To figure out which foods contain empty calories, you need to read labels. What you’re looking for are solid fats and added sugars. Solid fats are fats that stay solid even at room temperature.For females, the average intake of empty calories was 624 calories per day.
The added fats and sugars make these empty calories taste goo.Unlike nutrient-based foods, empty calorie foods contain more calories than nutrients. Some common examples of empty-calorie foods include soda, candy, ketchup and cookies.When a food provides primarily calories, and little else of value to our health, we say that food has “empty calories.” Examples include beverages like sugary soda, and foods like buttery pastries.

Myth 1: Most Americans have potassium deficiency:
Doctors recommended 4.7 grams of potassium every day. Most Americans eat 3.5 to 3.75 grams of potassium every day. But they have potassium overload and they have those bad symptoms when they have problems with the kidneys like blood calcium overload, Cushing syndrome and uremia. So, the doctor recommendations of potassium is more than the actual recommendations because 4700 is greater than 2500 or 2000. So, potassium overload is a very big danger for us. The actual recommendations is 2.5 grams of potassium for male and 2 grams for female.
FACT: All Americans have potassium overload with sodium overload or deficiency.
Myth 2: Most Americans are deficient in most nutrients and 30% of them have obesity because the undernutrition in most nutrients:

Burger King are like the worst fast food fries. They leave such a weird, thick coating on the roof of your mouth. It’s disgusting. Their Satisfries they had over the summer were AMAZING. Why they were only temporary, I have no idea.
