I started running two months ago n I love it 6:00am every morning
running in the woods for me is a great way to listen & talk to God Almighty
Walk everywhere, briskly. Do not run. like most of us, you will pay for it when you get old, like hip,and knee issues.
Somtimes i hate running, but i just have to do it and i dont know why
Sir, l got high headache after 30 to 45 sec.of starting running. Plz tell me the reasons.
Speed Demon by Michael Jackson it will make you run automatically
I started running every day but went too hard. I ran around 1.5 miles, or 2,4 km each day with core training, and Im fairly certain I have minor shin splints after 3 days in. Icing every four hours and stopping for 3 days
Late 20s? This guy sounds like he is in at least his late 50s
100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 Squats and then a 10 kilometer run! Do it every single day!
https://www.verywellfit.com/how-walking-is-better-than-running-3432517
This video gives me hope!!! So happy I RAN into it. I just bought a treadmill ( haven’t gotten it yet) and watching this definitely got me more excited:)
How did you get into the marine corp with Asthma? I’d be really interested to hear this as someone with Asthma
I use to run around 6-8 miles a day in cross country and track. Nowadays I only run around 3 miles bc of my injured leg:(
Thanks for the inspiration. I just started my running journey. Loving / Hating it.
That’s too much planning, just get up and make yourself run 1 mile without stopping. All about mental toughness.
that 500-meter jogging is more like 1km jogging as you go there and back to your place..
8:36 Congratulations. Why does the animation of your wife have a “Cousin It” hairdo for lack of a better way to describe it?
FYI it’s not “everyday” but “every day.” The adjective “everyday” means “commonplace; normal,” whereas “every day” means “each day.” So for instance, your “everyday outfit” is what you commonly wear. So don’t say, “I was running everyday.” Say, “I was running every day.” Or better yet, avoid complicating the verb and just say, “I ran every day.” Kinda weird to see English mistakes from a big name like Bright Side…
Who can help me out.. I currently wear jean size 34.. do you think I can lose weight and wear jean size 32 in 1 month and 26 days
Studies have shown this women has learnt loads of statistics
But isnt it better to run 2/3 times a weak to get rest inbetween? I never get those “I do these workouts everyday challenges”
Benefits of running….you ll get to install new robotic joints at some point in your life…..
Running not only build cardio it also train the muscles (core and legs)
The science of walking is a video about the hidden science of walking. It deals with the impact of walking and lack of walking on the mind and the body through the citation of a scientific and philosophical literature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVcD_0okJ6k
Please publish a translated version of this one. It is very inspirational and It will help a lot of people that I know. Thank you
With the wrong mentality, running can adversely affect your body. It will put your body into a catabolic state consuming its own mass if you aren’t implementing resistance training while being in a severe deficit. This is not a joke
most of us are not “born” to run, lack of fatigue, i found it out im more sprinter then marathon runner
Awesome animation to show how to begin running! It makes me want to get in shape and eat better.
I run 2 miles each in the mornings and at nite. I was 250. I am currently 217. My goal is 200 before I pick up the weights and stomach workouts. Diet is included also.
Did we really just watch an entire cartoon to (not) see what running every day for a month did to his body??
Next year I will be 70 years old.
I can’t run and enjoy it anymore, so I started power walking.
Christ I am glad i found this form of exercise.
So people there is no excuse not to train.
Bro straight up you can tell this isn’t a true story nothing like geographic show
The cartoon guy and the kitty in the video are so darned CUTE!!!
I recommend to anyone beginning running if you feel like having a lazy day from running, try jump roping or run in place or go for a nice speed walk. It should help avoid feeling depressed like your giving up
For a long time, I could only run for 5 mins at a time before I needed a break. Slowly, I’ve graduated up to running for 20 mins straight!:D I only run at 4mph-4.2mph but that would be a steady pace for me if I was running outside. I don’t need to sprint, just be able to endure longer periods of running without dying! I always feel so accomplished after a workout:)
This is such trash. You do not need to be doing speed work having been running for four days. Concentrate on building some fitness before trying to speed up just focus on running in a slow and controlled manner until you can comfortably run at least 5 km. There are plenty of great trainers who give out advice on youtube for free. This video is great motivation but don’t take the methodology too seriously.
