I love Papaya used to eat a lot in my culture we use green Papaya as vegetable especially for those who suffer from stomach ailments, couple of years ago my blood sugar was borderline I do not take any medicine I gave up food those are not good for diabetic including Papaya I thought but my sugar level is same it did not go down or up.
