I’ve been doing this work-out for about 4 times a week for 2 weeks, sometimes doing a different arm workout of hers and pairing it with abs and or legs. And I can already see a difference. I feel so much stronger and can already do about 4 push-ups which isn’t great, but I couldn’t even do any 2 weeks ago! So definitely a lot of improvement, thank you Maddie for making these workouts.
I didn’t have any weights so I just used an oat milk carton on each side and that worked as well haha!

I tried it 3 weeks before, been so doubtful at first because ive been so insecure about my arms for as long as I can remember, im so petite so I would want to have a slimmer arms….
First day I just recorded my arms measurement… and didn’t really expect to see results sooner,
Larms = 31cm Rarms =30cm
and now after doing it consistently, my new measurements are:
L29cm R= 28.5cm, small consistent efforts, i eat smaller portions, I don’t do IF because I work at night, so that’s one of the many reasons why it’s so hard for me to lose weight because of the nature of my work… hence I needed to adjust on some things, I drink green tea everyday, twinings.. then I compensate my complete meals (3 meals per day) with being more active….
will update soon for more improvements…:)

hi I’ve been doing this arm workout a lot and I do feel like I’m slowly seeing results and when I first started doing this workout I had to take a lot of breaks in between because it hurt so much but now I can hold my arms up the whole time more easily so it gets better as you keep going! My arms feel a lot stronger as well! it’s really an easy yet simple workout that truly helps slim down your arms

I always feel kinda embarrassed at the gym when everyone is using these gigantic weights and I’m getting tired using the 5 lb
I liked the workout 1st time in years to work out on arms and I used lighter weights and feel the burn. One thing I especially liked was having music playing in the background. I feel like it helps me stay with the work out. Ya, I know it’s only 10-12 minutes but I have trouble staying with it and haven’t built my consistency yet.

Hi I’m doing this for a month now I never measured my arms but surprisingly all my old blouses are fitting me they were too tight for me now its perfect! My arms are really too big I’m gonna do this exercise till they are completely toned thank you once again from INDIA.

Did this day (along with another workout i do) my arms r around 11 and a half () i won’t find my comment if y’all don’t remind me or something
Day 1: my arms might fall off after i am done typing this but i did it with i think 3-4 short breaks.
Day 2: oh god the burn is real but i kinda enjoyed.!!
Day 3: done and dusted, hurt but i did it mostly, kinda sore though xD
Day 4: yaaasss. God i have muscles now, but really trying to lose that underarm fat. Donneee for the day
Day 5: ouch ouch ouch!!! But i didn’t drop my hands even once today xD
Day6: i did it twice without dropping my arms.!!
I mean I’ve had jelly legs after a workout but jelly arms omg I’m dyingggg
Today is my first day trying his workout. Planning to do this 3-4 times a week. Wish me luck

I love this arm workout. Three weeks strong, 5 days a week twice a day AM and PM… slow but sure results.

I would recommend stretching a lot, and if you do it at the same pace as her I feel like some exercises let half your muscles rest so it kind of isn’t that bad just power through the pain you got this!
This is how it’s going for me:
Day 1:tried it with holding nothing, felt like a warm-up. Tried it holding 2 full, small water bottles and my arms really hurt after wards.
Day 2:tried it using half the amount of water I used last time. Arms still hurt afterwards but I kept doing that anyways.
Day 3:arms still hurt after
Day 4:arms still hurt afterwards, but I noticed a little bit of muscle, not too sure if it was there before though.
Day 5:day off
Day 6:arms still hurt afterwards
I’m gonna update this as I go on!:D

Holy crap this lady is onto something here!! I have NEVER felt my arms burn like that ever before!! I don’t use any arm strength other than just normal everyday stuff! I’m trying to get rid of some of the flab and needless to say I’ll be doing this everyday! Well trying to that is but for sure every other day!!
When I first started this, I couldn’t even make it halfway without putting my arms down. Now after about a month of doing this about 3-4 times a week, I can get through it without even thinking of putting them down! Thank you Holly, my arms have never looked better.

Im your huge fan all the way from Seoul! I reached my goal simply by following your workouts and your nutrition plans last year. Sadly, i went back to my old habit during isolation this year but im more than ready to follow your healthy life style again! How can you always pick just the muscle group i had planned to train? Great! Also nice that you need no equipment! ( I will be sore from yesterdays upperbody workout testing out my NEW HEAVIER DUMBBELLS!)

I really enjoyed the Toned Arms! Have not exercised in many years, and this was a good start. I could feel the effects even after using 1 lbs. weight. Will do it again till I get stronger.
