Superb is absolutely on-the-mark! Easy to make and super flavorful. I was apprehensive at first, as I am not experienced with soups, but as soon as I sampled a taste, I was in heaven. The flavors are bold and striking, and its one of those steals where I was surprised that I was eating this for free (well, aside from buying all of the ingredients), when a restaurant could easily charge €10-15 for this. This recipe is such a gem, that I have to consciously hold off on making it more than once a month, much like after hearing Beethoven’s 6th symphony one is forced to starve oneself of any more, so as to maximize the pleasure of the next listen. More soup recipes please!
