My god… I did the first work out no problem. Decided to do the “Max Out” next and by the end of it I puked twice and couldn’t get up. Its been a year since I had shoulder surgery and double knee surgery so I wanted to challenge myself. Thanks for the awesome workouts OBI I plan to do this three times a week on top of my 25km bike to work adventure I have been doing. Cheers:)

I’ve gained a solid interest in doing more circuit training like I once did back in high school, (I LOVED IT).
I wanna be active for as long as possible, longevity is the aim and I dont feel I’ll be going as hard when I’m older if I keep pushing and pulling heavy weights… yeah it seems appealing now, but I dont think my body will thank me later if I keep being a lunk in the gym.
