I want to make around 18 of this lovely cakes in a few days but I wanna do 2 types, the chocolate one and the raspberry one. Would the mixture turn out fine if I just make a base with cheese, castor sugar, cream and gelatine and then split into 2 and just add dark chocolate in one and white chocolate and raspberries into second?
Sorry if the question is silly, but Im only asking because in your recipes the measures between the two cakes are so different, in one is going more cream and less cheese and gelatine, and in another is opposite, and I’m afraid to experiment on my own because I will be making them for my birthday.
