Smuckers All Natural PB. Cheap and pure. And btw, you can pour off the oil before you mix it up. The oil is healthy save it and use in small amounts the same as you would any other healthy oil, in salads or for cooking.
That was a great break down! I was interested in the mono and di-glicerides because my mom was saying to avoid the heavy whipping cream with them in it. Sometimes I get weird spells that seem like a blood sugar drop (not diabetic or hypoglycemic, I’ve been checked) and after I eat some peanut butter and jelly I seem to feel better. I always thought of it as just as soft food that my stomach could handle well, but I seem to feel better physically and mentally if I eat a pb&j after one of my spells.

I love peanut butter I make my own homemade no bake chocolate cookies. I am deathly allergic to almonds from a flu shot injury but I can still eat peanut butter. Do you have any suggestions for a healthy peanut butter that is not made on the same equipment as tree nuts? This is because in the US ALL of your products are genetically modified crap. You don’t know how to eat healthily and what sort of food is actually healthy. You eat too much sugar, too much saturated fat, too much meat and all of this food you eat is mostly processed and filled with hormones and preservatives. The cows are not artificially impregnated to produced more milk and then forced to abort, they are hand milked and none of them just like my hens will ever end up at a slaughterhouse. I drink organic wine, one glass a day, i do not drink soda or anything that comes from the supermarket, i grow my own vegetables and fruits, olive oil comes directly from a friend in Morocco whose family has been producing the best organic premium extra virgin oil for hundreds of years. When i want fruit juice fruits myself, i bake my own pies and cakes with milk and butter coming from my neighbour’s farm and organic wheat flour and raw sugar which comes from the organic farms you can find online, all local which i visited at least once personally. I get proteins from organic nuts, beans, and other sources.
And i feed my kids exactly the same way. I am a vet married to an MD we are all vegetarian, i have been my entire life and at the age of 44 i don’t have one single health issue, no cholesterol, no blood pressure, i run, swim and do other sports every day, i still have a very athletic body, no hair loss, perfect eyesight, never had a cavity or toothache in my life, and my libido is the same as it was when i was 25 with no deficiency whatsoever down there either.
The last time i ate crisps or drunk a coke i was 13 years old and i tried it once. I eat peanut butter, i make it myself from fresh organic peanuts which i roast myself.

Back in the 70’s we used to be on a government assistance program and we would get free government issue peanut butter-it was pure ground up peanuts-after having that-it’s hard to tolerate the stuff they sell as “peanut butter”.

100% peanut butter is veerrry hard to find…..can u recommend some brands and where we can get them? There are none at Walmart I’ve looked!
