The Studio On our visit to try an Orangetheory Fitness class in Round Rock, TX, we had the pleasure of sitting down to learn more about the company from the regional fitness director, Aaron Keiser. Keiser has been with the company since 2011, which.16 reviews of Orangetheory Fitness “Orangetheory is the best fitness studio in Carlsbad! Calista, Nate, Andrew and Sarah are all standout coaches.
Everyone is so motivating and you can tell they really care about the members. I’ve ONLY had great.Orangetheory is different for a couple of reasons, but in short, it’s a 1 hour, full-body workout. Each day is a new workout, you’ll never have the same workout twice, and each day will vary focusing on either endurance, strength, power, or a combination of the two.
You’ll never know what kind of day it is until you show.An Orange Theory Fitness Review — is it worth it? With the New Year upon us, we all probably are looking towards New Year’s goals and resolutions many want to get organized in the New Year, maybe you want to get a hold of your finances, and many.
Orange Theory was not my first experience with a gym. I tried it because I really wanted to get into a stronger lifestyle through high intensity work out. I went for the first class and I was surprisingly hooked and signed up right away. I strongly recommend if you have any type of fitness background but want to build endurance.
I have been working at Orangetheory Fitness full-time for more than 3 years Pros Family atmosphere is huge in OTF amazing staff and amazing manager cooperation, company loves to hire within, open communication, great pay, awesome weekend and holiday hours, purposeful work and meaningful sales and ops.Orangetheory Fitness Heart-rate training is backed by an impressive amount of science and it really can be the key ingredient for fitness success.Orange theory fitness has some of the best members, fun studio environment, and supportive management.
I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a job in this profession. Was this review helpful?Orangetheory is a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out.
It’s designed to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, MORE results, and MORE confidence, all to deliver you MORE LIFE.My Take on Orangetheory Fitness: I loved this class! It was a great way to combine my running with a more intense group exercise class.
I was worried it was going to be really hard and I wouldn’t be able to keep up but I felt really good (other than the push-ups. My upper body strength is seriously lacking).Glassdoor has 1,060 Orangetheory Fitness reviews submitted anonymously by Orangetheory Fitness employees.
Read employee reviews and ratings on Glassdoor to decide if Orangetheory Fitness is right for you.“ This studio is also home to some of my favorite coaches-Misti, Maddie & Drea! ” in 4 reviews “ My very first class at my home studio (HILLTOP VIRGINIA BEACH) required that I showed up 30 minutes early. ” in 2 reviews.I love working for Orangetheory Fitness because it is truly a place that fulfills the promise they made to that member.
The workout is extraordinary. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and showing someone the light at the end of the tunnel. Orangetheory really gives you the resources to be successful.
Orangetheory offers a stable source of income for trainers with consistent group class attendance and a lower sales requirement to develop/maintain your income compared to other personal training jobs. The Verdict. If Orangetheory Fitness was easy for me to get to, I would be hitting up these classes multiple times a week.
Each 60-minute session flew b.

the coach does help you. sometimes you have more then one coach if they are working out.
Speaking as an older guy who is a lifetime trainer… You’re young, you’ve already learned a ton about workouts and you’ll continue to learn as the journey continues…! Keep up the great work!
This is helpful. Avoid larger centers may be a good rule of thumb. The center I attend is pretty small. The coach does go around correcting form. I have arthritis and was encouraged to power walk. I actually ended up doing walk/run intervals though.
Totally agree. I am at OTF a couple of times a week and I use it only for cardio. I have a competitive lifting background though so it makes it easier for me to just go in and be told what to do and get this cardio in! (I focus on treadmill first to get my heart rate up for the rest of the workout.) Thanks for your review.
Most of the classes only have 24. Just because you can fit 45 people in your class doesn’t mean every class is run with 45 people. That would most likely be a 3G workout, most studios only run 1 of those per day. OTF keeps it basic and original, as in they will try and max the class at 24 (sometimes a few extra stations) because that is what it was traditionally designed as. I would hesitate to put out info that for the most part isn’t true. I have never had a class with 45 people and I’ve done well over 100 classes.
YES. Thank you for calling out the afterburn and the safety! I do OT but I’m a fitness professional and everyone who has asked me about this place and I tell them that I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who isn’t comfortable with fitness and their own bodies… which basically means everyone but athletes and fitness professionals! OH AND YES!!! THE RUNNING!!! OMG people in my classes I just want to be like, stop…. your body is out of control! I’m a former marathoner and I’m running at a full out at a 9 and the woman failing next to me at a 11…. and looks like she going to die and take me out with her. Totally not safe for new fitness people.
I go to orangetheory 5 to 6 times a week. I will say I injure myself a lot. I pull mmuscles etc. I put my back out. It may be too high intensity for me which sucks cause I love it
I love your videos and completely agree with your input on pretty much everything! I do Orangetheory only for my workouts and absolutely love it but I do agree with you in that it’s not 100% full proof in building muscle, etc. I do it because it’s a fun workout and I feel has helped with my mental health. And while I absolutely love it so much it really may not be the best workout for someone who is looking to build muscle or strength train since it is very much a cardio-based workout. Basically I completely 100% agree with you and this is coming from an Orangetheory stan ❤️
hey, your info is wrong. otf does not claim any definitive percent of calories will be burned during the afterburn period. they simply claim that you will experience afterburn up to 36 hours post workout. not sure where you got 40% from…
I just want to say that a lot of studios now are offering treadmill workshops just to work on people’s running form.
The music in this video is super annoying. It’s too loud, and distracts from your talking. How can you not hear this. You actually have something important to say and that f(*&^( music is too loud.
In my city the basic membership is $79 I tried the free class and I love it but its so expensive way over my budget so I didnt sign up for a membership.
First, you have to understand that Orange Theory is cheaper the more you go. I have unlimited and go 5x per week, each class for me costs $7 not $15. I spend what people spend on coffee on bettering my health. Second, starting in different spots around the room (rower, floor, tread) should change depending on a few factors for example on strength day, start on the floor. On endurance day, start on the tread. On power day, start on the rower. Each station is built to train your muscles and abilities in different ways. Third, OTF is class-based, group fitness. It’s not a 24-hour Fitness, and certainly doesn’t advertise to be one. The gym is not open in off hours for that reason… it’s GROUP FITNESS. Btw, the reason OTF charges you for missed classes is because when you sign up for one, you’re taking the spot of someone else who maybe really would’ve shown up. That policy is not in place to make them money, but to hold you accountable and for you to learn how to respect the other members in the gym try viewing it from a less selfish lens. To me, you sound exactly like a whiny person who only goes 4x a month and complains of the cost.
