I bought the other four cycle barre fusion workouts because when I did this one I was so excited and satisfied! I think that if you want to boost your metabolism you should do spinning exercises. I alternate cycle barre with total body cardio during the weeks and I feel definetly good and fit!
Loving my bike>>> ur2.pl/1144. It was quite easy to assemble, no issues at all. I followed a YouTube video about assembling it and that helped a lot. Only small issue is that moving it around is a bit of a drag because you can only bend the bike to a certain angle to be able to move the bike around, which to me isn’t the best angle since i have to be constantly moving it. Wish the wheel was a bit larger or situated further back so one could bend it further out and make it easier to move around. Other than that, i have no issues.

I have only recently inherited a spin bike and having discovered your classes a month or so ago I am loving them!! I have found today that there are ads now appearing which are pausing the workouts and then freezing my screen watching on an iPad. Is there anything that can be done about that. I really don’t want to stop doing the classes but it was very frustrating. Other than that…. Awesome!

Really liked the music!!! Bike was a great 25 min push! Upper body. Tried it with my normal weights that I would do the same exercises but it was WWWAAAYYY to fast. I guess if there was a heads up that the focus was maintaining cardio and to choose a light weight may have helped. I just kept stopping the video because I wanted to get that good muscle fatigue with my normal weight. Otherwise, loved it!️♂️