I always make my best life decisions when running, it’s almost like I’m watching myself run when I’m doing it and thinking what does that guy do?
I’m doing this now but walking… does that mean the benefits for me are less?
Thank you for creating this video! I believe it will help coach potatoes, I was one, and others see the benefits of exercise! This was a touching video! It reminded me of my aches and growing pains getting my first handful of miles done. Today, I am able to churn out 100 miles a month. Great video, great content!
I can’t love this enough, thanks for taking us on your journey.
Apparently, it might be cumbersome when starting you jogging journey but keep it up for the output will surprise you soon.
crazy to believe i only did powerlifting for 3yrs straight n no cardio! now cuz of the quarintine, im doing more running n lighter wieghts. Did my first 1hr run 6miles n it felt so good! I feel healthier, stronger, n least pain! i try to add 2miles every 2weeks n its been easy! maybe if i keep this up, ill try a 26.2miles marathon! wish me luck
In my 20s, I was the Super Rager and got fat because of it. Now in my 30s I’m back to running and trying to become that Super Ager.
Been running 6 days a week since March I’ve lost a stone in weight I can remember way better than ever and my battle with depression has greatly improved. Anyone with long-term mental health issues I really recommend running every morning if possible
Running cured my anxiety..I don’t suffer anymore but I still run 5k..3-4 times a week.
June 18th 2020 is the day Im going to start running ill try running at my school track for an hour a day, if I can go longer I will. I also want to go to the military I’m 15 right now so I have a couple years to train Ill make it if I have the right mindset. Ill never go back to my old ways. Sorry if anyone red this lol. I’ll come back to this in a year.
I run in the early morning because it’s the hardest thing I will do that day. When I’m done I know whatever comes next ain’t that bad…
Even with good form, your knees are gonna regret it when you get older.
You and Goggins remind me that I have to kick my own ass and just continue to get after it
Short burst of intense stress makes you stronger, while constant low level stress makes you weaker. An great example is excercise, you do it to get physically stronger, but if you do it for too long you will overtrain and become weaker instead. It’s not the stress itself that is good, but the recovery afterwards. This is why I hate the concept of “positive” stress. Stress is not positive, it’s necessary in small amounts. This is why high intensity cardio is the right way to go, you get the maximum effect with the least amount of stress.
I don’t know at the memory thing??? My wife ran out on me 3 years ago and forgot to come back
Elliptical doesn’t help with running that much. You’d think it would but it’s not enough impact.
Its funny to me that she says when that she runs she starts thinking creatively & thinks a lot clearer. When I am running it is the opposite, but I enjoy it. When I am running my mind just clears & all I really think about is putting one foot in front of the other. It is very relaxing to me to not think about or worry about anything when I am running.
I have been a runner for a lot of years now. I am not a crazy runner like Rogan’s friend I just run for the health & well being benefits. I do also enjoy the fact that it keeps me looking in good shape. But in my experience running is the number one cure for any anxiety/depression I am dealing with. Pushing yourself to that limit (not over doing it) feels really good & your brain releases feel good endorphins. It also helps me fall asleep if I have insomnia. I recommend it to anyone who is struggling with self esteem, anxiety, or depression. It might not cure it, but it certainly will improve you well being.
I’ve been working on my body the last 5months… and I just started a 30day running challenge
Does anyone get shin pains when running? I started running for a week but the shin pain is unbearable
He needs to put some shorts on and also wear he’s hat properly not like a little boy why is a grown man wearing it like that just ridiculous.
I wonder how much of losing brain mass at 20 has to do with that being when most people plateu. Most graduate highschool at around 17 then learn a trade and begin careers around 20. Then no more learning until retirement. I wonder if it’s one of those “if you don’t use it you lose it” type of things.
So besides pulling that shit up Jamie also runs. Interesting
I’ve been running for 9 months. I was 320lbs when I started. Could barely do a half mile. Now I’m 270lbs and I just ran a 10K for the first time.