It’s crazy how many people disliked this because you said it didn’t work for you. You weren’t negative ad your points were valid.
My biggest thing is because I have a hard time gaining weight and gaining muscle, orange theory focuses on HITT workouts as well as majority of cardio. Which is not effective for me personally, I love running but cardio is something I don’t need right now.
All valid points for YOU and YOUR MIND AND BODY but each Orange theory in every location is different with same concept and values and great job in trying! Orange Theory is NOT for everyone and good you followed your body and mental capacity! Stay fit and well!
Yeah, orangetheory is definetly not for you. Oj is just my cardio, and still have a gym membership on the side
This was so on point!.. I enjoyed doing the class. The classes are awesome and you learn SO MUCH! They really teach you how to pull so much out of yourself! If nothing else I think EVERYONE should experience OTF. I wish they had a pay-as-yougo option of some sort. Lol. But I had the same exact pros and cons.
Wooow that shit is maaad expensive lmao. Damn. 60 a month and you inly get to go to 4 classes. Yikes.
Very random where did you get the small white storage type unit next to your dresser?
if you pair it five times a week with a healthy diet you’ll see results…that might be the dumbest nonsensical obvious comment of the year….you can do the same damn thing at planet fitness and eat healthy and lose the same…lol any exercise 5 times a week and good diet = losing weight lol
Your points are pretty true but each studio is different! My studio is more than 20 people and the staff is very nice. We don’t have a ‘block of time’ with no classes. Very subjective!
Def do not like the way the rush me to sign for membership. So aggressive. Call n text try to convince me n sell me membership. Even ask for my credit card number to preserve my “promotion-special deal”? I did not want to sign up yet. Also 3 class trial for free is actually only 1. After 1st free class or u join or don’t come back. I understand maybe the employees is under lot of sale pressure. Normal workout. Suitable for pp with less discipline. I prefer reformer Pilates
On my way to Orange theory right now! This video was super helpful cause it was my 1st time
Joined OTF 2 weeks ago. I show up do their workouts and leave after an hour. Very time efficient rather than me going to a regular gym with no motivation and planning and spending 2-3 hours to burn the calories of what I burned at OTF in an hour. Plus at my old age I need lots of cardio to keep my heart healthy. The OTF fees are expensive but I consider it an investment. Can’t put a price on health. Great video!! Keep up the creating!!
I joined OTF in May and I love it…. I know you mentioned you’re in college and it definitely comes across with some of your complaints about them, it’s just seems like you haven’t had much experience with gyms and their rules. I have worked and taught in a Pole Fitness studio as well as the conventional type of gym. No gym gives you free stuff, unless they have offers to try and get you to join, so yes, every gym charges for water, but all gyms including OTF have water fountains so… no need to pay for it ♀️. Also, all gyms that have classes that you reserve for ahead of time charge you in some type of way if you cancel past the cut off period or just don’t show up. It’s to deter people from reserving a place then not coming to class, when someone else could have taken that spot. Some of your points just come off that you are very inexperienced when it comes to this and they aren’t actual “cons” of OTF or any other type of gym for that matter. Even the Pole studio I worked at for 10 years would deduct a class or charge a fee depending on the membership you have if you were a no call no show or canceled outside the cut off. It is also in the contract that you were given when you joined so if that was a con for you I get it but it isn’t like they didn’t disclose it.
Gonna give it a shot. Thank you for sharing your experiences and good luck
Took first class today… literally cried because I was so lost!
Thank you for your review. I was on the fence about Orange Theory. But you have helped me decide it is not for me. I’ll stick with my gym. Great review.
When I was young being overweight wasn’t an issue. You look to be very young. I would assume most people who eat descent, aren’t overweight, and don’t need intense workouts. But society has changed over the past 50 years, bringing on more obesity in youth. I’ve been working out for about 50 years and find Orange Theory to be fantastic!
Targetting abs is a myth anyway. Your abs show when you are low body fat. There is plenty of core work in Orangetheory if that’s what you’re after. As far as class prices, try Crossfit or fit body boot camp. They cost more than Orangetheory.
Orange theory is the BEST!!!!! It literally changed my life. Thanks OTF.
The things you are complaining about sound a little silly. Like the heart monitor is an essential part of the workout for example (hence the name orange theory), yet you’re complaining about it. And the cost…did you not know the cost before you signed up? Sounds like Orangetheory just wasn’t for you ♀️. I have been working out most of my.life and have experienced many different gyms. Orangetheory has them all beat. I also have a membership at a more traditional gym for when I want to do something on my own. By the way, I take two classes per week and abs are a part of the workout 99% of the time
She compared this to be less “fun “ than Zumba ♀️♀️ girl people tryna get fit there and they are running a business they are not ur private trainer smh this girl is dumb af
I agree with a lot of your criticism. I will say that the heart rate monitor really helps if you are a competitive person… Not all of the trainers are well prepared. I’ve had trainers touch me to correct me and ended up hurting me.
They are building an Orange Theory near my house. Do guys go? I think it would help my cardio, but would probably keep my current gym for weights..I dont think they have weights from my understanding
I sign up for my classes literally an hour before the class begins and I never get waitlisted or anything, everything is always perfect!:)
thanks for posting as i was considering otf. I think after watching this that it’s not for me. i believe its great for some but some things from your experience stuck out that is a red flag for the kind of membership and training i need
2019 is 180 dollars that’s what I pay I bough the monitor it broke never give me a credit for it I bough the second one and I call American Express waiting for them to help me
They immature an rude they think they are the business owners
I like certain aspects of orange theory but I think they have their weight training totally wrong. They do not focus on progressive overload. They do not use high quality compound movements. They focus too much on low yield ab work. Moreover, the weight room workouts are so random. This much variety is not conducive for muscle hypertrophy as it never allows you to get stronger at core movements. I have never seen one fit looking person at the multiple orange theories I have been to. They all are either overweight and claim they have been doing OTF for years or super thin with barely any muscles and flabby. I wish OTF would focus more on quality movements with progressive overload and spend more than 14 min (3G) in the weight room. All OTF is good for is cardio (sometimes).
