so some people will have to eat more because your metabolism is faster. listen to your body and don’t over eat! There are so many fitness influencers on Instagram promoting for women to eat 2000 calories a day! It’s a ridiculous and false information! As long as you have a good balanced meal plan that includes protein, healthy fats and a good balance of carbs you are good! I started counting my macros and stopped because I feel like I was forcing myself to eat way too much and I wasn’t even hungry and that didn’t help me lose weight at all, it helped me maintain! And why was I trying to eat a lot of calories because I got a fitness program from an influencer on Instagram which told me I had to eat a certain amount of protein and carbs a day! A bunch of these Instagram influencers make up these meal plans based on their body! If you want real information you need to go to a nutritionist that is registered and that has studied the science of food. The only reason you should be eating 2000 cal a day is if you are in athletes! Educate yourself people and do your own research there are plenty of doctors that have written articles! Don’t go based off of people on Instagram that are telling you to eat so much protein.
I’m hitting my keto macros (75f / 20p/ 5c) however yesterday my fats and net carbs was on point as well however my protein was 17 grams under my protein macro is 83.9 g would this hinder my body going into ketosis? What’s the rule of thumb with the keto diet?

shocker, vegetables have very low calories! it’s not unhealthy, we’re supposed to be filling up on them, not junky empty calories.
I think the toast warning has to do with them being flammable in a toaster.
The last meal is I deal sometimes late at night I crave sugar.

How do you differentiate what the serving size of the serving is? Is it a cup if the casserole in this case how do i know the amount of what im eating is the exaclt serving size