Remember you have to crawl before you can find walk. Just got to stick with it and keep on moving.
strong words. I really like your videos and how you relate training philosophy to strong mindset. Excellent job!
Running on asphalt…busting kneecaps and hips one run at a time, lol
I’m a pretty heavy guy 6ft 260 pounds and all I can manage right now is the run, jog, walk, and repeat technique. I love doing it outside and it’s just such a stress relief and a perfect way to start the day. One day I’ll be able to run steady for a while
Currently running 6 miles a day for 31 days. On day 15 and loving it. I am into fitness. But at 47 years old no aches at all yet. Actually finding it easier each day. Really is mind over matter. My I’m not in the mood for this are my best.
I feel so guilty as im eating s dozen donuts listening to this right now
4:26 “that’s crazy that it works on your brain….” Rhonda”why”…Joe, your not the expert on all matters. im bout to go start running.
FYI Rhonda Patrick has been a PhD since 2006 but only has 10 research papers to her name. The papers on which she is first author are not well received or heavily cited. She is not a productive academic.
What if I run before I learn something and then again after? Both long and short term benefits?
My dad used to tell me to run before tests and I used to say that doesn’t make sense….and here we are
Great video would love to go trail running in my area but parks are closed, off topic question, barbell squats and deadlifts hurt my lower back, would the high volume workout in ur blog work for growing leg mass? I tried one of the workouts it felt great
people are saying u need weights for ur legs but i want to try building them by bodyweight
This video was fantastic! Made very well. Very relatable to enjoying running!
All these studies that we waste our money on. Running increases your ability to remember something. No shit! It’s not the running. It’s that you are spending the whole time running thinking about what the fuck you are trying to memorize. These scientists waste all this money on research for things any person could figure out if you just use common sense. Idiots!
Whenever I here someone say ‘aerobic exercise’ i think of neon colors and headbands
I only need to run faster then the cop chasing me.♂️♀️♂️
I am 210 lbs. I’ve been working out for 7 years. I ran a 5k yesterday and it was hard as fuck. Total torture
i don’t get why people wear headphones while doing a podcast.
What a h is she talking about.Your brain does not loose its mass at 20.
I last ran 10 years ago and I still remember how to work the washing machine….10 years later! This is like magic!
Studies has shown that runing burns more energy than fat and actually to burn body fat you need to do steady state cardio:) #justsaying
I know a guy that goes to the gym 6 days a week, is there all day and, doesn’t workout at all.
Deep breathing through the nose is what brings back the brain not just running.
Running, lifting, surfing, and Muay Thai are my drugs of choice. Get after it people!
Joe might be in shape but without proper running techniques it would be difficult for a first timer. The more you repeat a movement the easier it gets. Working out specific movements increase our nervous system abilities which increase our performance.
She couldn’t remember where the study was done which means she ran before.
Running got me off drugs….. However being 5foot 5 there is a stigma for men to be muscle bound or even fat…. I weighed 8stone 11 and people said I looked anorexic. Yet I couple run 5 miles in 26minutes and felt better than I had ever felt…… But I gave into society and ended up losing my running gains by bodybuilding eating way too much m stopping running all so that I looked big….. Humanity sickens me
Nobody cares. Do you know how many people run that don’t need to film it? The narcissism with you You Tube wannabe stars.
Keep grinding and continue to find peace within!! Love the videos
I like how she doesn’t give any actual factual evidence. lmao! All she says is “they found”, “studies have shown”, “ so many studies recently have shown”. Like I’d like the actual sources not just hearsay.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE this video! Thank you for sharing your “Why”.
I am a former couch potato and now when I’m feeling bad emotionally I know I need to go for a run. I definitely feel the difference.
When you work out a lot and think running is very easy and then you try it..its always a big surprise…running is running..
I’m starting with walking. The last thing I’d want to do is fuck up my hips from running.