Next video: leave your hair alone. Sit on your hands to keep them from flailing about. I had to look away to listen to you. Very distracting
Most of those cons or just you personally complaining this is not a true pro and con video I will not subscribe I will not put a thumbs up I will just say that you need to learn how to do a pros and cons video look up how to do pro and con
meh most of these cons don’t bother me at all. if they aren’t targeting a muscle group that I want then I just do it on the days of the week that I’m not signed up for a class. Also, I personally don’t find it boring at all because they come up with way more exercises and combos of exercises than I could ever think of. My only real cons with Orange are that you have to sign up so far in advance and it’s expensive. However sometimes this is a pro for me because it forces me to go. Especially for anyone who has a hard time getting motivated and planning their workouts, I would highly recommend it. I personally can’t imagine going to a standard gym ever again. just my opinion:)
Good honest points. I would recommend OTF for the education. I know more about what my body can do.
You sound like a young girl who gets bored easily. If you are only 18 years old, then of course you don’t have a set schedule or know how your day is gonna go. I like that you have to pre-book your classes, because it means you commit to that class. As far as how expensive OTF is, that is because the equipment is nice and in good working condition, the facilities are clean, great sound system, and all classes are instructor lead. You aren’t going to like all the instructors, everyone has favorites. I’m lucky that I live so close to my home studio, but there are other studios I can visit. I also can afford unlimited classes. If you only go once a week, I feel that you aren’t getting the full benefit from it. I notice the difference in my body if I don’t go regularly. I know OTF keeps me strong. It’s worked for me for nearly 4 years now. Everyone at different fitness levels can benefit from the classes. And my favorite coaches play the best music and keep me motivated.
My god this guy talk so fast….. I could not follow his instructions at all
I LOVE OTF & have been going fir 6 months! It’s a full body workout & we do abs in basically every class. I’m not bored with the workouts because they’re always different & the music motivates me. I’ve been to several of their gyms in FL, VA & IL and have never had a problem finding or booking a class. It sounds like OTF just isn’t for her. She needs a regular gym.
Same reason that I left Curve. I call it mom’s gym . It’s boring. Thank I knew about it routine.
Completely agree with you. Went to my local gym for the first time and my kneecap snapped out of place during the first floor set. The coach didn’t even notice I was in pain! And no wonder I hurt myself bc there is no warm up and you step into a freezing cold gym. I agree it’s not safe to be unaware of the imbalances you are coming in with. I wish the first month included an assessment of your imbalances and tips to improve them. That would be worth the money. Typically 3g classes will give you some more time to warm up, but this was a 2g and I believe the 3g classes are harder to come by.
this woman isn’t 18. she’s probably 27 or 28. but the vids fine.
I’m sure you hear this all the time, but you look so much like Shay Mitchell to me! You’re gorgeous! I’d recommend tracking your measurements, instead of just weight. Since your jeans are fitting better now, but the scale says you lost just five pounds, you could have gained muscle and lost fat!
If I work out by myself I will just waste time on my phone, quit, or only do exercises I like. I need them to yell at me all your reasons are definitely valid! The money is the hardest part for me
I think your experience with OTF is greatly shaped by the studio you are able to go to. The one I go to has never turned me away any time I have been on the waitlist, which is crazy! I feel pretty lucky being able to have that flexibility with a low traffic studio, being able to choose on the same day that I want to go to that specific class. I definitely get the return on investment, but I can see how if you just couldn’t get into classes… why would you be paying for them?
Good video. I’ve been thinking of trying out Orange Theory later this year, and I wanted to get pros and cons. And the “cons” mentioned in this video seem pretty benign and more based on personal preference than anything objective. Hence I’ll take this video as a backhanded endorsement, even if you ended up quitting, because your experiences make me want to give it a try.
How did you get away with NOT getting a heart rate monitor!? I wasn’t allowed to start without one. (I love Orange Theory though)
I was thinking about joining but noticed how hard it is to allocate times for my workout when I want to go, even trying the 2 free classes was a turn off for me, money is not an objection just can`t fit that into my schedule when someone tells me when to book my classes great concept for those who have all the time in the world tough.
I just had an interview with them, super weird interview! My brother worked for them & left as well.
I just signed my paper to cancel my membership too ☹️
I adored it in the beginning, but after a year I’m over it. If you’re a beginner in working out and not really experienced in what to do this is great.
Tornado classes and partner workouts were what kinda drove me away.
I started 15 months ago and I go 6 days a week….5 years ago I had heart triple by-pass surgery and for a couple years I did OK, but my 3 daughters, who are all nurses saw me slipping back into my old ways…poor diet and lack of exercise or trying to do my own thing type of workout. My girls. who are all former college basketball players and are now nurses got me started on OTF and initially I was a little skeptical. Very quickly I saw that it was exactly what I needed….I go 6 days a week and I feel stronger than I did 15 years ago. I have lost 25 lbs and my cardiologist is amazed that all of my blood levels have returned to normal. Orange Theory is really not expensive….triple bypass surgery is expensive $205,000…so what price do you put on your health. Sami Lynn doesn’t really understand understands the genius of OTF…because she doesn’t understand the importance of the heart rate monitor….OTF is exploding nationwide because it builds strength, endurance, speed and overall fitness….it works…..Sammi will be back-because she will learn that her fitness program really doesn’t work!
I enjoy Orangetheory. It’s not for everyone. Yes, it’s expensive but you’re paying for quality equipment, coaches, planned workouts and the research done for each workout. I am fortunate to be able to afford a prenium memborship so I can go as many times as I would like. There are definitely ab workouts. If you can only go 4 times a month then I would say that it would be a fantastic supplement. I have had no schedule issues. If I am on the waitlist I have had no problems getting into the class. Cancel 8 hrs prior to a scheduled workout and you will not be charged. There’s a great app for scheduling and others things for your convenience. And the facilities are so frickin clean! Love that! Can you tell I love Orangetheory?
You are very well spoken for 18, you present yourself as older (in a good way). I was impressed with your presentation. I thought you were well organized and very fair. I had never heard of Orange Theory until I heard it mentioned on a talk show today. Your video really helped.
https://youtu.be/qP5oPiavUs8 I was going different gym’s with good results but after a while I become lazy. This girl has been my best workout body she’s amazing and up to you if you want to Join the #sidneysquad in the mean time enjoy her everyday #FREEWORKOUTS
Thank you I am starting next month I will keep my eyes on what you mentioned
Admitted OTF addict and agree with the majority of what you said. The EPOC thing is CLEARLY marketing IMHO, but I think, as long as you know that (and enjoy the workout), it ultimately doesn’t matter. The only thing I do not agree with is the rushing through the floor work. Personally, I do not do this and do see the vast majority in my class doing so. There is so much emphasis in general placed on “getting it all done”, that people don’t realize they should be pacing themselves through the routine, breathing, maintaining form, etc. I think HQ should be clear about this part being more slow and controlled, for sure!
