I do this but i forgo the nut butter, maple syrup and banana. Instead i use a protein collagen powder (Orgain which has zero carbs and sugar) and i use xylitol or monkfruit to sweeten and a handful of berries, if i’m not adding cocoa powder in i’ll add a dash of vanilla extract and this has really helped curb my appetite sooo much. I either do this or i have eggs with veg but no bread. Starting your first meal off with a good amount of protein at least 20 grams and then continuing with around the same amount give or take for lunch and dinner has helped me lose weight gradually and consistently.

adding chocolate and syrup is too much for breakfast i used to have this but without all the added portions just plain oatmeal but with skimmed milk and one spoon of honey thats it it was really good if you can cut this in half and make it up to 200 cal only or 250 that would be a great weight loss recipe! overall thank u for the idea!

I tried to eat the peanut butter spread which is supposedly lower in calories and sodium. The companies claim they either taste like regular PB or better, but my taste buds could tell the difference immediately. As soon as it hits my tongue I can tell.
My late wife used to try to get me to drink decaf coffee every so often, even going so far as mixing it half decaf and half regular. When she tried this trick I would go and dump the coffee out and make a fresh pot of regular (Folgers) coffee, and ask her not to do that again. She would be amazed that I could tell the difference right away. I am able to tell when someone tries to feed me diet foods like “Lean Cuisine” or “Weight Watchers”. Nope, not happening. I can even tell most of the non-branded foods I get fed…”Please don’t buy that junk again!” Well, I’m going to get off of here and try to get something done today. PB2 is not a natural food, and even if it has less calories I would prefer the real thing any day of the week. I want the most nutrient dense foods I can find (preferably organic). Real peanut putter contains all of the nutrients nature intended (fat, protein and vitamins in just the right combination). Fat is what keeps you satisfied and reduces cravings. The manufacturers of “fake” food always trick you into thinking less calories is better but they have to add sugar and salt to the mix to make it taste better. There are better ways to lose weight.

FYI, I would skip the nut butter. Runway models will not mix carbs and proteins within 3 or 4 hours spacing. So proteins with leafy greens are good but carbs on their own. If you want to prevent a stall. For instance, you can have a healthy pasta dish but not with chicken in it.

I used to buy from market just because it’s has a difficult receipe like butter, peanuts etc. but this is.
And no butter in it.
1/2 cup ( 50 g ) rolled oats
1 1/2 2 cups ( 400 ml ) water
On medium to high heat until it boils, then turn it down to low heat for 10-20 minutes
1 tsp ( 4.5 g ) coconut oil
2 tsp ( 4 g ) cacao/cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ( <1 g ) cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of vanilla paste
Mix them into the oatmeal, and then for the toppings:
Fruit to your liking
1 tbsp ( 17 g ) nut butter