The thing i love about this is the guys mom actually started him into this habit. Take note everyone
It’s funny to think people are like ya I done a 5k and everyone is like wow your so fit when people out there are running 230 miles plus it’s a special gift
i run daily 5k for my fitness. but still my blood pressure not goes down its still 150/100
Can I just flex for a moment here? Im 15 turning 16, and I was on probably my 2nd week of jogging, and I ran like 12kilometers. You guys watching these better start running, it gives you a boost in your daily lives, plus it works magic in your body
Hey there! What do you like better, cardio or strength training?
running is way different to doing weights. I thought since i do squats and lunges and calf raises i’d be fine, but no, my legs are fucked after every run.
i have a over weight of my body….if i run…my knee hurt..should i continue run?or just fast walk?
and what asics do you used?
If you run a 5k properly, for example in a race environment, it is mostly anaerobic threshold over aerobic.
Long distance running builds discipline. Not recommending it every day though, just ones or twice a week, else your muscle mass will be decreased.
What type of watch do you use to track your how far you go? Thanks for the great video
Have you ever lost muscle from running? Or have you found yourself, looking or feeling better, and how many hours a day would you run?
Running is great for both physical and mental health, it’s like a release of negative energy for me. Early rise and put some miles in. I think about positive things and drives me to be prepared for the day ahead. No man ever went for a good run and regretted it afterwards. Fit and confident, always.
Glad I found your channel, thanks for the inspiration. Thank you for your service young man.
Hey nick do you have a workout plan with weight lifting and running I want to start fresh I really dont know how to workout and how to make a good day to day routine like arm day, chest day. etc. Or do you work all body parts per day
Running is like my most creative space. Most of my arguments for classes and discussions comes when I am running or I thought about a different way I could have approached an argument.
I relate to Nick a ton! I ran in high school and then did a couple marathons, but then I had to quit to go on a church mission. I ended up getting into weights and when I got back I did straight bodybuilding for 9 months. Now I’m getting back into running (and mountain biking) but I find a balance with running and improving strength in the weight room. Pushing myself to the limit on multiple fields!
I appreciate your insight and identify with your drive. I’m a few years older than you it’s great to see that level of motivation and discipline carry over in your post military life. #LivingMotivated
That was beautiful my man. I’m a runner and a yogi, and you have definitely found your “yoga” or spiritual practice in running! This will give you power, peace, and prosperity for your whole life!
Looking great I saw your vid from 2years ago first and clicked on this one after what an amazing transformation!!keep it up and stay natural.
Everyone needs to be addicted to something when running becomes your addiction that’s when you find who you really are
Not in your league by any stretch of the imagination, but half way through running 6 miles a day for 31 days at the age of 47. I am a runner but never ran every single day for a period of time. Day16 and going well.
by looking at his running shoes u know he loves running ALOT!
I’ve been running for a month straight 2 miles in 20 mins now I’m down to 16.30 trying to get it down to 14
Bart acts like a funny, goofy guy in his other videos. But he is actually highly introspective and good at communicating his wisdom.
She wants a slice of Rogan for sure. Let’s just say “she wants to put the mic a fist from her face”
I don’t run, ever. Just lift weights 5 times a week with conditioning sled (push/pull) and carrying sandbags. Ran a 5k and didn’t die. I think joe is being a little dramatic…
this video is inspiring and inspirational and motivational love the hd quality of this vid we need more videos like this from bart and barbell!!!
Nick. Love your ideas and videos. But, you are running with traffic which is a violation of Texas law. Run against traffic where you are meeting the vehicle so you can get the hell out of the way vs driving up your back.
I wish i can run like that I smoke and I have anxiety and panic attack
As I started following diet and training plan from NextLevelDiet, I took my confidence to the next level. Girls finally started noticing me.
Mental aspect is important, but not nearly as much as recovery, need to look after your body.
Mostly, need to watch the cortisol levels in the body due to the stress of running, running can be really unhealthy if overdone, causing infertility and depletion of vital minerals for the body. I am a good example of that actually. Looking after your body and pacing your workouts properly are way more important than beating the shit out of yourself mentally.
I just run like Forrest, and I don’t plan on ever stopping…just run Forrest, run.
I joined the Navy so I didn’t have to run. I forgot that I didn’t enjoy swimming either, so I volunteered for submarines. With that said, only half jokingly, I picked up running later in life and now it has become my obsession.