Orange theory does plenty of abs lol. Every class focuses on utilizing every muscle group. Running on the treadmill and rowing with proper form is an ab workout in itself tbh. Going twice a week in order to implement some cardio days in your workout routine is ideal in my opinion. The classes are so intense but i love it because i really get to move out of my comfort zone. It’s a great way to shock your body every single time you workout! Everyone should try it it’s open to all fitness levels:)
The price is just right for speciality class. F45, Soulcycle, Boxing are the same… Unless you want Planet Fitness, you must pay more.
I couldn’t find many peer-reviewed sources on the relationship between EPOC and energy expenditure in my university’s library databases, so you are probably right that the numbers by the CEO are made up. However, I’m not sure where you got your numbers from either. I think the CEO’s numbers are comparing a sedentary person with a person who works out at Orange Theory and has a high EPOC afterward, so he is comparing two extremes to make the numbers more exciting to the consumer. I think Orange Theory knows that these numbers will vary from person-to-person, but in the time they spend signing people up it would be very difficult to explain the science in its entirety. They simplify it, so people will understand it. You have to think some people who aren’t in nutrition, medical, or certain science fields won’t understand all the science behind it anyway. This is the same thing high school teachers do with each subject they teach. They simplify the material, so their audience will understand it and build on it when they go to college. High school teachers and the Orange Theory brand aren’t lying outright; they are simplifying the material so their audience will understand it. At Orange Theory, you do take breaks, you don’t do more than 12 reps per set, and you don’t try to get in as many sets as possible. They emphasize good technique, and they have different days for strength, power, and endurance, so your heart rate isn’t supposed to be up for the whole workout. Some people do the workout at Orange Theory as if this is the idea, but this is not something the coaches promote. Your body doesn’t process what you do at Orange Theory as cardio just because you keep your heart rate elevated. If your heart rate is elevated to a certain level, you are tapping into your anaerobic metabolic pathway, not the aerobic metabolic pathway, so you got those two mixed up. At Orange Theory, you do jog or walk at slower paces on the treadmill, which taps into the aerobic metabolic pathway, so both of these pathways are being used. You also sprint on the treadmill, which taps into the phosphagen pathway, which uses creatine phosphate to make ATP rapidly instead of oxygen, glucose, or whatever. If your muscles are strained during your workout, they will hypertrophy, and they will need to be repaired by protein which requires more calories. This is what causes your body to need more calories after a workout, and you can strain your muscles with cardio, strength training, or really any type of workout. Your muscles are constantly quivering to promote muscle tone, so this also uses energy after a workout if your muscles are tone. The only way to ensure muscles are tone is to exercise them in some way. It doesn’t really matter how. I do agree that one needs breaks in their workouts. Bread and cake are not the same things!!!! Your body does not process them the same way!!!! Bread, depending on the type, is starch not refined simple sugars. That is the difference between cake and bread. The carbs in bread, depending on the type, are a much better and longer-lasting source of energy for your body than the carbs from the simple refined sugars in cake. There are a lot more carbs in cake because of the high simple refined sugar content in it. Your body will store excess sugars in your liver or as fat in your belly, thighs, hips, arms, behind your kidneys, in your buttocks, even behind your eyeballs depending on your activity level, gender, and certain chronic conditions. More muscle does not equal greater energy expenditure. More activity with those muscles equals greater energy expenditure. That’s why I at 115 pounds can eat more than a person much larger than me and not gain weight. There are other things that predispose people to weight gain and obesity like lack of sleep, stress, poor diet, but correcting all those things without working out for most people will lead to obesity. I think you should go to an Orange Theory studio and see what the coaches are doing before your imagination runs wild about what they are doing in the studio. People don’t really need that much coaching on the treadmill. It’s just running. There is a technique to running, but most people have it down pretty well. The technology in Orange Theory makes coaching the classes at Orange Theory pretty easy. I do agree that a lot of people do have musculoskeletal issues, but this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be running. A person’s body is extremely resilient, and it is constantly renewing itself. If you have the ability to run and you like running, you should run. I do get that there are alternatives to running that are much better for people’s joints, especially if one is not used to running, so I agree with that. Running is not something one should start doing at like 45. I also like that you point out the benefits of moderate exercise over intense exercise. Moderate exercise is actually much better for people than intense exercise. Intense exercise actually puts one at risk for infection for an extended period after one’s workout. Intense workout puts one at higher risk for injury too. Intense exercise doesn’t have any added benefit on one’s cardiovascular system or respiratory system in the long run over moderate exercise either. I think you are right that Orange Theory is not something to do every day of the week, and one’s money can be spent better on a normal gym membership and research. I think you would be interested to know that we don’t actually know where most of our pain syndromes come from, so body mechanics are only important in our minds unless one is trying to stabilize oneself to work a certain muscle group. I think a lot of our pain syndromes are psychosomatic. One of my textbooks even said outright that occupational back injuries have not been linked to jerking or twisting motions, repetitive lifting, or bending at the waist. I get where you are coming from in most of your video, but I just think that you don’t know enough about the Orange Theory workouts and mentality. I also don’t think your sources for your information are as diverse or credible as they could be. If you could list your sources somewhere and state your credentials, this video would be much more credible and helpful. I am a nursing student, and my resource is my knowledge of anatomy and physiology and pathophysiology of the human body that I have been learning over the past few years. I know expert opinion is the lowest echelon of resources, but it is what is normally used in media these days. Good video and I hope this helps!
Great Video! Very informative actually! Always good to re-learn what beginners learn. The Re-Education of OrangeTheory! Also great to see newbies suffering through pistol squats and hollow-grip half-ups! Those are brutal first day moves!! Geez!
I don’t feel like I am getting stronger with the workouts!!!!! I will give it more time and see what happens!!
