I just feel that whenever I see fitness videos like this, I can’t help but think this isn’t really fitness. Many exercises are so isolated and not functional. You only become big, but not athletic. Compare this with something like calisthenics.

I can relate to the whole sleep thing. I actually just got on a C-Pap machine bc my sleep was so bad. Now I’m able to get better quality of sleep and my machine has an app that I can use to help track my nights. Even though I find the machine annoying but it still helps so I use it anyways. ❤️

QOTD: getting your steps really got me. Prior to Memorial Day of this year (2020) I was lucky, LUCKY to get 2,000-3,000 steps A DAY. It was embarrassing. I have since developed a wonderful habit of starting my day for ME. I go for a walk every morning (3-4 miles) and now I easily get 13,000 steps a day. P.S. I try to have a morning routine. I don’t work at the moment so I don’t do things in the specific time. But I’m trying to workout, clean at least for a 30min, learning my new language for at least 30min, read for an hour and cook a healthy meals everyday. Some days I done all of this till noon, but sometimes I watch tv till the last minutes and I have to hurry up to do all really quickly so I can go and take my children from the kindergarten
