i spent these 2 months based on peanuts…and…1) they r addictive 2) too strong to digest 3) great for stamina..mental concentration 4) very bad for my filters: liver..kidneys..stomack..5) intestines function well..but th excess oil is felt on my face..l had greasy hair roots..hair falling non normal..but probably due to excess sugar..sweets…

I used to eat Haldiram’s salted peanuts which is not raw and roasted but fried. Later when I checked the nutritional value per 100 gm of salted fried peanuts and the total fat is as follows