Being a bigger dude who is also into long distance running, I loved this video. Not alot of people understand how it feels once you hit that meditative auto pilot mode and you could just go forever haha.
you need to improve your running technique, you run supporting the heel and that is not good

I’m in day 13 and I did 8 miles today… my feet is in pain lol
I’ve grown up running and playing soccer. But going from nothing to a 5k in a month seems crazy fast. I got back into it recently, and it took me a few months to get to this point To be fair its like 90 F here with humidity every day. Phew
You inspired me to run for the first time in weeks. Thanks for being my inspiration to better myself!
…anyone else find it odd she included inmates on death row among runners?
I guess for stress or w/e…just seems weird to mention it.
I run for 1 hr daily
It is good to mental and physical health
Amen! Love it. How do you recover? Do your knees ever hurt after running on concrete so much?
Bro I wants to know that if we run every day then it’s any effect on our legs.(like knees problem or something else)
Running is therapeutic for me. Jog almost everyday to clear my head. You also develop a love for being outdoors which takes you to new places to explore
I run almost 7-8 km per day for 5 days a week and have 1200-1300 calories intake but won’t lose any weight now easily after 2 month of jogging, I lost 12kg in 2 months but now it’s now going down easily, little frustrating
Weird to see Bart using pre workout. Remember way back he used to say he just has cofffee
I just lack motivation I’m actually trying to get into running because I HATE it tbh…
The thing about running my legs get really fit but from the waist up it does not do anything creating an imbalance
I like the feeling of hurting to the point of wanting to quit, but just as you’re at that point, you hit a second wind and push on. That’s a great feeling. I sucked at running, I ran a 13 minute mile in middle school and part of high school. I recently got into running to train for Marine boot camp. Recently I timed myself at a 13 minute 1 1/2 mile, and it’s so rewarding. Eventually I want to be able to run a marathon
He is right, been running 3 yrs and theres is nothing like it. Am running steep hill road now, decided to challenge myself and damn worth every pain. Also am Kenyan lol thats what we do.
Because you can? How about that..one day you won’y be able to…all of you. That is what it comes to, believe me.
Do you train or have you trained for a 1/2 marathon if so what training program did you follow?
At 25 you are at your peak! No matter what your weight you can lose it and become fit. I weighed in at 220 and now I way 170 in 6 months. I did very light workouts and practically no cardio, I did OMAD and stopped eating processed foods and junk. I’m about to start running to get my heart healthy. Haven’t ran in years! Wish me luck
Yup! Lifting weights is the fun part, anyone can lift weights and gain muscle but running… Man, it’s a mental battle. I was never a runner but I’ve grown to love it.
Does it really weight lose I’m 85lbs.. how to lose.. plz help out
I don’t know why I run. I don’t particularly like it and I’m not good at it. But I keep doing it. Motivation is hard to come by for anyone, so the fact that I’ve been running is enough to not question it and keep doing it. I want to be good at it. But also, why is this the thing my body decides to keep doing?
training and running will get you a hardened mind. Happy i found your Chanel Nick, got me back into some running shoes. 6 weeks out from my first marathon
All I see in this vid is a playboy who loves to show off, and too few good advices.
avoid running on asphalt, it will just kill your articulations. At 55 minimum you’re quickly gonna feel the pain, it’s very stupid.
It’s really bad for your lungs to run downtown. A 22 y/o girl I knew just died of a lung cancer because she was running too much downtown, when they did a chest MRI, they discovered it was just like she had been smoking for 20 years!
you’re running mostly on a flat ground. You need to challenge yourself, go uphill / downhill.
most people don’t have time or motivation to run for hours. If you run intensively for half an hour it will do just as good to your body.
it’s actually not so important to count how long you run. What is important is that you’d be so exhausted you couldn’t run anymore. That’s when you make real progresses, and that will motivate you way more. If you just run without pushing you to the limits, you’ll get bored, you’ll start thinking about all your problems, and it won’t be a pleasure. Focusing on getting tired is really important when you want to progress, to lose weight “quickly”. You can run for very long distances without pushing yourself to the limits. I can run for 4 hours, I will be tired, but I won’t be dead, my body won’t improve, I won’t really suffer. If you’re already good and you want to make a marathon, then it’s a good idea, but if you want to lose weight… It’s not. Depends what you want.
