I made this recipe over 4 times, it’s really good for a dinner party were people don’t realize that is vegan ahhaha
I added smaller pieces of sweet potato with the onions etc. Turned out great cbf with the oven if I’m doing stovetop.
That’s not really chilli at all maybe a veggie stew but that’s it
Had to doctor this up a bit, I would suggest adding veggie broth instead of water, add one can of corn & need a jalapeño for some heat, creole seasoning and more chili powder. Add rerefried beans if you really wanted to taste better. This was a good base video thou

Love a good chili like this! If I make one with sweet potatoes I like to bake them in the oven first (wouldn’t be one pot anymore). I find it gives the potatoes a different texture in the finished chili
