Gout is not an issue for my partner since he tried out the gout treatment method “Vοvοpαm Azb” (Google it). After a couple of weeks, the pain subsided and he didn`t need to take prescribed meds from then. If somebody is suffering from gout strike, just observe what you eat as well as apply this method to cut back the chance of having a gout strike!
hey osmosis team! great video! could you please linke the aforementioned study?
Hello DoctorJay Lee, thank you for the information. I had ACL sprain in my left knee, my doctor advised me to go for PRP (Platelet-rich plasma). I went through PRP 2 months before and also I am doing the exercise advised by my physiotherapist. The pain is less intense than before, but the injury is not fully recovered. In how many days it is expected that I will be fully recovered? Please do reply, thanks
I have high grade partial ACL tear… Grade 2 signal in the body and posterior horn of medial meniscus… Do I need surgery?

Doctor thought I didn’t need to have surgery because i’m 34. I’m just as active, if not more active than I was when I was 20 years old. I definitely need a fully functional acl. He was in his mid thirties too, and said that if he tore his acl he would just rehab and adjust. How are so many people comfortable with a sedentary lifestyle? I plan on killing it with all my activities into my 60’s hopefully.
Considering that insomnia I got was not truly serious, therefore I did not take it seriously. Not till Five years later where it has become the most awful problem. It is already a good sleep for me if I can sleep for 3 hours. Usually, I could not make myself to sleep all night. I tested out “Fαnvοkα Fawam” (Google it). Right on the spot, only on that day alone, I noticed very good effects. In only a week I had been sleeping 4-7 hours each night. And it continues to enhance much better as I continually apply the manual..
So many people have different experience as far as this drug is concern but to me,

Why I always told my best friend to STOP talking Aspirin whilst on her menstrual cycle. She’d always tell me her cramping got worse, as did her flow. She is so darn stubborn. Finally she began talking Alleve & or Ibprophen. And was then amazed at how much those otc meds were instead!
Very nice sir
Sir plzz make more and more vedio on pharmacology on you tube
200mg Ibuprofen with 500mg of Acetaminophen? That’s too much. If you take two tablets 4 times that means 4g of acetaminophen which is the toxic dose. Why don’t they make it 325mg instead?
Taking the advantage of that no much difference between 400mg Ibuprofen with 1000mg acetaminophen. And also of that Ibuprofen fast release has good result with less side effects

There is a small knee joint effusion.
There is an inferior surfacing horizontal tear within the posterior horn of lateral meniscus. No evidence of a medial meniscal tear.
There is a low-grade partial thickness tear of ACL. Normal PCL, MCL and lateral stabilising structures.
There is a thickening of the patellar tendon consistent with patellar tendinosis.
No full thickness chondral defects of the pattellofemoral and tibiofemoral chondral surfaces. There is a minor bone marrow oedema within the lateral tibial plateau which is presumably a stress response.
Conclusion:
Tearing of the posterior horn of lateral meniscus with associated bone marrow oedema in the lateral tibial plateau.
Patellar tendonisis.
There is a low-grade partial thickness tear of the ACL but no full-thikness intra articular ligament tear.
Recommendation:
Referral to an orthopaedic knee surgeon in advised.
This is my MRI result. What should I do? Please help…
Hello, quick question. Is physical therapy good before a ACL surgery?
I like to not use painkillers except for major issues because I feel pain has benefits.
I have bio pattela dislocation and trying to find out as much as I can about my op lol
All these questions but no recovery time? How long does it take to recover after surgery?
Oh my god its painful, I tore my knee ligament while skiing and it happened really slow. Trust me, I was laying there on the ground for a good 10 minutes just groaning and moaning. Oh and do take tylenol cause it’s amazing how well it works. Also, I had a very minor tear but let me tell you, it hurts.
Thank you Dr. Jay Lee for sharing the information. God bless you………..
If i have a partial acl tear and meniscus can I recover without surgery?

