Except for my trips to the laundry room yesterday I was a total slug, so feeling whipped this morning. This is just what I needed to set myself up for a week of workouts before WORK, because I don’t feel right without doing something physical before work.
Love these fast pace workouts! Doesn’t give me time to think about how I’m about to “croak” 1/2 way through!
I like the music as well as how she gives you enough time to get into each exercise. A really good workout!
Needed a quick workout! Love love love this one!! Especially the sneaky cardio at the end! Thanks so much for these workouts x

I really really loved this one, I’m sweating like crazy. I love you Heather! I did your 12 weeks programme and I became addicted to your workouts, I’ve totally switched from what I’ve been doing before. I go to bed at night thinking about the next workout, it’s crazy! You helped me push through a plateau I was finding myself in, I’ve discovered thanks to you that the strength HIIT workouts work best for me. I am down to a size in clothes I’ve never been before. Plus I love the music in your workouts, such good vibes. Please do more lenghty and challenging HIIT workouts like these. Love from France
I do one of your workouts every morning! Love them! I love the song on here that starts at about 4:30. Do you know what song it is? I have googled it and can’t find it. I’m obsessed.

I think this one is my absolute favorite! I’ve done it several times since you posted it, and sometimes twice in a row. I would love to see more videos like this one!
Great total body circuit. Short and variety of excercises even though the switch in weight between the dumbells is a bit hard to keep up for 30 sec.
Thank you Heather.
Yup Heather Keep the fire on cuz my lingering ‘fat’ is like: whaaaat… I’m like yeah HEATHER IS IN THE HOUSE
Hello Jessica, I do not have a step, but I used a Bosu ball!:-) Thank you! It’s a great workout!

This turned out to be a mother daughter workout in my home with some shopping afterwards. Both of us kept saying our arms felt like noodles while pushing hangers around. Lol. Thanks woman!!! My booty is feeling it too. You are just fantastic.
That. Was amazing. Difficult and satisfying. Thanks, Heather! You’re my fav workout partner
I LOVE that you tell us what weight of dumbells you are using! Thank You!

I crushed it.
Thank you Sydney.
Loved this workout! Love all her workouts! Thanks Heather for helping me survive Covid-19=NO GYM!
Wow I love this workout. Although I Had to use options on some exercises & didn’t always beat my number on some exercises. I did on most of them & really felt motivated throughout the entire workout. Plus it was loads of fun. Keep making ur videos they have been lifesaver during lockdown
You really made me believe that I don’t need a gym to be fit! I’m hooked on your videos, you are fantastic!!
Loved how comprehensive this was with warm up, cool down, repetition, explanation of modifications and challenges, etc. Also loved the length! Felt like a great workout!
Loved this workout! First time ever using 10 pound weights and my arms are killing me (in a good way lol) loved this one!
Thank you, Sydney, I have been doing your workouts at home since we have gone into lockdown in South Africa some 5 weeks ago, to keep my fitness levels and body strength up. I am a part-time Wattbike instructor at Virgin Active here in South Africa and doing your workouts will definitely get me back on that bike like I never left!
Crunched it!! Still can’t believe I did. I honestly honestly love your workouts. You are such a great motivator. Definitely trying all of your workouts one by one!
I CRUSHED It! Thank You for this AWESOME workout! Mental and physical challenge for me

Now I know what to do next time I’m in a doctor’s waiting room.
Thanks, Amy! This is a great workout you can adjust for your fitness level. Appreciated the plank variations at the end:-).
I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months now Sydney and they are my favourite by far! I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and you inspire me to push myself harder than I think I can every time. Thank yoooouuuu and keep up the great work x

I am definitely not an athlete…BUT I crushed this!! BooYaH Felt so good to power through!!
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! It rocked!!! i am so tired i cannot move….. THANKS SYDNEY!!!! You are AMAZING!!!
You should have the music this loud in all your workout vids.
At first, I didn’t remember having done this workout. Obviously, I had because I had commented on it. Then, when I started doing it, I remembered it! I’m extremely excited because I can feel such a difference in my ability from when I did it last, seven months ago. Seven months ago, I could just barely do even a few of the push-ups; even with both knees down in more of a kneeling position, I couldn’t really get all the way down to touch my chest to my weights. Today, I did all the reps, touching my weights at the bottom, with my knees in position like Jessica’s-and it felt good! I felt strong! Same with the squat thrusts. I did stop to get water and catch my breath a couple of times, but I accomplished so much more this time around. Also, I have upped my weights to 5 lb. and 8 lb. from 3 lb. and 5 lb., so I’m doing more with more weight! I just want to dance all over the house! Thanks so much, Jessica!
