Guys, losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

good video. thanks! I was suspected for celiac since childhood, though I had gastroendoscopy (I guess that’s the correct one) and biopsy only at the age of 24. (that “intruding” endoscope was among the worst painful moments during my entire life)
for me the results were negative. though many people have symptoms that may resemble celiac disease. since then I have changed my diet quite a lot. from my experience I could assume that increased stress factors (i.e. social anxiety like symptoms) may lead to uneven/unstable digestion (but I have no reference for this speculation).
I just diagnosed with ciliac yesterday after years of questions why having anemia and lower other vitamins fatigue and bloating and cramping pain in stomach. alternatively constipation and diarrhea. Lots of other question having now what to eat and not. waiting for GI dr. to call me

Dr. Mona, this is a subject I have searching for. I guess there is no money weight gain diets. We have been PBWF for 2 years. I am a good weight, and it’s turned my life around. But my wife who has a very fast metabolism, is 95 lbs and 5′ 4″ and has always complained about being bony. Both sides of our family are light framed. When I see you went from 115 to 128, the task of getting my wife to a healthy weight seems enormous. Our GP says nothing is wrong when she gets weighed. What do you suggest? She is losing hope in the vegan lifestyle because she has lost weight when she could never really afford to.

I had a year of bad acid reflux that i had to change and limit my diet, and my reflux was reduced so did my appetite. I got so used eating small portions that i could no longer eat anything more and I’ve lost ton of weight. And I’m having trouble gaining weight and the comment from other people doesn’t help at all. Years ago in summer when I did sunbathing, I experienced severe abdominal pain with vomiting. As an objective thinker I was looking for cause and I did a great observation which I experimented. I solve that situation and never have I experienced that abdominal pain and vomiting. As a clue I tell you that in Washington State the temperature in summer is max 80. After that I bought a land in Nevada where the temperature in summer is 98 and I do sunbathing there. Now I am doing observations about urinary urgency. Just few days ago I did an observation which now I experiment. I am 75

If you suffer of abdominal pain/burning or vomiting and when you are in a sauna or in a bath tub with hot water those symptoms are gone, then my Portable Sauna, which are like regular clothes, having layers of air resistant material, such as in sauna suit, used 24/7, all over your body included head and legs, may help. The materials in those layers start from skin are: absorbent (cotton), non-absorbent (polyester, acrylic, wool, nylon), absorbent (cotton), air resistant (vinyl, rubber or any plastic), any material, air resistant, and pants. In winter I use 2 layers of air resistant and in summer just one. These layers will keep the body heat inside and immune system will work better to prevent and cure infections/inflammation and nerves will be sensitive and healthy. The foods make the cells sensitive to infections. Bad foods are: sugar (10), bread (5), and milk (3). Zero is not producing infection/irritations. Olive oil in excess may also increase the cells sensitivity. Have a healthy and long life.

edit: this isn’t a stupid joke. I was really confused when I weighed myself yesterday cause most of the time I weight 41-42 kg and I lost 4 kg by eating bigger portions & eating more unhealthy. I literally ate a lot of ice cream & eggos during last 2 weeks. I don’t know what is wrong with me.
At 2:41 it says that “seasonings, beer, chocolate, and pickles contain gluten.”
I would like to clarify a few things about this faulty statement.
Seasonings CAN contain gluten, check the label. There are gluten free seasonings.
Beer is generally made with barley but it CAN be made with other starch sources that are gluten free. Look for gluten free beer and you shall find.
I have had celiac for almost a year and I can assure you that chocolate is naturally gluten free. Check the label to see if gluten may have been added.
Also check labels for “may contain gluten” or “made on machinery that also processes gluten.”
Pickles are gluten free. Check the label to make sure that no gluten was added.
Do your own research kids and speak to your gi or gp. Don’t believe everything you read.