Never been but I have seen their workouts but all I see is overpriced cardio…my gym is $10 bucks a month (No not PF lol) and open 24 hours a day most of the time. No real weightlifting…as a man who lift weights and benches, squats etc this has none of that…my gym has treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, kettle bells and a ton of machines and free weights…you can do the same thing as this by running on a treadmill, then going to a rower etc…so $60 a month for 4 workouts LOL I go 5 days a week so at $10 bucks my workout costs.50 cents. Seems like OTF is for people who need to be told what to do. why a man would go here is beyond me but to each his own
Martial artists get fit and stay fit by using a mat, a towel and a Gi. No toys needed, a good sensei will get you into shape without all the tech and nonsense. This company is a money burner more then a fat burner.Your living room floor is all you need if you really want to lose weight. Too much hype and money.
the exercise is good is true but this trainers do not care about what you do only if you are from their group of friends
What city are you guys in? I’m in love and need to visit or possibly move! Also gonna seriously try OT after seeing this! Thx so much!
Yikes that sucks. We’ve been doing at least one ab workout each class this month!
Maybe a breakfast without all the junk. Eggs and fruit. Sort of defeats the purpose of the workout.
I’ve been doing OTF for over 4 year and I’m burnt out and about to cancel and it’s just thr same thing in rotation. I’m bored
I have heart anxiety do you see your heart rate the entire time you workout?
You can get a heart rate monitor on eBay for cheap but I totally understand where you are coming from.
I love orange theory great atmosphere but I need to cycle it as a power lifting competitor I cant do orange theory when I’m focusing on strength…at the end of the day it’s a good tool to a find like minded healthy people and 2 lose weight…and as for abs that’s mostly a body fat issue.
As a coach, all of your points were very valid! And the fact that u were able to see what OTF did for u, is a positive! Classes aren’t for everyone forever, sometimes it’s jus for a period, u learn a few things and then u move on. Some people love it and stay forever and some may not get anything from it. Thx for trying OTF and good video.
I joined OrangeTheory, at the top tier/price membership.
* I went seven days a week for ten months* I never took a day off.
This month, I quit OrangeTheory for many of the reasons being called out, here… plus others.. I am just too lazy to make a video.
Small youtuber. ❤️ I have been doing Orangetheory for 5 months and I’m so sad to hear that you’re leaving!! BUT, I totally understand how different experiences are and finding something that works well for your body and your fitness goals! Excited to continue following you on all your future goals!
Orange theory is not for everyone it depends on what your fitness goals are plus how many 18 year olds go
To a gym I have gone to many gyms and hardley see any there
you can actually pause or freeze your account if you know it’s a busy month or you won’t be able to work out much or if you notice low motivation in yourself for the month then take a breather and freeze your account so you don’t get charged for not working out. Also it seems the reason you didn’t get much out of it was because you didn’t invest yourself into the company. Sure you invest time but you also should invest social behavior there, get to know those around you and their story and the coaches. Plus you said you didn’t care much for the heart rate monitors but that’s the main center of the workout. That’s what the workout is built around. If you don’t invest in caring about the heart rate monitor and it’s purpose then obviously you will lose interest in the workout program. And you’re paying for a personal trainer. They’re there for you so tell them your goals, what you want out of the program and the trainers can help give you tips on achieving those goals. The workouts definitely help with results of abs, however if you want to see the abs you’re going to have to work extra outside the gym to do more core focused exercises and focus on your nutrition. Ask the trainers what changes you should make to your diet to help you achieve your goal. I can see if your the type of person with the personality where you aren’t into social support and team effort or enthusiastic coaches that push you and guide you etc, that’d be a reason to say the gym isn’t for you. If you don’t mesh well with one coach, try another and if none at your gym work for you then go to another OTF gym near you and try their coaches out. You have a membership so you can go to another of their gyms, just call them ahead of time and discuss your issue and wanting to test them out instead before ending your membership. Most people love OTF because of the environment they’re in when they walk through the doors. It’s uplifting and just the right amount of intense, and it’s fun. Most people enjoy being encouraged to push themselves rather than not have anyone at a regular gym to cheer you on. You are surrounded by support, even from strangers, and you’re competing not with anyone there, just with yourself. Is it a pricey amount? Sure. But you’re paying for those results, and the ability to have a person trainer, and having someone there to push you to your own personal limit. If you just need a little encouragement then do the basic package and start a home routine 2-3 other days out of the week, if that’s all you can afford. Or if you need quicker results do the elite package where you’re there 2 times a week and do an extra day or two at home doing a core workout or something. You have options and trainers there to help you reach your goals, no matter what package you choose or what level of fitness you’re at.
I have my issues with orange theory myself but this video rubbed me the wrong way. To me it seems like you have a lot of personal issues with the company. And your opinions weren’t conveyed well.
I understand that Orangetheory does not work our for you. What I did is to plan days ahead on what I need or want to do and stick with that schedule. Maybe a few times some conflicts arise and maybe have to reschedule a class. Maybe the program does not want you to do what you want. What I do is that I do Orangetheory once a week maybe perhaps on different days or whatever program I want to day. The rest of the days of the week, well, I join another gym for less than $16 a month and there I can do choose whatever exercise I want to do. But I did not get anyone to push me run to the uncomfortable zone in cheap gyms. I was too comfortable, and it does not do as much as I did at Orangethory where there is a coach who can make me push harder. I use Orangetheory to do cardio and another gym to do weights because I do have to run out of oxygen when I do weights. But what works for you on your own, it’s your call.
Hate when they have ‘partner’ classes. If you & your ‘Partner’ are not at the same fitness level..It Sucks. It isn’t inspiring, it is just irritating. I totally don’t care about the social part of OTF. I pay a bag of money monthly to work out, not make friends & Nope they don’t care about Abs.
Thanks for sharing, was curious about that place. I gave up my gym membership years ago but really need to get back at it, bad!
Agree…if you just want to go work out, No Way I’m going through an app to try to get into a class…fergitaboudit. And too costly for me. Great explanation of pros and cons! Thank you so so much!:D
I just did my first OT class today and I thought I did AWFUL and I did comparatively lol but I had the most splat points so ♀️
Any videos of fat out of shape people going for the first time? Or did they all die during the video and you can’t post it here? Asking for a fat out of shape friend!
This is such an upbeat vid, really cheered me up, haha cheers!
Thx… I’m supposed to try OT but was so scared I wouldn’t be able to do the workouts. This video kinda helped.
Thank you that useful information. Not being able to go at the time I need would not work for me. For my situation I now know that the program might be help full, but the cost is prohibitive. I just need to use the home equipment that I already spent money on. You mentioned using a timer or doing sets. I just need to make a commitment to my self to do it!! Thank you so much for this video!!