Ok so I just nailed this workout. I’m on my 4th day journey to a better me. I’m going to try my damnest to continue my journey!!! I’m 38 185 5’4 and hoping to build muscle with weight loss as well. I know its going to be a process but I know I can do it!!! Love this vid.
Thank you for the workouts!!! they are most excellent <3 where did you get the camo yoga pants? I love em
OMGEEEEE!!! Crushed it Sydney!! That was awesome and I really did push myself!!
I sweat enough to potentially fill up a swimming pool. Amazing workout. Thank you, Amy!!!
I was working 2 jobs for a while. I didn’t have time to workout. Now I’m on a break from one job and I felt drained today. I needed a pick me up recharge and strengthening. This workout did it. Not only does my body feel strong but my mind does too. Great workout to get back in the swing of things.
Hot dayum girl. I started with 15lb weights for arms but by the time I got to bicep curls I had to dial it back to 10lbs. This workout Sydney gets you to try to beat your # of reps per set. So if you want to be able to measure consistency it’s probably best to just use 10lb weights the whole time. Though for things like squats I normally crank it up just a little. This is a great total body workout. Arms, legs, abs.
Way to start my Thursday morning! Loved this workout! You’re the best Sydney! Crushed another one this week!
Crushed it! Loved this workout & so sweaty haha Thanks Sydney for this awesome workout:)
Amazing workout! Loved it! Cool that it offered diastasis recti options, please do more of this!
Still a tough one! I started out using my 8# and 5# weights, but by halfway through I had to drop down to 5# and 3#. But I definitely will be feeling this tomorrow! And still red in the face and sweat dripping! My legs and arms feel weak! Great workout!
I crushed it! You’re so strong using those 10lbs I couldn’t do it! Liked the roll exercise
Thank you, that was awesome. I never thought that deadlifts could be the relaxing part of a workout 😉
Hey Heather I absolutely love love love you I’m so happy I found you I just listened to your Q&A and I have to say girl I appreciate you I remember when I wanted a trainer and because of my job I couldn’t find one but here you are on YouTube you’re a blessing I love love love you I just started doing your workouts with my niece and my daughters I just want to say I love you thank you
Great workout. She really burns out each muscle and the ab section of this workout is amazing.
thank you for helping me get my sweat on!! i loved it this workout:)
I have scoliosis and have been told to do unilateral over bilateral work to prevent injuries from my imbalances and to build my core to better support my curly spine. This was a great workout, worth taking a little extra time!! Thank you so much
I’ve tried a lot of YouTube workout videos and I really like yours Heather! This video was great and then the cardio almost killed me. Thanks for the good workout!
Crushed with a question. On the single leg scoop-ups (forget the name!) I felt the strain on my hip flexors more than on my lower abs…does that mean I was doing it wrong? My flexors are often tight and I do work on stretching them but I want the abs worked more! Thoughts?
New Subscriber. You have a lot of low impact videos and more for beginners.
Just crushed it today and I felt in my upper body good workout
This workout kicked my butt, but was great and challenging. Thanks Amy
Is this ok if I had rotator cuff surgery last summer? Maybe lift with both hands.

Vow, what a great workout to start my day with…enjoyed every bit of it…it was crushing but loved it…I crushed it…thanks sydney..for me the torso rotation part was tough as I kept losing my balance:((..
OMG Amy. I love your workouts and wanted to find a longer one… I did not expect to end up finding a new favorite!!! The single side exercises are SO effective!!! Also, to anyone reading this… Take heed of all of the sweat warnings, I did not
I love all of your videos! You are slowly, but surely, getting me in shape! lol Thank you for making such great videos and keeping those of us with diastasis in mind during your workouts!
Great workout, 210cals for me with Garmin vivosport. One issue I had was with the ab’s, I can only feel it in my legs. What am I doing wrong?
Hey I’ve been doing this fing for 3 weeks… I know it’s only half an hour… so when I’m tired I go yeah let’s do it… haven’t change my diet.. I eat bad… but I feel great after this.. toning up.. posture strong… it’s a 30 minute buzz… wasted so much time doing arm curls and crunches for bugger all… this works… try it… yeah…
I love this workout!! Have been doing your workouts at least twice a week and love these longer workouts with dumbells or KB. Thanks for taking the time to do these workouts Amy!! Much love from Singapore:)
Is there a way to print out the exercises?
