I prefer to call it plant based but i follow a wfpb “vegan”diet and am in great shape without the need for animal product in the diet. Pumpkin seeds are a great source of nutrition for when you are ill. Meat and dairy….not so much…for good reason. What do you think about an habit here in Brazil, in whitc we cook the seeds before using it on top of some snack? Some people briefly bake it in the oven, some toast it on a dry frying pan, and some times i even see people frying it whith some proper oil.

I love those things! They’re great in oatmeal, salad or on their own. A favourite store of mine sells organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and walnuts. It’s insane how nutrient dense nuts and seeds are. Definitely add them to your diet people! They are rich in protein, healthy fats, fibre, minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc), and vitamins (B1,B2, B3 and vitamin E).
Please do a video on how to heal an inflamed pyloric sphincter. It causes severe pain and destroys the quality of daily life. Food trying to pass through hurts it so much.

I knew Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower seeds are very nutritious, good for body, health but was not eating because, in my country it comes from China! Can you imagine eating something product of China while Chinese don’t eat their own because rice is made from plastic, peppers are soils with chemicals added, toddler foods is toxic chemicals etc. Its like having slow death. I wouldn’t have mind if the seeds had come from India, Morocco, Tunisia something like that. Just like KFC, Mc.Donals, Donuts etc. I had never thought about making my own Pumpkin Seed.