If you love annoying high energy college girls, car vlogs, and jump cuts… then you will love this channel.
Omg! I was thinking of taking the class but felt a little intimidated. But once you said first watch was your favorite breakfast spot I took it as a sign. Lol
Sounds really gay just go to the gym workout run then go home lots cheaper
That silly afterburn clown shit lol. Its already been shown to be suuuuuper overblown. Yeah you burn just a tinge bit more calories for about 2 hours than after that it tapers off to almost nothing. This going hard intervals for “afterburn” is silly, unless youre an athlete in a sport that requires great conditioning for moments where you need bursts of speed and explosiveness like 100 meter dash races or basketball or football or training to survive the zombie apocalypse. So if you are not an aspiring athlete you dont want to be pushing into those all out zones. It takes longer to recover so that means you need an extra day off or if you do workout the next day that session you will feel sluggish and you wont be anywhere near 100% and the workout ends up being a bad one.
I adored SEE you doing exercises in the academy of from gymnastics, beautiful girls!
Orange theory targets all muscle groups depending on the day. For abs, it’s more of yourself to engage the core for majority of the workouts. I have been in OTF for a long time and been training for four years. It’s so fun for me and it makes my heart much stronger and healthier. My performance in classes are getting better and faster, so it’s more about how hard you push yourself so it will never get boring. Those HIIT studios are more meant for people who love to suffer lol. But I do agree, some coaches are just… please just shut up for a second and let us focus… no baby talks please…
Awesome video!!!! It helps me a lot.
thinking about starting orange theory!
Hey nice work, I’ve just done a similar kinda video on OrangeTheory…Having a little break from Crossfit so thought what the Hell.
I will say, taking HIIT training class like OT 5-6x a week is crazy intense for someone over, let’s say 30. It can be really hard on your joints, and some people need recovery days in between. I go to OT 3x a week, and supplement by doing less high impact stuff on other days like Pilates / walking for balance. Starting OT as a newbie and diving into 5-6x a week can give u shin splints/ stress fractures from a shock to the body. Just putting that out there for newbies! I say this out of love for OT too! Be careful guys.
Thank you for this honest review. I have a free session on Saturday so excited
Its All over the world now. Living in Dubai, UAE. We have 2 Studios here. Times Square and Mercato Makk Dubai branches
My orangetheory has back to back classes from 5am to 8pm. No gaps ever. Not all Orange theroys have blocks of no classes
Yeah my wife used it a few months and loved it, but had to stop because of the very limited times and super expensive rate for the few days a month you can do it. Cheaper options all over the place.
Thank you. I know from watching this, I wouldn’t stand the music
The symbol for “Orange Theory” really looks like the Avast Antivirus icon which is also…orange but a mirror image.
I enjoyed orange theory but I prefer Crossfit, but I go to another gym kinda like orange theory but it’s more awesome it’s a former nfl player and the musics doper and hard bangerz and it’s heavier weights and more of intense football push, give it all you then fucking give more but that nots for every one
the EYELASHES…. DAMNNNNNN…… like two spiders fighting for your face
So my morning Devotional brought me here. Weird huh?! The author was talking about 2am spiritual warfare and said he would wake as if he just finished an Orange Theory Fitness workout. I was intrigued. I know about doing spiritual battleintense. I had to look up OTF, yes intense. I will find a local OTF gym
When referring to changing up your workout, Do you not recommend the same group fitness classes? For example I go to a cycling gym similar to orange theory just cycling with different strength exercises. Should I eventually change or does it depend on if I plateau? Thanks! I will say my heart rate is not elevated during the strength portion.
LOOKS LIKE THAT KIND OF GYM PEOPLE NEED WHO HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO MOTAVATATION!
Hi thanks for sharing your experience. So you only lost 5 lbs after 6 months of orange theory? I mean even that you eating normal. Going 3 times a week should have did better for you than just 5 lbs
I tried to book a free visit but they required I live in the neighborhood…or have proof of my work address… I work at a small non profit we don’t have IDs… I was discouraged..& will never try to attend there classes..& I’m gonna make sure I tell everyone how hard it was to try and get the 1st visit… I was disappointed
Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I found your “cons” very unfair to the OrangeTheory brand. It’s like if you bought a pizza and then listed having cheese on it as a con. OrangeTheory posts the schedule so if you didn’t like the class times, you didn’t have to join in the first place. OrangeTheory lists that they are a total body workout and as an active member on the Premier level (I go 4-6 times a week) they do plenty of core blasts. If you were only in the once a week level, that might be why you didn’t get everything you hoped for, but as the workouts are posted on Reddit beforehand, you could have selected accordingly and focused on those specifics. They also never claimed to be a drop-in type of facility. From the get go, right up front, they tell you about the heart monitor, the format, and the rates. All things you did not need to opt into, but you did. I can bet you’ll never find any gym where you “love” 100% of the staff that’s just unrealistic as everyone is different and responds differently to different types of personalities, especially in a workout environment. The getting bored thing is the only fair criticism as it’s very subjective. For me, I find OrangeTheory extremely interesting as they never do the same workout twice. I did find it contradictory though that you found OT classes boring, but then listed their intense Tornado workouts (which are fast, furious, fun, and not dull at all) as the kind of workout you didn’t like. I don’t comment on many videos but as I love the company so much, I felt the need to defend them a bit as people on the fence might see a video like this and use it as an excuse to delay or derail their fitness journey. I’ve been going for five months, have lost over 25 pounds, down three inches on my waist, and never get bored!
I was in otf for 2months then I quit. Different people have different goals. Like my goal was reducing tummy fats and weight reduce. Others may have some other requirements. Since it’s a class with 20-25 students and one trainer, all the exercise they give us is a genera one. Since it was my First time in my life I got into workout I really could not take the intense exercise. Since the instructor is not a personal trainer I had to do the general exercise what everyone was doing.
Later I shifted to 24hrs fitness with personal trainer. I reduced 9 pounds in 3months and my belly fats too.
I feel for first timer OTF is not a good option where as those who are into regular workouts for long time, OTF can be a good option for them.
Ikno its different in every studio but can u tell an estimate membership cost for it?
You definitely just got a new subscriber lol. This video is dope! Thanks for the review!!!
Approthe video. We schedule appt with a location in Arlington off I-20 couple years back and our experience was nothing like this. The lady was short with us. She did explain, well, what we could experience or expect. The fit text was never mentioned. Again Thxs for sharing.