I like to know what’s coming prior.

Sweating and out of breath! Great workout! I love all your Workout Routines!
That was a killer! I’ve been following you for about a year and that was one of your most challenging yet. I am so pleased that I got to use so much of my equipment in one workout. This was a perfect workoutloved it. I was in an afternoon slump and lethargic (after wrangling my 4 and 2 year old) but feel so good after. Thank you:) I love the minimal talking, production/editing A LOT

Just brought my barbell and this sounds really really good.. Good job man!!
I love trying new work outs but this work out looks legit I’ll try I’m skeptical about athletes giving workout advice many do steorids but you understand the concept of compound movements which work multiple muscles and joints
This is a great Wednesday workout. Weights plus cardio good for being sore. HR 157 250 calories 30 mins.

Woah, that was tough! Looking forward to the day when I can do more of it with less rest
Is it dangerous putting the bar behind your head for a back swuat if your still a beginner? I dont want to do it wrong and injure myself
Found you during this lockdown and love your workouts, energy and music! Thanks.
OMG!!! What a cracking workout! Absolutely flogged myself! Thanks Heather!
Uff killer in only 23mnts dripping in sweat and my muscles burning. Thanks Heather ️
At first i thought that was 135lb……I was like daaaaangah! lol
I’ve been doing a different workout of yours everyday and I feel incredible. Your videos are simply amazing. Thank you for saving me from this quarantine! <3
This workout was tough!! But so effective..really love the exercises, variety, and that there’s only two sets for each circuit but DAMN
Purée, cette séance est vraiment fantastique. Elle fait travailler absolument tout le corps. Mais pour un gars de 50 ans comme moi, c’est un peu dur à finir.
Really awesome.
Been working out with you for 3 days now and I’m in love! You’re awesome!
I found a good instructor prior to this. This is more the type of intensity that makes me feel I’ve accomplished that nice sweaty burn. Thank you so much! I’m hooked!
This particular workout is one I keep coming back to. Quick and effective. I tried my best to not stop and look at the clock…failed. but there’s always next time. Thanks heather! Keep creating and we’ll keep working hard!
Great warm up workout for your Total Body Bootcamp workout. Terrific start to a new week!
One of my fave workouts! Nice cardio break but all muscles tired!
Great workout love your calm instruction and encouragement!
I’m sweating! And I like how you don’t talk the whole time (no offense). It allows me to think for myself while following.
These are my favorite. Love the 3 circuits two times each. Feel like three times each I dread and don’t enjoy as much. Thanks
Finished Day 5 of the February Fusion Challenge. I am behind, but sticking to the schedule. And yes, this is always a tough one! I love it! I think I did better than when I did this a few weeks ago, so I’m glad to see I’m building my strength back up! And my Fitbit said I burned 323 calories! WOW! I’m definitely sparkling up a storm, and will definitely be feeling this one tomorrow, and the next day I’m sure!
Who knows the song that ‘bitter pill’ one? Really like that song, can’t find it
My eyeballs might be sweating!! This was serious Thanks, H
Thank you so much for this awesome strength training workout
WOW! That was a awesome workout . I’m supper sweaty exhausted and refreshed! Love these workout calendars. Finished today April calendar workout ✔️.
love u so much and i wanted to like this but it’s a bit difficult to keep track of my reps when I can hear you counting yours or you start counting down the time…i get this is an older video but still its super annoying. “I’ll try not to count in your ear” (continues counting anyway….)
Loved this workout!! WOW!! Thank you Heather you are the best!!
Would not of been able to complete this if u wouldn’t of done the 12 week program
Wanted to bale in the middle of the last set but pushed through
Yeah
Great workout! Just enough to kick my tush and give me a burst of energy when done. Thank you!
I only have a barbell here at home and also a total newbie so im really thankful for this
HOw do you get that irritating subtitle at the bottom out so you can actually see the workout? Tried all the Youtube settings. Great workout, but the subtitle is a serious spoiler.
Just finished this workout, thank you so much I really enjoyed it. After a week of being sick that’s all I needed to make me feel good again. Please do more of these type of workouts, love mixing strength with weights.xxx

I wanted to work hard this morning and this routine certainly didn’t disappoint. My goodness I can feel my glutes, triceps and thighs already. A great way to get strong during lockdown. I am certainly going to have some muscles before this is all over.
