Such a big difference before and after the hair surgery mate. I won’t lie, this hairline just makes you look older and a little intimidating I might say. I’m convinced I’ll get the same procedure, I’m sold.
For breakfast I make tomato and egg stir fry (1 medium tomato, 1 large egg, 1/8 cup water, 1tbs ketchup, 1tbs soy sauce 1tbs oyster sauce and 1/2tbs sugar) paired with 1 slice of wholemeal bread and a cup of whole milk:-)

I’m pretty sure his size and physique aren’t natural. Excessive amounts of carbs and sodium with lower amounts of protein. If the amount of carbs is drastically higher than the amount of protein then building muscle is hard, especially to build muscle mass and definition. And if you consume too much sodium without enough water it can have negative effects

I mix mine with bacon and melt a slice of cheese in it. I prefer to not add processed pasta sauce; they contain a lot of sugar.
What I eat per day
8 cups of water (burns 70 cals)
One slice of white bread [60 cals I eat one half for lunch and the other for dinner)
And 15 goldfish (30 cals)

The benefit of shirataki noodles is that it wont spike insulin and yet is very filling, however, if you mix it with all sorts of sugar you defeat the purpose of it being “low cal”.

The great English Breakfast is great.. but to be fair to it’s calorie value, most guys eating a whole Cooked Breakfast at 07 h 00 will most probably be working in physical jobs such as construction or other manual job, giving plenty of power to start the day, working out carrying heavy loads or going up and down steps all day in hot and cold climates. There is also a high chance this breakfast / meal is their only source of food for the day, as many don’t stop for a lunch break… so all in all not too bad

As I started following diet and training plan from NextLevelDiet, I took my confidence to the next level. Girls finally started noticing me.
Fettuccine Alfredo is not an Italian dish, it exists only in other countries’ Italian restaurants, but not in Italy.
And here a normal plate of pasta is between 300 and 500 calories depending on the sauce you use.
You might find more elaborated plates in restaurants that can push those calories up to 800/1000.
Normal plates at home are actually healthy.
But don’t look at me I still have an eating disorder, I never have more than 65gr of pasta and my sauce is just vegetables and some tomato.
I’ve been dealing with EDs for 8 years now, it’s like a roller coaster.
At my lowest I reduced my calorie intake to 300/400 per day, and I do 4 to 7 hours of ballet, 5/7 days.
Sometimes I’d also go running or do other kinds of physical exercises.
Now I’m doing better in terms of weight (I was 38kg now I’m 49, but I’ve also been 32kg in the past which is kinda scary).
Tho, inside my brain it’s always the same.
Even harder because then I would just reduce the food and that’s it, but now I have to fight my brain like: forcing myself to eat while wanting to restrict.
For certain periods of time I manage to hit those 1800/2000 calories I need, while these days I struggle to reach 1500/1600 and I have very bas anxiety with panic attacks every now and then.
Sad truth is,not all the bodies are the same, and no matter how much I restrict or exercise, not even how low my weight is: I don’t look the way I eat.
I’m not saying I’m fat, even if I see myself as fat.
But I’m not as thin as I should be either.
Anyways, this video made me even more anxious.

Dude, need to lose the “pahstah” Sound like you are mispronouncing ‘plaster’. Anyway, there is no grey with these noodle. You either love or hate. Personally, I cannot get enough of them. Of course they are not going to be EXACTLY like carbo loaded counterparts but life is about compromise. I dont think you did them justice by pouring sauce out of a can. A good sauce, with some chicken and some fresh grated parm and it is f’ing delicious.
I eat 3 boiled eggs or some oatmeal for breakfast, then at lunch I have a 330 gram yogurt (sometimes with a big apple) and maybe a small piece of dark chocolate later in the day. Then for dinner I have whatever weird healthy concoction my mother has made for my father (his weight gave him a lot of health concerns, so his current diet is super healthy) and I’ve also been drinking at least 1 liter of water a day. I lost like 3 kgs in a few days. But I’m also walking 6-7 Kilometers a day (4-5 miles)

Your body has its own hunger and fullness cues, just listen to them and eat a balanced whole foods diet, but don’t forget to treat yourself once in a while, everything in moderation. Heaps of registered dietitians will say this, just think about before we knew what a calorie was, before there was junk food, there was far less obese people, because what you eat affects how much you eat.

