I’m sorry but if you want to lose weight you have to put in the work, sure this will help you lose that extra weight. But if you don’t do anything else apart from this you won’t be seeing a lot, all I could say about losing weight is that you should eat 1500 kcal if you’re a girl and 2000 If you’re a boy, and put in exercise until you are sweating hard. Then have a rest, it’s actually quite easy. I do have a fast metabolism tho so if anybody says “I’m doing this and nothing works” I wouldn’t blame you as it’s the same with gaining weight for me. Im 80 above kgs, i do all house chores, i go outside, i don’t really exercise because i dont really have time to do so because i takecare of the house with my mum and make food etc etc. My metabolism is very slow i eat once a day and the quantity is very little.

My metabolism is insanely fast if i am doing anything active (which is a lot) i can easily burn all the food i had in no time at all, i mean i can go from full to hungry in an hour, this is great if u need to to something physically demanding but for a short time if no food is present. I discovered this when last summer i decided to help out my close friend with his landscaping business, he is a big buy so anytime he ate he would be tired so over the years he started to not eat anything until late at night( i strongly discourage this) so it would be really frustrating as I would get tired fast but when i had food I would have basically infinite amounts of energy for the next 90-120 min haha, also i want to mention that if i am say staying home on a weekend or something the desire to eat is very minimal so without any effort i end up fasting for the whole morning and often half of the afternoon.

I have a question, I tried to lose weight so I follow an app called Lose It, I eat around the calories according to the goal calories presented by the APP. and I measured my heart rate one afternoon and it was 49 bpm…. I feel like eating frequent meals with less calories is lowering my bpm(when I did intermittent fasting I had lowest 62 bpm).

The best way is intermitent fasting till noon. Plenty of water and cardio before noon. E.g walk or run 5k. For lunch high protein no carbs
I don’t deny this could work but I am curious about it. My best shape I’ve ever been in and without having to work on it at all with more exorcise was when I ate once a day. Intermittent fasting is supposed to help you hit ketosis which means you’re using fat reserves for energy. Now whether or not that effects how it stores, I don’t know. I do know that there is a ton of proof that says that your cells go into repair mode after 12 hours of fasting which would be 8 hours of sleep and four hours before eating but even longer than 12 is best since the longer you’re in repair mode the more cell damage that can be repaired. I should try grazing and see what happens. It’s harder to get back into intermittent fasting than grazing for sure and at 45 it will be interesting to see which method works best.

What’s wrong with a slow metabolism? It just means you need less food to run your body. It also costs less. You don’t gain weight because you have a ‘slow’ metabolism. You gain weight cause you eat too much.

Sure you can eat as much as you want and you dont need daily exercise, but the thing is you get tired and hungry real fast like you need snacks every hour.