Great workout, still! So tough, but rewarding! Since I’m still not regularly working out, I was a bit more winded. But was able to use a combo of 8#, 5# and 3# weights. I was a little easier on by lunges, as I was feeling it in my knee, but I’m definitely going to feel the burn for the next couple days! Thanks again, Jessica and Peanut!
thankyou Sydney.good workout.also i wander if i shoud follow my clock in workout setting wich showed 300 calories after the workout,or 625 as you wrote, what you think is more correct.??? may God bless you and your family, your work and keep you in good health. in Jesus name amen
Best workout yet!!! Love the basic simplicity of it!! Too many other workouts have so many crazy moves to be “different”! Are there any others with the step box available???
Awesome workout always makes me sweat that’s a good thing!
Just found your channel. Good workout. I love, love, love combo moves.
I love this work and I will definitely put it in my program, I work as a chef so I don’t have much time
There are so many employees who would love to have peanut as a supervisor! Fortunately, Jessica is management, she gets to keep her job!
I love every single of your workouts! Those bicep curls…you are so real…Thank God I found your channel.
ALWAYS a killer. So grateful for your workouts Heather! Wish you could be my trainer in real life D: <3
Sydney, this is my first 50-minute workout with you and I crushed it! I will be 49 in one month and I am in the best shape of my adult life!
Wowie! Such a Great way to start the workout month of May! Love the circuit format and challenge of working uni-laterally; you really find out which legs/arms are the strong/weak ones. I’m still nursing an injured left elbow, so I ended up holding the dumbbell in both hands for a couple of the moves, but still felt the effectiveness of the moves. Thanks so much for everything you do! You’re keeping us healthy and fit at home! XO-S
L.O.V.E.D THIS WORKOUT!!! Saved it to my fave workouts playlist!
Yes, still a tough one!!! I think I’m a bit weaker after the last 2 days of workouts. Started with my 8# and 5#, then dropped down to 5# and 3#. I felt a bit weak, so I would love to try this on a day I have more energy I think! But I powered through, sweat dripping and nearly out of breath. Still keeping up with the 2019 January Challenge! Thanks Jessica and Peanut (supervisor!)!
Nice workout Heather congratulations your workouts are very effective and amazing. Please more workouts like this and repeat exercises. I think is better.
Day 44 with Jessica! This was a REAL WORKOUT! Every part of the body is worked out here! It was tough but very thorough. I loved it! Thanks, Jessica, for another stupendous cardio strength session!
I just love strength workouts. My arms are burning but I love it. I can see a difference in my body after just 10 days. Thanks Sydney
This looks easy but it’s tough, thoroughly enjoyed it regardless, will defo be doing it again, love Amy’s workouts!❤
Amazing Workout Jessica!! I am a pool of sweat! Love it! Thank you!
Great challenge, can you do some more step exercises, and more long ones like this?
Exhausting, but feels good. Logo Graphic was distracting. You’ll need a mat with this workout.
Wow! That was brutally fun. I’m a 61-yr-old dental hygienist who is constantly battling poor posture, thanks to my career. Your videos, and DVDs help keep me strong and upright. I have abandoned most other workout DVDs and videos for yours. I love the variety and actually look forward to coming home and figuring out which one I will do that night. Your lovely personality, and Peanut, help keep me motivated. Thank you!
Jessica, all of your workouts are great. My favorites are the ones that include using the step. Fantastic! I hope you will add more of them to your repertoire!!!
At the end, I think Peanut was saying, “Moooommm, I’m napping!”
Whoo, what a workout. It sure did challenge me. I don’t have a step, but have a mini stepstool (necessary for us vertically challenged ladies) and used that for some of the arm work. They are talking to me. I love workouts that are a combo of cardio and strength training.
Did 2 times though which is madness (especially on New Year’s Day but hey what a way to welcome in 2020!) I am a puddle of sweat. Another great workout with an awesome mix up of exercises, loved it. Thanks so much Heather ❤️
Hi Jessica, I enjoy all your work outs. I especially like your step circuit classes. Can you please add more of the step workouts?
amazing, amazing. perfect for a busy schedulegets incredible doses of cardio and strength. thank you so much!!
Please do more step with weights. You have the best and thank you.
Love the workout. It definitely makes you work! Doing it as part of your January jumpstart this year.
A step routine with weights. I modified where I had to. Still an interesting workout.