Aw, I’m going to my first class in two days and this made me feel so much better!
I go to my first class tomorrow’s. I’m in tears I’m so excited to get back to being healthy.
I go to orange theory and it goes hard, I love it. Already lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks
My mom’s friend had unbelievable results, so we scheduled a trial first, tommorow is my first day
Sis this was SO relatable. I loved orange theory but ended up getting rid of my membership. I paid 130$ for 8 classes a month.
This place changed my life. I hated the gym. The classes gave me structure and discipline. I lost 30 lbs and KEPT it off!
Just started as an SA at OTF, love watching your videos
First time watching one of your videos and I thought you said, “Good morning bitches!”
What’s the minimum age you have to be to take an Orange Theory class? My niece has been wanting to do this for ages but she’s 14.
Why not focus on eating better? You can’t out run a bad diet ladies? What a gimmick fitness program, what’s so revolutionary about it? Just darken the room with orange lights? Just goes to show you sheep like these easy money to scam from.
Ok but why does she actually look like the girl from Gilmore girls!!!
I just joined for the transformation challege and am still getting used to it. I do like the class and that its different every time.
Two months in OTF and I have gotten injured twice due to improper form during some of the techniques. The cost is also high. I agree with you with some of the pros and cons. It is great to go in and not worry about setting up the workout, it is done for you. And yes, it does get boring and I also had my favorite coaches and avoided others. I submitted my cancellation form and have 8 sessions left. It will be hard to attend those remaining classes since it’s no longer of my interest. And the monitor, I paid $120 for the monitor. Wish I could sell it now.
Life hack: I started reading the workouts on reddit before going….idk if this is good or bad bc if I know I have to do some wacko stuff that will make me die like pop squats…I won’t sign up for that day
But sometimes it motivates me!!!!
I am considering trying this, I hear and see so much good stuff about it. I checked out their website but they don’t show prices. It would be nice to have an idea of what it would be monthly or how their plans work and how much. Thanks
Yeah, I need my OTF, like two years ago and it worth going I lost more then 80pounds and just saw your channel and i used to weight around 200pounds or more
This was the workout two weeks ago, to be exact I recall it was a Saturday
You ladies are adorable! I have my first Orange Theory class tomorrow, so I appreciate the video!
I like how I recognised that workout that I also did. The one leg squat is absolutely killer.
I have been following your journey and I love your channel! I’ve been doing OTF for 10 weeks and I JUST started my YouTube channel 2 weeks ago tracking my journey! Thank you for being an inspiration for me to put myself out there!
I’ve officially joined OTF unlimited and I’ve been loving your videos!
Good for you! I started OT just before COVID struck. I started off with the once a week package, upped it to twice a week, and then I went unlimited. I just finished my first unlimited month going 3 times a week. I HATE exercise and sweating, so I absolutely did not think this would go well. This is why I started off with a class a week and worked my way up. I had to be sure I’d like it and more importantly, that I’d stick with it. I started my 2nd month of unlimited today, and my goal is to go 5x/week. I have officially become addicted. My only regret is that I hadn’t heard of this place sooner.
I wish you luck with your diet. I was a lot like how you described yourself, but because of health issues, I had to do a complete dietary overhaul right about the time you uploaded this video. It’s not easy at first, but you get the hang of it.
Good video.
Hi..yeah..you really made the perfect video. I have been contemplating stopping my membership for several of the reasons you mentioned. I have the basic membership too…that’s $60 a month for 4 classes..unfortunately last month (July) I was only able to make 1 or 2 classes because of my rotating work schedule..I dont know if I’m coming or going some weeks, and due to the nature of my Job, which is physical and also I work outside All Day and I live in Texas so it gets hot, I can’t always get myself motativated after working 10 sometimes 12 hours a day to go workout before work…I did enjoy going but the times that would work for me are just not available..I really appreciate you making this because I TOTALLY understand and can relate to why you are quitting OrangeTheory. I’m a little sad about it because I did love it but i can’t keep giving money away
I love OTF. I was in the red and orange a lot and wasn’t losing weight. So now I powerwalk on the treadmill and only run during push or all out. The coach told me the green is where you burn fat and you should be in the green a majority of the workout. Now, that im in the green more the weight is finally coming off.
love orange theory helped me become stronger. all studio workout are that price. you can buy a used one on ebay. or you do not even need them.
No lo recomiendo, para la cancelación de mi servicio me cobraron 2 meses y me ponían muchas trabas. No me dejaban cancelar mi cuenta
Obsessed with orange theory!!!! Doing that 3-5 times per week (depending on the week) in combination with weight watchers, I’ve lost 35 pounds since may! Might be something worth trying
I checked it out a few days and found it extremely expensive
Been at it for 4 years. Has changed my life! Good for you. It really is great finding fitness classes that keep you motivated.
I’ve been doing OTF for almost a year now and didn’t see any results on the scale until I started to fix my diet (lost 40lbs since joining WW as well). Exercise is still immensely helpful for my mental health, but if your goal is to lose weight then that’s 80% diet, 20% exercise in my experience. Also please be mindful how you talk about power walking! People somehow get the impression that it’s the easy way out, but as long as you push yourself with speed and/or incline it’s still an amazing workout especially for your glutes and booty.
Please see a speech coachyour public speaking skills could use some helplots of “like” and “uhm” and every sentence ends with a question mark/vocal fry which is very annoying to listen to. As for OTF, it is a HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval training). I just joined and watched this to get some info and agree that it’s a hard workout for people like me who are way out of shape but I really love the afterburn, and not focusing on the weight because weight is really 90% diet.
Great review, I’ve done one too, would love you to check it out!

My favorite fitness influencer who has been Seriously motivating me lately is Natacha Océane. She focuses more on challenging herself and basically ‘functional fitness’ if that makes sense? I’ve been using her style of setting a goal and just challenging yourself to prove to Yourself how much you really are capable of, and it has given me the most consistent motivation. I lost 20lb pretty quickly when I started OTF (using My Fitness Pal as a calorie tracker), then have gradually lost another 10lb over about 2yrs just by ‘eating better’ and trying to exercise in some form regularly (running vs OTF class pack vs kickboxing classes). So now that I’m in the more slow-grind ‘lifestyle change’ stage (where I’ve always fallen off the wagon in the past!), her videos have Really helped to change my mindset to that more positive/sustainable ‘the human body is amazing and I want mine to be strong/powerful/healthy for a long time’ focus. [By the way, this was my first time watching one of your videos and congratulations on making that huge change to healthy living!]