You run to let us know that you’ve hacked the secret of making money from YouTube videos: Be good looking, have a great body, and wear minimal clothing when you exersice.
I have never ever seen a such fantastic body like this guy….he looks like made from clay.
Jesus, 235 miles!! Isn’t that called ultra-running or an ultra-marathon? My cousin does that, but I’ve only talked to him about it a couple times. It’s such an insane distance, you have to regulate everything so intensely to keep your body moving at a reasonable pace.
Over use of bones ligaments joints is a future of aches and pains in old age. The question is what are you running from? You want to be the best at this the best at that why? Obsessed with wanting to be the best the best the thing is there’s always something someone better? It’s best to just accept who you are. Speaking from experience and yes a military background and triathlons I stopped just before it became an over rated experience and expensive hobby. Running is great experience when your young running taxes the body in so many ways and also ages you fast.
Dr. Rhonda Patrick always doesn’t remember who did the studies she’s talking about. She needs to do more running.
I think you mean jogging, not running. I’d say you’d need a pace of 14km/h or higher to really be considered running and between 8-13km/h is considered jogging.
Good shit man. Right now, I’m trying to find some balance in my life, and fitness kinda fell off course. Right now, I’m ‘rehoning my edge’ AKA cutting the crap, eliminating the unnecessary, setting goals, and achieving them. I digress… running and powerlifting are two of my favorite hobbies but they feel like polar opposites at times. This is giving me motivation to find middle ground. It can be done.
I just started running recently too. Since I’m not training for a 5k I’m taking it really slow. I first started with walking and then slowly eased my self into running. I might not be up to your level yet but I’m seeing small improvements and I’m having fun changing up what I’m doing every so often.
I hope you see this man! When you said im down to running 5 miles is that a day or total for the week?! I just got into the lifestyle and I just reached 6 miles without stopping! Not sure if I should do any more for this week or just let my body relax?!
i run because to me its the most pure sport, we are made to run, i feel amazing when i run and after, and you don’t need much money to achieve amazing things.
What running watch would you recommend to track progess/miles? I’ve been stuck at home but as soon as I’m cleared I’d like to started running.
I just found your channel today and I love it I just started my journey and this is really helping me
Mad video like mad like it’s going to smash my stress. I am impoweres by this video. He goes to cardio, going to try to get 4 miles in. I want to get in a routine like at least once a week but more would be actually a goal. I subscribed because you are a good talker and runner. Yeah LETS GO,+!
Running is like a break from reality, it’s just you and the elements
Holy fck I remember seeing this a while ago but didn’t realize it was Bart.
The advice at the end was really helpful and is something that I’ve been struggling with. I’m going to try running.
5k is not hard Rogan you pussy. If you truly care about your health stop all that BS youre doing and go run more often
Her intelligence is sexy… i was thinking it i said it ♂️
The only day I felt bad this entire month was the day I felt I should take a break and don’t work out.
Your running place looks fucking sick it reminds me of mallorca I used to live there and damn I miss it
One time I ran the great aloha run (8 miles about) my arches hurt so bad I had to wear my Adidas shoes in the house (it doesn’t sound that bad but trust me it was bad) and my quads were so sore I couldn’t even walk straight
My black friend runs from the police all the time. He’s in great shape
If I had nice places to run, like it looks like in this video, I would run, however living in east london my only options are run in massive traffic or run on a treadmill, and that’s not happening
Random thought but I’d love to see Bart on the joe rogan podcast
awesome to know you of all people are also human and fallible. Because from my perspective, you’re just the man in many regards for years
I tried to run thz morning but decided not to because proverbs 28 says “the wicked run when no one is chasing them” will see tmrw…great content tho
I srated running 7 months ago and had finished my first 21k… and i feel so much better now. I had gain my confidence as i have been recognized as a weak boy eversince i was a baby and suffered from breathjng difficulty and frequent rezpiratory system infection. Running also helps me overcome my anxiety and depression… and it is cheap!