This has been on the back burner of my list of workouts and finally got around to it today. Excellent all around workout! Legs feel like rubber right now!
Someone please help me put away my dumbbells lol noodles arms omg ayyyyyy
This workout is one of your best! I love the format, each circuit was the perfect length, and every body part was hit. Thanks so much!
Looks like a good routine though, not really sure how much weight I should try it with because I suck at overhead squats
Totally needed this workout during quarantine! Thanks for getting my sweat on!
I love these kind of work outs! Cardio and strength together! Sweating bullets and I love it! Will put this one in my weekly rotation for sure! Would love some more current kickboxing work outs too Jessica! Thanks so much and Peanut is so chill I love it!
I agree with the person…Elayne that says you are awesome. I love the variety of work-outs that you offer. And you have great cueing. I love that I can hear your music…which is good…and hear you at the same time. I also love that you show and encourage modifications and that people work at their own pace. I think it is great that you show your fatigue so we don’t feel so alone. I guess I kinda like your work-outs.
I would call this a mod intensity strength workout I found the upper body bits challenging, but not as much for the lower body. Thanks again!
Whoa! This workout was killer! Just what I needed today, (Christmas Eve) so that I can feel good about myself as I indulge a little bit tonight. Although I have a feeling that my husband might be doing all the reaching underneath the Christmas tree for presents tomorrow morning! HA! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
This was an awesome workout step is my favorite but I also need to do weights as well this was difficult but varied and kept my interest (and energy) up. I actually did it with 3 kg (7.5 lb) and 5 kg (12.5 lb) the first time through but struggled with my form so I recommenced it with the plan of trying the first section with 2 kg (5 lb) and 4 kg (10 lb) weights. I kept going though right to the end again! The cool down at the end never felt so good!:)
You rock Sydney!!! I really crushed this workout even if I was really exhausted after work.
Crushed it!! Amazing workout. Everyday it’s another challenge, and everyday I finish feeling a little stronger, more fit, closer to my goal. You have been a God sent… you are truly helping me and I am sure so many others. Thank you so much.
So I never really comment on Youtube videos, but I just had to say this: Heather, you make me look forward to working out every day, your workouts leave me sore in the morning and therefore excited for the next workout, and I just think you’re brilliant. Thank you! x
Just tried this workout and loved it so much, sweating and feeling good! Nice routine! Thanks so much for this
this was so helpful!! i’m just starting lifting and there aren’t a lot of barbell workouts on youtube so this helped a lot
New subscriber…..wow I love this and love your personality. Love anything step! Where can i get the step you use, it’s perfect for a smaller space.
The best stepworkout ever. I live an apartment and was trying to find a good cardio without interrupting my neighbors. Super easy and worked up a great sweat! Thanks you Jessica
I love your videos I usually joke to my husband that I’m working out with Peanut:)
That was a great workout! Absolutely loved this HIIT session. Thanks for putting this together.
Loved this workout today. More strength only workouts would be great. Thanks Sydney:)
great work out! I love doing this! are you planning to do a similar one in the future?
Sorry for the silly question
Are your dumbbells 10lbs each?
These workouts are perfect for someone who has adult ADHD. LOL. I get so bored. I am a huge fan of HIIT, Tabata, and weighted workouts 5-6 times a week. You are the perfect addition. I love your creative ideas and how you “mix” things up. Way to go. You are a gift at this challenging time…..
I crushed it! Love, Love, Love your videos. I get bored easily and your videos are not boring either. I enjoy the competition with ourselves. Thanks!
Great format, the sequences are short enough so that you don’t get bored, but still get in a good total body workout:)
I did it! I have been thinking about this workout ever since it came out but I had watched part of it and was a
little intimidated by it BUT I knew I was going to try it. Today I was not happy with my food choices and was feeling bummed but I wanted to end on a positive note. I knew completing this would make me feel good. It did the trick. Thank you for the challenge!
Thank you Jessica….thought this was an all round good little workout!.
This is a wonderful workout! I was drenched in sweat! Love the combinations!
love this Jessica, what brand is your step. i want to get one. love your workouts. u make working out at home really easy to do.
THIS WAS PERRRFECT!!!!! OMG I am so glad I discovered this workout. Its literally everything I need. Thank you so much Heather!!
Great workout! I’ve been waiting for new workouts from you that are like this one. Any chance a new boxing and strength workout will be out anytime soon?