Hi Mike, absolutely loved that video. I’m currently trying out a 6week cut, then after that I will definitely bulk up using that food intake. Great video as always but wrong about everyone being able to eat egg yolks without raising cholesterol. Eggs worked great every morning and sometimes at night as I never got sick of them. Actually lost 70 pounds based on egg rich diet. Never had cholesterol issue even when I was very heavy. Then a year after losing the weight I started gaining slowly when I was eating better then when I lost it and was working out even harder and smarter. After routine blood test Dr said my CHL was thru the roof (dont have exact numbers handy) and needed to go on meds immediately. refused meds but stopped eating egg yolks (egg whites only) and lost 20 pounds in 2 months(changed absolutely nothing else in my diet) and my levels went back down in 3 months. Egg yolks are deadly in excess for some people.

Made these for the first time tonight and I just couldn’t get past the texture. I made a phenomenal lo mein sauce/ veggie mixture, then threw in the noodles, so the texture kind of blended with the bean sprouts and vegetables, but I didn’t think I would be as disappointed as I was. BUT, I totally get it and know I will need to sacrifice. I was so fit a couple of years ago and then a continuous series of unfortunate events caused me to let myself go and I am so dedicated on getting rid of that extra weight.

When I went to the US a country I love so much! I felt so despondent, they have everything in packages even fruit at Whole Foods is sold (not all and only for those who do not want to cut), in plastic packaging, even their eggs are in cardboard ready mix boxes…. they think eating healthy is tomatoes sauce from a tin and vegan hamburgers. I was so sad, genuinely so, to see how hopeless it all is. Everything is about fast, easy and comfortable with zero effort -people do not even want to cut their watermelon

this video is assuming cals on foods, you can always look at the low cals food. Some bread is 70 cals per slice. It’s not always so high:) if you don’t check the cals in what you eat, realize that you most likely don’t eat to much that you gain a bunch. a pound is 3,700 cals (if I remember correctly)

I used these in a pad Thai meal prep. They were pretty good but I’m a huge fan of glass noodles. I don’t know if I’d use them with Italian dishes though. The texture just isn’t right.
I get completely overwhelmed by meal prepping for an entire week. I think I’d rather stay up an extra 30mins and get a day (or 2) done like you suggest at the end of the video

Damn that’s heartbreaking to see lol I weigh 62kg and after calculating my calories in order to gain muscle i need to be eating around 3000 calories. It just sucks cause i will literally be full for more than half the day just from eating the turkey and maybe half the rice. I feel so stuffed eating at around 2000 calories per day. Please does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to reach 3000 calories without being so stuffed?

Seasoning people!! Dont be afraid of herbs and spices. They are healthy and makes a ton of difference in how a diet dish tastes. I did these noodles with zuccini, fresh roasted garlic, freash roasted tomato, italian seasonings and crushed black pepper, capers and fresh parsley.
Pouring a can of tomato sauce on these noodles is a guaranteed taste bud disapointment.

I have to laugh at those that have such a sensitive palate that these noodles cause a gag reflex. I’m going through an intense weight loss program and these noodles have made losing weight about as easy as can be. I like to try all kinds of variations. The one I made this morning was with some Thai peanut sauce and sautéed mushrooms. It was amazing. I can’t believe how much I ate for such a minuscule number of calories. I’m SO thankful I found these noodles.
I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Next Level Diet*, so I tried that too. Although I didn’t lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it’s definitely worth trying

I calculated that a 21 year old male like me needs, on average, around 2,400-3,000 Calories.
This with veggies as base all you are having in calories is meat and sauce!

✨HUGE TIP: You can actually cut down the cooking time by just pan frying them after rinsing, they are already cooked. You just pan fry them to eliminate the moisture.

I think a cream sauce with onion, chives etc for flavor would be better than just plain tomato sauce. I use Zeroodle shirataki made with Konjac flour and oat fibre. Just brown up some ground beef, seasoning salt, 1/2 onion, half a garlic grated, fresh rosemary or thyme and then add the dry fried noodle and add a 1/4 cup of heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Yum yum bubblegum.

However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Don’t take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

If you meal prep just for one day, the whole point of meal prepping is lost in my opinion. Why prep it for tomorrow when it’s cold, instead of eating it right after you’re done making it? “I’ll eat what I made yesterday, but I still got to make food for tomorrow.” Great video, but meal prepping takes time no matter what, people just have to learn to deal with it.

A monster salad with 30 baby tomatoes, 2 heads of lettuce, 4 carrots, and two onions is only 400 calories.
A McDonald cheeseburger with an eight ounce glass of lemonade is also 400 calories.
