Yeah…fine…you still need to do cardio because if you have any fat on your stomach you could still have a six-pack and no one is going to see it. Also, there Bird Dogs are going to do more for your gluten than abs.
No matter how much you do your workout it can not be less then how much sugar you eat if you going to get a flat belly don’t eat sweet, losing weight is not easy I already have no hope so I wish everybody have good luck nothing is easy.

This definitely doesn’t work, knowing at least a little info in fitness. If you want to loose fat you are just going to have to diet and workout
Eat a full breakfast in the morning and a dinner at night because you probably won’t be so hungry throughout the day. Starving yourself won’t workout because your body reacts to you being hungry and slows down your metabolism causing you to gain more weight. But like she said this has a lot to do with your diet.

2nd tip: 4:58 Avoid fat food like carbohidrytes, and eat more vitamines like vegetables
3rd tip: 6:00 Try not to eat food that the body finds hard to digest like: brocoli, onion, garlic, sparragus, apples, pears, etc.(those that cause fermentation on your body)
4th tip: 7:30 Drink green tea (not every day tho). It has laxative
5th tip: 10:22 Avoid gluten, dary? (idk what that means or how its writen xdd), eggs..

Sis all of these tips are true! Especially about gluten and lactose intolerance…I went vegan and it has been the best decision I have ever made. Am African too, and it is hard but baby steps