Hii dr i am acl tear patient from India I want to join indian army. But with indobutton we have unfitt in medical. Can i remove indobutton when our graft is fully hilled. Please reply dr
Hi,
The current climate on COVID-19 has meant my ACL and Meniscus tear rehab have both been delayed/postponed or as it seems completely forgotten about by the NHS, which is understandable due to the pandemic. However my Surgeon/physician told me (when i FIRST had my MRI to confirm the tears), that i may be able to return to playing football without surgery due to having strong surrounding muscles and many other soccer/football players have done so (i thought he was just telling me this so that i stayed positive but the pain i felt at the time was telling me different and in no way did i think i would be able to do the things i am doing now without surgery).
As I have no physio or anyone helping me due to social distancing etc, i have kind of taken it upon my self to see what my knee is capable of… now almost 4 months post tear with no physio or any external rehab, I am able to barbell squat 120kg+KG for reps (was squatting 180KG prior) and run in a straight line without pain or sometimes both exercises cause maybe a 2/10 pain (sometimes) (i have been running 5 KM in around 22-23 minutes so a decent pace). When i speak to others that have had the injury or at the same point in there recovery (4 months post trauma), they are unable to believe how much i can do with no physio/surgery/rehab. which is really leaving me in the dark as i just want to play football again… but also i dont want to cause anymore stress to the knee. I would’nt say my knee feels normal at all, but pain is low and stability is nowhere near perfect but its ok.
Now because I have no physio due to the current situation in the UK, I have no support or help as to what i should be doing next or what i should actually be doing… Being a student i also don’t have the funds to pay extortionate amounts of money to go private. I am also worried that if i tell them this info they will tell me i don’t need certain surgeries etc to save money and because i have told them i am ok and i am back running. but in order to play football at the level or intensity as i did i want to do whats best for my knee.
I am worried to try any multi directional work or even kick a ball. Is anyone on here able to advise or help me what i should do next? As if i can go back to playing football without having ACL reconstruction it would be a dream. If this is not the place could anyone point me in the right direction? Just to confirm I have had an MRI scan to confirm both a tear in my ACL and medial meniscus. just to note, I am a 20 year old male.
I hope everyones recovery is going well and thanks for taking the time to read!
6 years back I had a complete ACL TEAR but i am able to run and do day to day activities? Even I am able to run for 10-12 kms should I go for surgery or not I am 42 years old now
Tore my acl completely and mcl partially while skiing. I’m going the traditional way without surgery, physiotherapy and strengthening exercises.
Will soon get custom fit don joy braces.

Anyone with serious chronic pain knows that over-the-counter medicine does nothing to affect this severity pain symptoms. We are talking about two different kinds of pain. 1 headache pain 2 serious severe chronic pain but no over the counter so-called pain reliever is going to do anyting.
Will i get a copyright strike if I do voiceover in my local language and upload to youtube
I partially tore it but it’s right on the line between full tear and partial. That also means I may or may not need surgery. I’m doing well and may not need surgery but I’m hoping I can play sports at the same level
Sir there are about 4 weaks but i cant walk properly there are tightness in leg what can i do?
i have acl injury. both my knees. they lock at times. it’s burden really
I have a torn acl. I tore it 2/3 of the way in 2014. In 2014 after my MRI my first doctor told me that I had pulled it bad and needed no major brace. Throughout the years I always had pain and went in about 4 years later to figure out once and for all what is wrong. My doctor in 2018 looked at my MRI from 2014 and told me that I have been playing on a torn ACL and by how loose or wobbly it is he assumes that it is completely torn now and I play sports on it with a brace with no surgery.
In other words, if I’m having pain, can I take one pill of acetaminophen and one pill of ibuprofen together? Nice to know. I love your videos. Thank you for the information.
doctor i am 16 year old boy. It is a full tear. I consulted nearby hospital, doctor said that surgery can be done after 18+ but I want to play as fast as possible. can you help me?
This is inaccurate. Naproxen wasn’t even compared. Naproxen along with Acetaminophen is the best OTC pain relief available. Any doctor will agree.

You can find this “Fαntυgα Fαzαm” (Google it), a slumbering treatment program that truly is effective. I commenced enduring sleeping disorders at a young age. I’ve applied a number of treatment plans yet none of them works not until finally I found out concerning this treatment solution. I got a greater sleep at this time that I had followed the treament program continually without fail..
That was a very interesting article, here are several suggestions about anti-inflammatory dietary supplements…
Curcumin: Research has shown the anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin can be as effective as some pharmaceuticals, but without the negative effect of toxicity. This powerful antioxidant also supports joint health and cardiovascular function.
Resveratrol: This extract found in red-wine helps to quell inflammation, regulate the malfunctioning immune response, and defend against cancer.
Omega-3: Omega-3 fatty acids inhibit an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX), which triggers inflammation. Our fish oil is designed using emulsification technology that enhances absorption by the body.

There is an over-the-counter painkiller available in Greece which contains 400mg of Acetaminophen, 50mg of Caffeine and 10mg of Codeine Phosphate. Does is fall into the category of Vicodin and such? It seems to be the only one working for period cramps since I get side effects from NSAIDs.
Great, straight forward information! Love these clinical videos that are directly applicable. Keep it up!
Excellent and well worth viewing. Should include kidney failure and heart failure as adverse effects for NSAIDs as well. NSAIDs are a leading cause of kidney failure and can occur with occasional use.
