This is really a great channel and has inspired me to look at speed training at lot more seriously. I’m a soccer coach and I find it so interesting although it is totally different to what I do currently. It’s good to see a real expert in the field speak as well. Great channel great content I’m from the uk and hope that one day I will get the pleasure of getting my son over there to join in one of your sessions.
A visit to Portugal after this pandemic gets over, cross your mind? Im at home and doing some exercises that you teach your athlete
could you go deeper into regeneration if you cant take ice bathes and do stem
Hey Chris, I’m really interested in your online coaching, but can you specify how much monthly it will cost?
Everything is ok except meditation. It is a Hindu concept that can cause serious mental and even physical problems. If anyone wants to have a clear mind I highly recommend reading the Bible rather than everything.Meditating, doing yoga, or any other NewAge methods are extremely dangerous.
Question what is the difference between Block and Linear periodization for strength training
I want to say! I love how you give out so much great info! I love your teaching style! Thank you
Will you share this spreadsheet? If so, send it to [email protected] gmail.com
Finish 5 rounds of this with 2 minutes break in between each set

The documentary with meditation is the “Kobe Bryant’s Muse” or “Kobe Doin’ Work”?
Hi..I am competing in the European Masters Championships a 100m / 200m in September 2019. From here ( March ) how do I reach maximum power / speed by September and what drills / exercises can I employ in the gym to optimise? In addition, what exercises would you prescribe during recovery days between high intensity days? Thankyou in advance.God bless.
Great video!
I have some questions:
1) In your example for an individual sport you have 3 accumulation blocks in a row, does every block still have a deload week?
2) Same for intensification week?
3) For the second intensification block, do you lower the volume and increase intensity or do you keep the volume as in the first block and increase the intensity aswell?
Thanks again
I strongly recommend: Green Tea / CBD Oil / Baking Soda with Water For recovery.
Awesome video I’m trying to create my speed program. My coach only works on speed endurance. And my top end speed is not very good at the moment. Thanks for the video!
You helped me so much not being able to afford a trainer!
Keep it up, hope one day I’ll be able to meet you and thank you
a question, how can I do 12 weeks of an acumulation phase, i mean if I only add sets and sets during 12 weeks it would be a huge amount of training volume or that does not care? what im trying to say is, if I do an acumulation phase of 4 weeks Do i have to start with a medium training volume Lets say 12 sets and at the end of the mesocycle I will be doing 16sets, but if i do 3 mesocycles of acumulation i will be doing 24 sets! how can i control that variable? if im novice start with less sets for example 8 sets at the start of the mesocycle or 6, and if im intermediate 10-12 and advanced 14-16?
This is a grey video, learned so much from it! When you talked about doing no more than 3 sets on the speed training for the linear speed session, how would you progress this in a mesocycle block? Thanks again
What’s a good 40 yd dash for a 15 yo.
Is a 5.4 about an average. I’ve been clocked at 5.3 and 5.2 before as well. How much faster do u guys think I can get?
Your videos are awesome, very good explanations.
Do you have those excel files for share?!
What about light recovery work by feel with or without weights?
I love this, is there a way I can purchase a custom program tailored to my goals?
Great advice man. Been following you for years now. I’m a self taught athlete but your videos definitely played a part in helping me become the athlete I am today. I hope to now encourage this type of training in London, UK. Keep doing what you’re doing man. Hopefully meet you some day
Good job mate, waiting for the crossfit annual and meso
Coach, after speed trening you do power and strangth. Can you tell what is the tempo of strangth exercises and how many strangth exercises you do at that session and what are the sets and reps exemple in the pre season?
Good video! So is the first Graphic “GAS” the Adaptation of one Training and the second one “Good” the Graph of multiple Training Weeks? And the “Fitness” Curve in the second graph is so to say the conclusion of multiple adaptations we saw in the “Gas”-graphic?