Loved your comment at the end about the lizard. Here in the central California foothills we get lots of lizards, too. My dog loves to chase them.
This was an awesome workout!!! I did it first without the step and then with. Wow adding the step made it much more challenging. My new favorite workout! Definitely keeping this in the rotation. I’m going to search YouTube for more workouts with a step from you. I hope you do a few more of these. Good intensity. Perfect length. Great pace. Just really well balanced. And the best part was I was a sweaty mess afterwards!
This was killer Week 2 of the April calendar!! Thanks Heather
Weight training is the most amazing workout and I hate cardio so I do it with great interest it helped me in getting results in very less time…its for women because it takes away ur pains fats n that aftereffects
This workout is AWESOME! Also love that its a bit longer!!! You Rock thanks!!! Besos desde Madrid
I just realized how underrated this channel is like cmon man aside from the great tutorials, it brings with it the great editting and less explanations unlike that shitty athlean x wherein instead of following his workout, i tend to sleep cos of the boring explanations -_-
Fab workout!!! I’m a very overweight phat fit chick and found this workout awesome!!!
I love this workout and usually do it once a week!! Hoping for a part 2!!!
Enjoyed this very much man, straight to it no bullshit. Got my sub
This was great!!!! Thanks to your 12-week program I didn’t shy away from the length. It was actually pretty fun! I’m so glad I found your channel! ❤️
Dear fitness academy. How heavy is this bar? (I mean the weights on each side, and then the bar)Are they rubber discs.thanks
For someone who lifts heavy a few times a week this style of strength training was very humbling for me! Whew! Nothing like shaky muscles and that feeling of accomplishment!
Omg just did this on a hot humid day and I am arms are trembling and looks like I just got out of a pool. ♀️
I’ve trained all my life. This is a very simple workout. A very simple, very brilliant workout! Very adaptable as your strength and conditioning improves and I must say thank you very much for sharing this with people as it will help them tremendously rather than trying to over complicate things with all this fancy dam stuff you see online! How many times a week would you suggest people do this as opposed to how many times they should go running/do cardio?
Hey amigo how many pounds is good for this workout please i want to know
Wow what a a workout. Is this for fat loss of body buildin muscle building
I only made it to the 21 minute mark and then i had to stop because i felt like I was going to throw up and pass out
Question can I do this was a ez bar since that’s all I have or is it better with barbell?
Really good workout I’ve been doing it and for the past week and it’s great. You hit your whole body in 1 workout!
Even though I don’t have a step, I’ve been wanting to try this workout. I’ve mostly been doing the Walk Strong workouts and didn’t want to deviate from them, but today I felt like trying something new. Even without a step, this was a fantastic challenge workout! Quite honestly, I was a little surprised at how much I could do, although I did need a water break and I missed a few reps here and there. There were a couple of times I was glad I didn’t have a step because I’m not sure I could have done as much as I did if I was using one. I would highly recommend using a mat, though, because I was sliding all over my wood floor during the chest press/bridge lift move. Thanks for another great workout, Jessica!
Good stuff, Gonna hit this tomorrow. Needed something different. This could be it!!!
Thank you for making quarantine workouts challenging and fun at the same time!:)
Very nice video bro, very clean i wanna see you make more of these! keepsafe brother!
That was absolutely fabulous thank you great exercises. Great instruction. X
Is it fine if I do 30 minutes with 2 minute breaks in between then a 10 minute rest then another 30 minutes of this a day 5 times a week
I usually dabble my training between the Nike Training app and your channel because based on my two year fitness lifestyle are the most complete. This one is so far one of the hardest routines I have ever done during quarantine. I had to do some modifications in order to complete. But this one I will use this routine every two weeks as test on how my level of endurance is at the moment
This workout is hard. But I got through it. Thank you. I modified a few sets but I did it. THANK YOU.
Now go back around and do it in reverse and you got a hell of a workout
Hey man im so happy i got a barbell cause ive been looking for some in stores for almost a month and just got one today with weights. Came across your video and im gonna give this workout a try
Heather, you are an inspiration! Thank you so much for these workout videos, it’s helped get us through lockdown and kept a smile on our faces (after the sweat and tears!) and boosted our fitness levels.
