Amazing fun bro questions, what kind of boards are you using & why you use wax on them?
When “in shape” adults have difficulty, I know I’ll be passing that activity up. Thanks for letting me share your adventure.
Family Trip, how nice, a visit to the sand dunes, great thing to do, but here’s what we all were excited about: In 7:34 you Ryan are at least close to holding her hand! Welcome Ally, you seem very very nice and you two make a great couple!
We visited Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve in July 2019. Right now we are sheltering in place and using this as a time to catch up on video editing. That said, we hope these adventures can provide some much needed distraction and entertainment in such an uncertain time. Stay safe!

I’ve been there. A trip like that is not complete until you go an hour south and ride the Cumbres & Toltec scenic rr
Now I know where I will plan my future bike tour. Hey what season would be best to leave from the west coast to at least Colorado?
I saw sandboarding in the title and had to watch this! So cool! G3 would love this! Looks like you had fun!
You know which song would be awesome to hear while doing this? “Pre-Hibernation” by Pantera. 😉

5:14 -ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ-! living the Vans life! ^-^\m/
I realize that may mean something else. I like Vans. shrugs
How the heck do people without a trailer go to the bathroom there?
Any new videos? Got us hooked on your videos and are wondering how things are gong?
Did you stop at Zapada Falls? They are right by there. It’s a great side trip.
Great shots! Boarding looked fun. You are a natural on camera duzer!
Is it easier than snowboarding? As in silky sands, you don’t have to worry about the hidden rocks.
Are you stupid? Yo you were talking the whole fucking time nobody wanted to watch you talk
Thank for the invite. I live about 30 minutes away. Good place to play
I saw a very nice video! Great images from the Waterfall. And the sandboarding in the Dunes is fantastic! I like it #9! Greetings from Bavaria, Germany.
Sand boarding sounds really cool I wanna try it but I know nothing about it
Yo they made the video so professional and the guy was shit jahdhsj
I kinda wanna push Anakin on a board down a sand dune right now…
If you ever get the chance, I recommend you go visit the white sands national monument in New Mexico. It’s about 9 hrs south from Boulder. Been there many years ago, it’s a place I’ll never forget though.

Look for people to sandboard. This video is great.

Nice nature view! It’s great park!
Very interesting video! Thanks for sharing! Have a nice day!
You only need to visit Sandboard.com to find all you need to know about this amazing sport. SandMasterPark.com is the world’s first sandboard park located on the Oregon Coast where you can learn from and ride with world champions and the pioneers of sandboarding!
I’m inspired! I live in Texas but I did visit the Colorado Sand Dunes with my family when I was a pre-teen. I loved it so much and now I want to go back!
FUN! Can’t wait to try this when we visit. Now you guys just need to put your real snow/ski equipment you’ve been hauling around to use! Congrats on the 5k SUBS! Aaron
hey people chek a real sandboard videofrom chily here!!!! in the link

