Decent workout for those easy days in between high intensity sessions. My body appreciated the focus on mobility and range of motion and I felt pretty good afterwards.

Man, this hurts! could not move the next day. After one week with this rutine I had to quit smoking, drink loads of water and eat my veggies like my mamma said.
Found this workout and practice it for the first time…Tough (and long job:) but it`s worth it,worth a try…Especially for my butt muscles:) There is only one problem,and someone already mention that….That slow and sleepy music…But I solve that problem with sound off and my own music…

Wow, I workout 6x wk and still this exercise kicked my butt. I was literally sore all over the day after, meaning it really targeted, especially the lower body, great! I have never done so many squats and lunges in my life, which is good because they are so effective. When my body heals in the next few days, I will most definitely be doing this again ; ) As always, thanks for posting such a great video!

This was a good workout. I was skeptical when I saw how slow the music was, but I think I got a fairly decent workout. However, the model seemed to be flirting with either the camera man or someone in the background…. Or perhaps the camera man was flirting with her and she was responding to it…. that seemed a little unprofessional.. But the workout was good in spite of that.