Hey, Jackey. How did you incorporate Orangetheory and Dopey training? I have an OTF opening here in late August and was wondering what Founder’s plan I should lock in. Dopey will be my first full marathon.
Andrew Coleman Smith makes Orange Theory videos and does live chats weekly. He is super motivating!!! You should watch his YouTube and follow his Instagram
YouTubing + Driving = Distracted Driving. Please consider others while you make your vids. Be safe.
Tbh OTF is not a class a beginning should invest in, I went to one class and as soon as I saw that per month I’d be paying anywhere from 89-189$ I was immediately turned off, it was a super fun free session and I would love to do a class like that again, but 4 sessions for $89 is not worth it, and unlimited for 139 or 189 is not worth it unless you go 5 days a week
I’ve been doing OTF since May 2017 and I am completely obsessed. I love the fact that the workout is never the same
This was so helpful, informative and encouraging. I plan on taking my first class soon and thanks to y’all now I know what to expect!
I love Orangetheory!! I have the unlimited membership. And that late cancel fee motivates me to get there!! Once I’m there it’s always worth it! When it comes to your health either pay now or pay later!
I have also just stopped OTF and totally agree with all your comments. I thought a lot of the small stuff was just me being me, good to know I’m not alone.
Orangetheory is super expensive. I’m doing unlimited for 3 months and canceling. I also have a regular gym. You may not like working out at a gym, but don’t forget a lot of gyms have classes like zumba, kickboxing, cycling, bootcamp etc etc, so it’s group fitness and probably 85% less than Orangetheory
Hashtag #fitness #workout etc on ig and you’ll come across a ton. Also follow gymshark, alphalete, talw and look at the womens tagged pages on there. Nikki blacketter, massy arias, grace Beverly, Heidi Somers, Ashley flores, paige Hathaway, stephanie buttermore her page is awesome and she has a lot of science based info and can’t forget about the lovely whitney simmons
I quit after 4 years. It was great, I just couldn’t do it financially anymore. I am going some place else that is unlimited for the same price I was paying for 8 classes. The scheduling was also a challenge for me. I would still recommend it.
Hi Hi! So nice to hear about your update, Keep going girl!!!!
As of fitness influencers check out Buffbunny (Heidi Somers), Whitney Simmons, Hannah Bower, and Jasmine Garcia!! They are absolutely incredible women!!
Follow Whitney Simmons she’s freaking great and she has YouTube channels where she shares her what I eat in a day with recipes
I did Rachel Hollis’s #last90days challenge and working out became habit for me. I am thrilled about that. But I still struggle with portion control. It is a daily work in progress. Thanks for the honesty. I could totally relate.
DAYUM! I want the new TMs! Although I broke my toe in Mexico 2 weeks ago and can’t use the TM for another few weeks so I have to heal.
Lots of people power walk on the treadmills. Hip issues do great on the bikes.
There IS strength training @ OTF.
It’s HIIT training which has proven the best results. Not all cardio. EPOC is real.
My biggest tip is when you go grocery shopping prep snacks as soon as you get home! That is the biggest thing that helps me. But, my eating is my biggest struggle too!!! I have noticed if I use BCAA’s it helps ALOT with the fatigue! It’s worth a try
Everyone is different and that’s why it’s good that there are so many options. I did Orange Theory for a short time. The only con’s I had was cost and the fact that the classes were so hard that I pretty much always felt like having a panic attack before class. I thought what if I have a heart attack. But after the class I was glad I did it. I don’t have a problem going from one work out area to another because most trainers know muscle confusion and HIIT works and I like that the coach watches your form and will correct you. I bought a certain amount of classes, not monthly. I never even used them all. But $60 per month for 4 times a month is a lot, but Crossfit is way more.
Thank you for making this, I’m realizing that if I don’t want to waste my time or money a personal trainer is going to be the key and your video solidified that.
I love OTF been to over 200 classes (still a member) and I agree with much of what you said. This is after looking up a lot information over the course of 2 years. After burn is overrated. On large classes there should be 2 trainers/coaches. OTF strength conditioning could be improved. To me OTF is great in that is a efficient one hour workout that almost any fitness level can do. I have very rarely seen people over do it (excluding 1st timers) to where there sore for several days. As far as injuries go I serious think it doesn’t happen more than any other gym or workout class. Personally I do OTF about twice a week with strength training 1-2 a week at planet fitness along with playing tennis 1-2 a week.
It doesn’t work. Just look at the members. None have an aesthetic physique. All are overweight or flabby. I’ve been going once a week for 5 years and no one’s physical body has changed. That is very telling. I still go to get cardio, but focus mostly on weight lifting alone at the gym. The weight lifting part of OTF is a complete joke. There is no progressive overload. People actually LOSE muscle going to OTF too much.
gran bel video complimenti se vuoi puoi guardare anche i miei video sul mio canale https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtEncICEl05Lna99Gcoo6hg
I’ve been doing OTF for about 3 years now…I’ve fallen off the wagon a time or two but still love it.
I TOTALLY agree with your main points-even though I love OTF and also think it’s a lot of fun. I’ll do a class once or twice a week, but my main programming is focused on strength training. I notice a lot of beginners on their fitness journey in OTF classes really killing themselves every second of the class, even during the floor section, rushing through every rep and not taking any breaks.
Like you said, it’s definitely an ingrained attitude or societal paradigm of “no pain no gain.” (I’m occasionally guilty of this too!) I think people will eventually come to a point where they realize they don’t have to do OTF every single day to see progress and that there are smarter ways to train if they’re trying to increase muscle mass/metabolism. Anyway, this is the first video of yours that I’ve come across & you’ve got a new subscriber!:)
Sign up for hello fresh that’s really helped me stay on track with eating. Stephanie buttermore and Natasha oceane are awesome influencers
MY fit bit does this…it was 160$ so basically I’m able to do this myself at a normal gym. I get you get music and a trainer but I have head phones and my gym is always busy so tons of ppl t “compete with” it is Kind of gimmicky to get your money but if it gets you working out go for it
How much weight have you lost since joining? That’s a key part of the review that’s missing.
Glad you enjoy it! I own one outside of Philly and opening a second next year! Keep up the good work!! #KeepBurning
I pay 159.00 a month. If you can join before a studio opens they have introductory pricing