Great workout! Could you film a step workout? I have a step and a usually jump on it while my kids are watching tv just for everyday cardio
So this week.. I added some calf raises to shoulder lifts.. and another set.. in 30 minutes… Feeling Groovey…
I don’t think I’ve done this one yet! Boy was that tough! I think that was one of the toughest workouts of yours that I’ve done! What a good challenge! Definitely a lot of room to improve, but I feel like I did pretty good! I don’t think I could’ve done as well as I did many months ago, that’s for sure! Feeling strong, thanks to you and Peanut!:) Looking forward to the new challenge starting next week! And, definitely needed to towel off the sweat throughout as well!
fuck bro you made this look so easy, ill have to try this. im just a beginner but this seems like a good workout forsure
He makes this look so easy I haven’t tried it yet but I know it’ll be nowhere near as effortless as he makes it seem
I love the way you planned it out, taking his weakest lift and calculating the wright for that as well as resetting himself and starting off the back squat instead of starting off at the push-ups. I think this would be a great complex to do especially if it’s someone who’s short on time.
I like the fact that you look so normal, but you are very strong…
Anytime someone asks me what equipment I would recommend to start out is a good barebell and two 25lb bumbers…maybe 2 rubber mats so that it protects the bumpers. For a good 6 months this is all I had and I would always get a good work out.
Thanks man, I’m training for spartan race and the gyms are closed
hi sydney i have been away a week……. but im home so straight back to it………..another fab workout crush it from the uk:)
Short and comprehensive!
Other YouTubers should take notes.
Liked and Subbed.
Thank you sir!
Absolutely love this workout. Strength, then core, then cardio. Excellent pace and feels great! Thanks for sharing!
I wish jessica would make more videos, she is the best! Her cardio strength workouts deliver on both on intensity and results!
I burn more calories with your workouts than I did paying $150 a month to a boot camp.
This is a great workout. Would you say it’s effective at burning fat also? I tried it in a faster state and it was killer. Going to do it right after I break my fast and hopefully get a lot of sets in too. Thanks for the vid champ! You got a new subscriber in me
A Million LIKES!! This was awesome! Even with a calf injury, I was dripping sweat! Thank you so much Jessica! This is gong to be a staple in my summer rotation!! #teampeanut Rocks! ♥♥
Hi Sidney! I crushed it today! yes I am always challenging myself with my fitness, I have recently taken up running as well ha ha! I’m defiantly more fit than when I was younger and I feel better for it, thank you for all your encouragement and time.:D
Love this Jessica! Love your step on the new DVD too. Maybe you could make a strength & step for DVD too? My (not-so) Smart TV doesn’t always want to play You Tube.
Great workout Heather, thanks again. Did this one after the band glute workout. Love your workouts.
Yay Amy! So good to do a strength workout with you again! You are the reason I love strength training! You make it simple but challenging! So glad to see you recovering well and honoring your amazing body and still being here to help us do the same
This is a great workout! Obviously gyms are closed and all I have at home is a barbell and a few weight plates. I tried it for the first time yesterday. My target was 4 sets in the 30 minutes. I got 1/4 of the way through my 3rd set and I was completely gassed!! Thanks so much for posting this workout!
Thanks a lot for this video….this coupled with intermittent fasting is extremely efficient!!!
Thank you Amy! You continue to kick my butt and I yell at you while I’m working out but your workouts are great!
according to my fitbit, I torched 1,077 calories doing this workout!
Thank you Sydney! You are my absolute favourite to workout with ❤️
What a #sweatsesh! Need it, modify a couple routines but it was so good!❤
Wow! Did the complete workout. YES! Best workout everHey Sydney did I really burn 625 calories?
Yes!! Thank you!! This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you:) new sub
Hi Amy, just did this workout this morning! Phew I just wanted to thank you for your amazing content x
Amy, you are fantastic!!!:) Thank you very much! It is a real pleasure to workout with you!:)
Wow! Just found your channel what an amazing workout, thank you! ❤️
TOUGH but very EFFECTIVE interval workout on Jessicasmithtv! Sparkling and yes sweating at the end, but I made it through (thankfully) using 5 lbs throughout! Cardio all the way through (I think it was up even more so during the strength portion)! Thank you so much, Jessica!
I almost passed out. What a workout though. I’m definitely going to scale this one.
I love your regular workouts. Walking workouts make me bored. This old bird, 60, likes more variety and challenge. Walking always uses the same muscles. Thank you for these fun workouts. Are the ones on Youtube on DVD anywhere?
Done lots of Amy’s workouts. This is one of my favourites! Anyone any idea how many calories we burn doing this workout?
