I set an alarm every morning (before the kids rise!) to do this. After 4 knee surgeries, this is just enough to start my day. Nothing too fancy and easy on the joints. Love it!

I woke up this morning feeling so tense and groggy. I was going back and forth between doing yoga or not and I finally decided to do it. I’ve been practicing yoga from your channel for about three years now and I love it!! Initially I started doing yoga because I had injured my back and I was having a lot of pain. Since I have been keeping up on practicing I no longer have any back pain because of you. This was a great way to start off my day and my work week. Practicing yoga has been so great in balancing my mind and strengthening the connection to my body. To everyone reading this have an amazing day and keep it the yogi work!

I’ve been doing your practice for two months and injured my finger. Yesterday I didn’t do a yoga practice before starting my day and it felt WEIRD. I was out of balance and so this morning I opted for standing practices instead and this was just what I needed to get my body going and feeling centred. With all that is happening in the world including Covid-19, I have been extremely stressed, nervous and suffering from anxiety. I haven’t done yoga in a long time, but just my meditations were not enough. I had a friend suggest getting back to yoga. I tried a few different people, but I really connected with you and Benji. Now I start my day with a morning yoga class, 4-5 times a week I do a half hour class and every night I do an evening class. Since I have started I am feeling so much better. My usual routine wasn’t a routine really. I’d just wake up and get a pot of coffee in me and go. I felt so drained and weak all day. Now that I’m on week 2 of yoga daily I am finding I have more energy and feel better. I used to be dying for a coffe but now I think I’ll start the day off with tea instead.

I have just gotten into yoga. Did this one this morning. I felt it was too fast paced. I didn’t feel I got to go deep into each pose and concentrate on breathing in the poses.
I love this workout. Even though it’s just 10 minutes, but it still was very effective for me.

You change poses too quickly and do not leave any silent pauses during practice. Didn’t like that too much.

I loved it.. just didn’t take part at the end where she basically prays to a hindu god. Being christian i can get the benefits of stretching without entertaining any of those eastern philosophies. Amen.

My word is “happiness” and it’s due to the stress levels I’ve been having because I finally went back to work ( 2 jobs ), we opened up a business space, and we are moving LOL i should be overflowing with joy and happiness but instead I feel tense and stressed. I come back to this video time and time again. It never fails to make me feel totally invigorated. I don’t know how you manage to fit so much variation in 11 minutes but these positions target all of the key parts that cause tension in my body. Love it! Thank you Adriene! <3
I’ve been feeling so groggy the past few days and have let my yoga practice slip during quarantine. My back and overall body has been in a lot of pain because of lack of movement. I woke up and did this before eating, and WOW now I feel great!!

My word was peace. I’ve been finding myself easily agitated by others and situations, which in turn is making me feel annoyed at myself for being short fused. So my word of the day is peace. Peace for myself; peace for others; peace for what is; and peace for what will be.
Excellent sequence but don’t attempt this unless your core is very strong and you are adept at planks. I will revisit in a few months

i love this. It’s pretty weird that I have no problem lifting weights, but these breathing excercises and yoga get me burning everywhere. My feet were so sweaty that i slipped during the last lunges haha XD

I first attempted this flow in March 2020 during our restrictions in Australia, it was tricky and I was all a quiver. I spent the last few months practicing and I attempted it again today. I have improved! Thank you Adrien for your time and effort.

after all these years of doing your videos, always doing the “tougher” alternative (which impressed like nobody beacuse I’m always alone when doing yoga), today I learned to opt for the “easier” option! Meaning, I took all those extended child poses really early and my body loved it <3

I was recommended to 30 day yoga. It was good to get me back after one month of nothing due to eye surgery. I used to go to the gym to practice 3-5 x a week. Been doing that for over 15 years Now with the pandemic, i must practice more at home. So I need to search out more of your videos. Would like 50” videos

Thank you, Adriene, this has been life-changing for me. I’ve had neck and upper back problems for a couple of decades. I have always loved yoga, but never practiced it daily. I would go to a yoga studio occasionally, and do yoga at home about 3x a week. But now that we are sheltering-in-place, I’ve decided to make yoga a daily practice, with you as my guide. I’m sooooo happy to have discovered you and your YouTube channel. What a difference it makes! The aches and pains and cricks in my neck are all nearly gone. It’s in the doing every day that makes all the difference, I’m finding! Now I’m working on trying to get my husband to come along on this journey with me!