Are these places like the sand dunes expensive or difficult to get into?
We tow our bunkhouse with a 2017 Armada as well. Any sag issues when loaded down? Keep posting!
Nice! I really like the music/sound design, adds a lot to the vibe of the video.
0:25 “we know each other a little bit better, there’ll be more on that later” you can’t let us hanging like that Duzer! Did your desperate calls for someone to share your adventures in previous videos work?
Anyway, got my bike running good again tonight in preparation for a bike tour of Scotland (where I live). Got inspired to do it from your videos. You motivated me to get off my couch and see more of the world (even without any budget), THANKS:)
Where did you get the National Park book that you get stamped?
We love your videos! I am sad to discover these latest are 11 months old, hope all is well. I so want to go here with the kids!
LOL This was a funny one I think that last technique should be called “sand skiing” since Matt was the tow boat.
Oh please, the Alamosa county health director closed the Sand Dunes park due to the virus. Keep in mind that a non elected county government employee closed the park because, at the time 7 people were infected and 1 person over the age 70 died. We need to due this county, director for violating our bill of rights. The virus does over ride our constitution.
North sand dunes with my dirt bike, south sand dunes with my board, Chatfield with my SUP board, and Breck with my snowboard. Damn I love my home state!
Wow, who woulda thought sand dunes like that exist in CO, we have a ton of them here in Utah, really cool to see this! That waterfall canyon is really impressive. Hiking up sand is so exhausting, you are tough cookies to try boarding in it!
This was a really fun video because you showed the difficulties and could still laugh. Pretty powerful abs at work here but weighting the back foot looks very challenging. Thanks for all your hard work on all the videos.
I love how you don’t drive Ryan way to go…
I wish more people were like you….
@Raising Brave This location has always been a “sleeper” destination. Everyone is surprised not only by how uniquely beautiful the contrast of the scenery, but all of the things there is to do. I have been to SD many times since the ’60s. The very best time to go is early May. It isn’t as crowded then, and the water is just beginning to percolate through the sand on more, and more increasing time intervals, and water volume gradually increases with every event; until it turns into a full stream, and then it backs off until it completely drys up in the fall (though it’s usually snow covered by then). In other words the snow melts, at the rate of a “Bell Curve” causing this phenomena. The anticipation of waiting for the next burst of water through the sand is not unlike waiting fo “Old Faithful” to blow. Those aren’t the only reasons to go in May, the snow on the peaks add at least 50% more beauty. In other words, the scenery is off of the charts with snow capped peaks of the San Juan Mountains (Continental Divide) that are the west wall of the valley, and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains forms the east wall of the valley (if your at Sand Dunes then you are in the San Luis Valley). In fact just because of the remaining snow on the mountains, my favorite thing of all is to drive south from the SD entrance a few miles, and park the vehicle facing north by northwest to watch the most beautiful sunsets that I have ever seen; it’s truly like “icing on the cake.” In the past there use to be a large private campground south of the park where I would always stay. I would always have the campground practically all to myself, and I would camp there for weeks sometimes not just because of the beauty from being south of SD would afford, but there wasn’t all of those annoying rules and cost of the national parks. Anyways the beauty of the evenings was so vivid that you would look forward to them. Oh yea, the area is also a hotspot for UFO sightings. In fact some of the very first cattle mutilations were reported by ranchers of the San Luis Valley.
I was going to subscribe but it looks like you are no longer posting
Such fantastic fun! That sand is something! I’ve never seen sand boarding, we have tried sledding down the dunes though. Very slow movementbut better than walking through it!
That’s a lot of fun how long does it take you to get to the top of the sand dune
Did you realize that it’s not “Mark Pastori”, its Marc Pastore:D?
( 0:29)
Great amenities at the campground. One word of caution, try not to do this Park in winter. It can be brutal. But it is absolutely unique.
Going back to North Carolina this may, sand dunes, getting me a sand board
That looks SO fun!!! A must for my bucket list. And I gotta say, that Alien Museum looks pretty darn fantastical also….lol
Wonderful things, yes we can all do wonderful things. I like to say ‘small victories are still victories’ all the best old dude, no shit.
Enough sand! Love the shots of the deers. Beautiful park to recreate and enjoy nature.
is there a way we can use your video for promoting and teaching about sandboarding and desert ecosystems in Peru?
Thanks for the great videos! Is it possible for you guys to tell about the cost per night for those places you stay in (or share the names)? Also, what is the mileage you get while towing Keystone 243BHS with Armada on Interstates?
GOOD TIMES!! hell yeah this is my kinda fun that place look EPIC! I need to do this. Thanks for sharing you should have way more views (;
The creek isn’t always going to be there, early summer, mid summer there’s water but in the fall / winter the creek is dry.
great video!!
greetings from Lima, Peru. Remember to wear a helmet and other safety equipment.
Blessings!!!
This is a very beautifully made video. I loved the music. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us.
I live the video! Especially if the back areas of the park. I love nature and I haven’t been to that park before. How physically exerting is dune boarding, I mean like compared to snow boarding?