Love your workouts i do everyone of them and i can see results ❤️ thankyou so much
Great workout! I’ve never seen my heart rate reach 182bpm! (Wahoo tickr x)
Awesome, thanks. Will feel that tomorrow:) It’s so wonderful to have your workouts since we’re shut indoors right now. Thanks Amy!
Yeah… I did it again… Why.. because it makes me feel like I can overcome all this junk that’s happening in the World Sometimes I do it wiv dumbells… chuck in some Russian twists and of course bicep curls… anyway bugged ya enough… Fanks for motivating me… Checkya…
I’ve done a lot of your workouts but I think this was my favorite! Thank you!
Just did this workout. Dripping sweat. Had to take a couple breaks. One thing is for sure, it is a total body workout.
Another great workout! Love the combo step and weights. I enjoyed it. Thanks!
Really great workout and challenging. Great options for all levels.
I would suggest you give the repetitions a little twist? Really engages me. I only say because i hate doing same things
In and out in less than 40 minutes and sweaty enough to guarantee me a good night sleep. THAT’S how to do it. Thank you.
This is a great total body workout, strength, core and cardio in a short amount of time, just perfect
Absolutely LOVE your videos do them every evening just in my house and feel great after
Omg awesome!!! Hope to see more weights with cardio.. Well done!
So many great things about this workout; 40 mins is perfect, the pace, the effective moves, your explanations and variations on the moves. Thanks Amy!!
Did this today and really loved it as I have all that I’ve done so far. I have one problem though, I love to preview workouts before I do them and since yours are usually longer than most, I don’t. Is it possible for you to give a preview at the beginning or in the description of the workout, so I can plan my modifications if necessary? If you can’t, I’ll still workout with you because the routines are really good. Thanks
I forgot how hard this is! I couldn’t do all the reps on the chest press/bridges at the end. And my glasses steamed up AGAIN:-D
Thanks man, awesome set! I’m finally seeing the improvements I’ve been wanting. Also, would it be counter-productive to do this daily?
How often should I be doing this a week? Could I work out back to bacl days with light weights?
That was tough! Loving those hip dips, maybe not tomorrow morning though
Awesome way to end the Decade!!! BooYaH Here’s to another year of getting stronger!!!
HaPpY NeW YeAr 2020
Awesome workout! I will try it today to switch things up a bit. No gym doesn’t mean no gains!
Looks like I’ll b doing this workout in the garage Later on.. appreciate the video g
Wow, Amy that was awesome. It really is very challenging. I think I will be the good sore tomorrow. Thank you.
with that ass??? big plate like that must be you’re having a bubble butt now hahahhaa
Thank you for your diary workout!! Really love your work ❤
About 1-3 times per week in addition to other trainings and it’s depend on your level, technique and many other important parameters…..:)
Your workouts have been my saving grace! I have a Labral tear in my hip and the thought of not working out anymore really depressed me. I began looking for alternative routines and found your videos, they are challenging enough, yet not over the top. I occasionally have to modify for my right hip but most routines I can get through without a problem. I can’t say thank you enough!
My arms and core are burning! I skipped the floor portion as recommended (9mos pregnant). Definitely got my heart racing, makes me feel stronger, and gets me one step closer to my postnatal body goals.
Loved this workout Amy! I also post workout videos and am new to YouTube. I am a certified personal trainer. I’d love if you’d check my channel out. ❤️
Ufffff SWEATTING BUCKETS over here!!!!Thanks Amy☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
My favorite workout of yours so far! I’m sweating buckets but this was super accessible while being challenging. Nine months post baby and this was just the thing to feel strong. Thanks Amy!
Would this be a good for my only workout regimen say 4 times a week with a days rest in-between?
Giiiirl!! I don’t think I said DANG IT HEATHER in any of your videos more than this one I love how you bring so many different moves to target all the areas I love to work. I’m so so glad I found you a few months ago. I do your workouts every single day now!!
Awesome workout. So very challenging. Did it at 21 weeks pregnant (with modifications). Thank you!!!
Great workout! I did it and my body feels so good after it♀️thank you❤
Dear Amy, that was tough. I couldn’t finish.. mostly cuz I have to get dinner done. But man,,..Everything hurts and I’m dying Amy. Definitely doing this again tomorrow.. I’ve never had this much sweat running down my body.. thank you. Sincerely postpartum mama
So would this 3x per week be enough or would you recommend something different?
Love dumbell full body workout!! Cuz i have no much time and your workout so effective
I love every single work out you have here Amy..thank you so much!