Props to running around town in silkies and not being ashamed.
I started “running” bc I totally totally “disliked it” & wanted to overcome it. I overcame & NOW I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
Bart, can you do a video on implementing weight training to running? i am a runner with no arm strength lol
Running is my maiden voyage so i need back my new speed to cross the field plus breaking my own record-
Weird to think that only 2 years ago Joe Rogan is perplexed at the positive effects that exercise has on the brain.. have people not known this? If you do not exercise and are sedentary, you will die sooner than someone who out-works you physically and mentally. The same way you workout to improve muscular strength, power, and endurance, learning/mental stimulation (which is what is also going on when you push yourself during a workout) improves coordination between neurons. Nobody should even need the source of the study to understand this
Crazy! I started running because of my asthma too, which helped me a lot.
Old Rhonda and her “studies”.
“Hey Rhonda, would you like a cup of coffee?”
“Like, well there’s actually a study that shows like, that like I would live a cup of coffee as coffee has been shown to maintain a heart rate between 0 and a thousand beats per minute and also improves the ability to recall your Grandmother’s best friends maiden name.”
If you guys could do a video of Bart’s schedule and routines that would be really awesome. I’m trying to create a productive schedule and I’m curious how he balances his physical work with running multiple companies and family time.
i had no idea 905 from nelk ran, must be running from the cops cause he sent dickpicks to underage fans
1:54 What the fuck is this door it makes you look like 4 feet tall
How do avoid knee pain when running with flat feet on hard surfaces?

damn really love this motivational content that you guys are putting out
Hope your sprints are legit, because your “run” looks like walking fast!
JK,Really enjoy your content.
In my childhood and teenage years I played ice hockey. around age 20 I stopped playing, and was investigating alternative exercise methods. I began running, and became addicted. Im now 27, I have been jogging on average 10-15 miles a week. It has really enhanced my quality of life, I look and feel great, and unlike team sports, it feels liberating to exercise in a way where im the only one invovled. I highly recommend running.
Benefits =
1. Aids short term and long term memory
2. Improves physical fitness and mental sharpness (which degrade as we age)
3. Limits brain atrophy (i.e. the loss of brain mass)
4. Improves executive function (e.g. problem solving, reasoning)
Thank you for sharing this! It inspired me to give some thought to why I started running. I tried to similarly capture my story through a short film. Super motivated to get out for my next run! Thanks again kind sir.
People, please give me advices.im 36 years old.ex judoka sportsman.i m still doing sport 3or4days at a week.i like to running, swimming, driving bicycile.the problem IS,thats i can t run anymoore, like before years ago.i have good, body shave, but and a few injuries down into muy feets.will be very glad,if you give me any good cure for this pain.i eat healthy stuff.thanks to advance to all of you here in YouTube.i need to return my run, speed and time skills of running.
Lmao sitting down she doesn’t look like she runs 3 miles a few times a week.
Natural ways are always the best cure. Oil pulling and cuting coffe and tea for poor dental health.
Fuck… that mac Miller beat:( rip mac. One of my favorite songs by him
You’re an inspiration dude, I mean that sincerely.
I started running in 1980 at the age of 15 and stopped at age 52 cause I now have real bad osteoarthritis in one knee. I believe if you’re a lightweight guy, 6′ tall and under 165lbs, then you can have a long career as a runner and handle marathons and ultras well etc. But at 200lbs, whoa! You’re in for trouble later on down the road. I’m just speaking from experience. I did most of my running as a master (post age 40) weighing over 180 and it was very hard on my body. You’re 29 and can handle it now but believe me all that muscle you’re carrying is gonna hurt you later (knee replacements in your early 40s I expect). I recently took up cycling and love it, can push myself hard for hours a day and not get injured.
This is highly unrealistic scenario. Among other parameters, it fails to include the all-mighty “Runner’s knee” injury of the first 10-20 days.
I started running recently. Couldn’t run more than 400m 3 weeks ago, now I can run for 15 mins without stopping!

