You are killing me here lady!! OMG!!!!! seriously…phew…… i had to take breaks after every 20 secs or so!!! wow. i don’t workout that often…but I have to say…this is tough & therefore effective!! Its effective right from the get go!! u go girl or shall I say robo girls?? u r like a machine!! a robot!! phew!! Thank u! 😉

It’s amazing I came across this video again. I lost over 150 pounds doing this single video for over a year. I literally went flab’s to abs lol thank you Acacia!! To this day I still do about 60 percent of these workouts.

I love this…. it’s the perfect workout for me at my age…. But to be honest I have NEVER worked it out full-length, but increasing one more move each time.
OMG..frustrating…it is so hard… couldn’t do a whole hour…but the next time I’m gonna get yuaaa!!
I recommend taking like 3/4 water breaks… That’s what I did the second time and I felt 100 times better and if some of the moves are to hard for you just repeat one that was easier for you… It mad this workout way better (my opinion)

To me the best Pilates video on youtube. Perfect for old dancers such as myself. So yes, you better be trained and have some knowledge about pilates, yoga or dance before you start playing this video. It is an advance level, ideal to develop your inner muscles, flexibility and mental strengh (it is so easy to quit half way, without anyone taking you for accountable).
this really a hard workout i ever had… she never give a bit rest atleast in between then do some easy after the hard part. not 5 star to me. we all starting like trying but not this one I’m not keen to be skinny like her i want to be fit and healthy be more stabilize. thanks for the video thou
This is a really good workout. I find that other instructors would repeat in the second half what they did in the first half, and I think this is a sign of laziness. Not this video. The second half adds even more variety. I appreciate the workout of the entire body, although I wish she would have added more neck stretches. I think there were breaks. She would do some fairly fast cardio, then slow down on the next sequence. This was a break to me. Someone below said she is to skinny? No, it is muscle.

You do realize fat/out-of-shape people can’t do this, right? As a fat person when I search anything with ‘for weight loss’ in the title I kind of expect it to be something someone who needs to lose weight can do.

I’m addicted. I have done your Mat Pilates Series 1,2 and 3. Amazing work outs! They are easy to follow and yet extremely challenging for me. It’s now become a necessity to help me get through my day. I really appreciate you! I want any one subscribing to know, I am 59 and 150 lbs, this is my first introduction to pilates, and my first comment ever for any one on you tube. But I I have been doing BePureFit” online classes for 3 days in a row and everyday feeling a difference. I will keep you posted on my progress. Keep them coming
I have been having back and neck problems and was begging her to get off the floor towards the end of the floor section. Next time I will do the floor excercises without moving my neck, until it improves. But otherwise. Good workout!

The workout was very good but to difficult for me as a beginner. If there had been modification maybe i have felt that i could do everything but now i just felt like the student way back in the room that did everything wrong:). Not my cup of tea.

Almost wanted to smash into the screen halfway through the side planks. Definitely not for beginners or some intermediates. Great video though so don’t beat yourself up if you can’t complete it!

This is not Pilates. This is more aerobic. She is not supposed to be this fast and jumpy.

Great work out for the core for sure. The leg lifts were killer. I do strength work outs and run a couple times a week but I the but and thighs are my trouble zone and pilates is the best for me in that area but it’s very hard as my muscles there are weak. I enjoyed your tips at the end. Thanks for that!

how many calories would you normally burn for a moderately active person who works out an average of 50 minutes/day? healthy weight 40 years old? for this work out?
I think this video is made from few different, lets say 12-15 minutes workouts, and “glued” together to make it longer (?)… Does not seem to me like one hour workout… Those cuts are obvious. That is why she is not tired, sweat (even when she is well trained), or its too difficult to do… Dont you think???
MM she is way to skinny for me. If this is what her work out gets me I think I will stick to my reasonable diet and Crunch pilates videos.
