I went to this hotel I’m about 12-13 right so of course I’m going to be a complete retard and go running on my vacation. As I’m there at the hotel gym I end up running 5.09 miles in 48 minute trying to inpress my aunty. I was suffering from IBS from last 2 and half years, with alternate constipations and diarreha. I became so dependant on curd that even if I miss it for 2-3 days I use to suffer. I use to get shit attacks, where I needed to find toilet anyhow to reveal myself. I spent almost 50-60k on medicines.
Only proper solution to IBS I found is eating food slowly, peacefully and biting each small bite atleast 30 times. Each Food bite should be grinded so fine by your teeth that it just goes down like a juice with saliva. You will find it challenging to do at first. Mistake many of us make is we bite only as long as it tastes tasty to us.
Dont’t think too much especially while eating. I tried all methods, you should not finish meal (4 rotis + vegetables) before 30 mins, chew slowly so all food is grinded & well mised with saliva. Avoid gulten food like wheat for some months.
Dont watch TV/Mobile etc while you eat or shit. While eating and shiting all your awarness should be towards the act. Be more aware towards your hunger, eat only when u r really hungry. Don’t hold on to shit for too long, if u get it. and don’t go to toilet till you really feel like shiting.
Don’t drink water 45 minutes before, 50 to 60 mins after the meals, and also during meals. Drink water sip sip, slowly afterwards. Don’t be angry, upset while eating,drinking. Remember god before starting your meals. Space and time are endless and vast, no worry is more important than your health.
Consult some good experienced ayurvedic doctor if you think need to take ayurvedic medecines. Don’t get into alophathy unless extreme emergency situation, there is no permanant cure in it, and may lead to side effects like fissure.
Maintain celibacy, avoid masturbation or excess sex.
Always include fresh vegetables, fruits, buttermilk in food these are rich in probiotics & enzymes. I really feel bad when I see so many people suffering now a days because of this small changes in life style.

I’ve had this happen to me on a relatively short hike.
It went down like this: I was walking with my class a day before summer break. The plan was to get a roaring barbeque going at the summit. When I reached the top I felt like I needed to let loose some gas. I had been chugging some chocolate milk on the way.
I casually removed myself a few yards from the main body of classmates, like the smooth operator that I am, and supported myself against a stone and relaxed a certain muscle while taking in the view.