I run over 100 miles a week… running is very easy once you reach a certain level of fitness and strength… I could probably adapt to higher level of volume but I only have a certain amount of energy per day so this is a good volume of training to be manageable and to be as competitive as my level of talent and lifestyle allow me to be
I sprained my ankle a month ago and I still can’t run, and now I have a cold. I just wanna go running again! If I can run I try to run 6-7 miles or 10km every week. I can’t wait to just be well again so I can run
He’s danm right. Running helped me get out of that date of mind where I would think, “it’s too far, my legs hurt” ect…but then you think, what up. I’m human. My body/ mind was made to adopt to anything.
Man! Props to you. Love your guys channels. I wish i took this up when i was younger. Only now in my 40’s i’ve come to love running and cardio in general!
Dude for 3 months I put myself into an intense cardio regiment. Ran 5 miles everyday, 7 days a week rain, snow, it didn’t matter I was getting it done. I have severe asthma. My family was too poor to provide me with an inhaler growing up. It definitely hindered me athletically and in day to day physical work. Those 3 months have given me a life long high endurance level. I might be broken, bleeding. But never, do I ever give up. Peace and blessings to you brother. #isubbed
I like your vid and respect you, Barb. Question: How can you able to workout and take care your kid at same time?
I have started running on a daily basis. I feel so much better after running and of course I have lost weight. I will keep doing what I be been doing and keep it up
1 second ago
Hey man, I too have struggled with asthma ever since I was younger. I really appreciate how genuine your sense of purpose is and how grounded your morals are. You really are a motivation to the few of us that share your pain. Lift on.
I would like to know your Monday-Sunday hour to hour schedule.
Not being weird.. just trying to get an idea
Will trail running help in the sports of badminton?
I live in an area where the base is 200m and the trail height is 750m thus the elevation gain from the run being 120m.
I’m a badminton athletes in my late 30’s.
Looking forward to your views.
I get the mental aspect you get in running! I’ve been a runner since my teens and it’s something I love and is always added in my weekly training.
I like mountain running. We have some great mountains to run in Ireland. My cousin runs them competitively all over Europe. I just run them for the love of it.
More excellent advice. Very well researched and presented too. I can learn a lot from this
Guys, you have no idea what running does to the body. Please do not promote non-sense and damaging “sports”. I jogged for two years in the warm season and have seen the real effects. The bones deformed in sole and hands, the cartilage in the knees and ribs was damaged (it was harder for me to brief), I was having trouble with my heart beating irregularly at times, some of my blood vessels narrows (especially the ones in the brain), I got dark spots onto my nose and face, and most important my hips have deformed!! STOP PROMOTING RUNNING! (2 minutes of warming up is the key and light exercising a few times a day)
wow this videos would be super helpful if i knew wtf she was saying
i Will never ever deny that it feels really good to lay in bed, play a good game or watch a movie while eating candy or fast food, and now and then have a smoke outside. Very few things in this world beats it. but if You come to your “healthy senses” you Will see that if You whant to live as long as possible. that is no way of life. I can see myself running on the local forest track, stopping eventually, making a campfire and grill a big piece of meat with lots of salt. and then decide if i whant to take another spin around The track or go home.
#heaven
I just ran for the first time outside of gym class and sports. I think im going to do that more now.
1:15… “I can’t remember where it was done”. That’s the study which concluded running helps you with your memory. Classic!

The feeling after running is awesome. Being a cross country runner progressing from a 25 min 5k to a sub 18 5k is a great feeling.
lol at the need to display credits at the end of a youtube video
running is a strain on your heart.
look at davy jones hes dead
Hello, great video. How often do you run in a week and what distance and elevation per run. Thank you
Hi Mamy Honey,
Ideally, if you have no other underlying medical condition, you can continue running. It is a great way to beat stress, and keeps you happy. As for the palpitations, it is best you get your heart checked by a physician. 20 mins of running is a healthy habit, and unless your doctor tells you to stop, you can keep it up.
Please remember that you should visit a trained physician for a clearer picture of your health and not solely depend on hearsay.
Hi
Nice vid
I have a lot off stress and palpitation too
Do u advice me to do running
I’m already doing it everyday for 20 should I keep it up or stop
